Sir I have applied for dda housing scheme 2014 my application no is 4528257 but now I have surrender my dda allotment and for this I have submitted all the required documents at dda office at counter no 4 and I have received acknowledge receipt from dda office my acknowledgement no is REC/H/15/20720 dated 24/04/2015 but till now my my token amount is refunded to me. Dda lig flat in narela alloted on my wife's name. We surrendered that flat in feb 15. But we have not received our registration amount back yet. Its been more than five months i surrendered. When ever we go there to know the status of our refund they say it will come to your account within next 10 to 15 days because refund has been transfered to the wrong account and we will resend it. Four times i have visited dda vikas sadan office but every time the same answer. We reside in ambala and it is very tough to go to delhi (Vikas sadan dda office) every 15 days. Not only we, there are hundred of such cases who are not getting their registration money back. Please do the needful. My application no is 1700859.

Delhi Jal Board - Blockage of sewer system in DDA SFS Flates Site 3 pocket 6 Sector 1A Dwarka Delhi - 110045 User Rajesh Kanaujia on Jul 35, 2015 Dear Sir, I wish to bring to your kind attention that the sewer system in the above said area is blocked and the water is overflowing from the drain. Due to which the dirty and flithy smell is spreading in this area causing inconvenience to the residents several request to concern authorities have gone in vain in last 2 months. Entire colony has been converted like slum area. I humbly request the authority concerned to get the same(blocked sewer) opened at the earliest.

A new CNG Station has come up in Rohini Sector-25, Pocket D on Bhagwan Mahavir Marg. The approach and exit to the new CNG Station is through a adjoining service road which is in very bad state. Around 5000 vehicles visit the station everyday to fill gas. There is an urgent need to lay a fresh service road measuring 400 ft X 22 ft with asphalting to get rid of daily inconvenience to the visiting vehicles.

We have. Flat in Vasant Kunj, Pocket D 6 Narmada 3, flat no .102. Since the possession there is heave ceiling on the entrance wall and after showing it to plumber he is saying there is some internal problem from the water tank on the roof. Dear sir, I am from pocket 10 sector 20 Rohini in 1 month ago a incident accured near maszid Seaver line burst and make large dame on the road by DDA truck all officers had visited and commited this will repaire in 10 days but till today anybody DDA officers has not visited and no action Sir my building has much in danger position because dam is near his foundation if any casualty begin then totally responsibility is yours. Please repair urgent.

Persistent seepage on the ceiling and walls of washroom, kitchen and indian toilet has been inistently repetative in flat number 2, rendering the owner household helpless year after year posing :- 1) a threat to damage of property 2) leading to danger of short circuit of electric wirings on and inside the walls 3) excurciating distress to mental peace and 4) running risk of health hazards due to contniuous humidity and seepage. The problem as such, warrants urgent technical look into and appropriate action before it deteriorates any further. you are appraised of it for the needful before long.

I willingly surrendered the flat and submitted all the required documents in time. In return I was promised by the concerns that the amount will credited in provided account within 10 days. Iam Dr Deepak Chopra resident of HNO-175, Pocket-9, Sector-22, Rohini. The condition of our pocket is in very bad state. There are excessive weeds and water logging everywhere, due to which there is danger of snakes and mosquitoes, which can cause diseases like malaria and dengue. I am a lucky winner of DDA LIG flat under DDA Housing scheme of 2014. But due to some personal and financial problem I could not afford to buy the flat. But today I login by username and password below message is showing I am shock to see this message "Your allotment has been cancelled. please refer bill no. 8511for consumer id DDADWK00083950f 27june2015.name of the owner should have been COL RAJINDER SINGH and not SUHILA MALIK as mentioned in the said bill.all previous bills have been forwarded on the name of COL RAJINDER SINGH. it is not understood as to why this particular bill has been made on the previous owner name .request amend the name and issue a fresh bill.

I am residing in rajeev nagar a block - 220, opp. Sector - 22 rohini near begumpur, i just want to have your attention towards the condition of our street of our colony. There are so many streets in our colony, but all are built properly except the our street its still up stairs. I have some pictures of the street, just see those images i think all images would describe the problem better than me. There are many high standard families using in this dirty and damaged street and facing such huge problems, especially in this rainy season when water gather easily in a street which is not good for the workers who dressed up for office and have to go under the water to cross the distance. Animals like bull, cow hangouts freely it's a horror for the little children. We have already raised a complaint to the bawana's aap candidate mr. Ved parkash, but there was no legal action taken against the same. It's also a sign of corruption where the govt. Of delhi provide a full budget to develop roads and colony streets, but it's not used properly. They build roads, but left some of them like our society. I am writing this mail on a very serious note and hoping for some legal action as soon as possible.

Today (8/7/15) at 6 pm manager at swimming pool unnecessary created fuss about occasional change in shift of swmimming. Initially, He refused to give the membership ( I had been requesting since june, 15. I was told to come back in july) . When he approved the membership he did not give us the slot at desired time in view of full membership which was alloted to 2-3 people ( one being my senior at GTBH ) after he refused us. Today he created unnecessary fuss quoting the fact that 5-6 shift was full while only 32 of 40 came. Condition of bathroom and pool water is pathetic. Instead of looking into these genuine problem, he unnecessarily harass members.My complaint is just tip of iceberg. Sir, please look into matter and oblige me.

I am availing the services of DDA multilevel gym in North Zone (Prashad Nagar). Facility provided by DDA is very nice, but the person who is running the gym is charging a lot more extra money than DDA charges. He is not even providing the Identity Card or the receipt for the paid money. I am not sure where to complaint against this. Should I raise complaint in Consumer court? Please give me the solution or guide me where should I lodge complaint against it.

Dear Sir, I request you to please register my complain. My Complain: My flat no is 194, DDA SFS Flat, Shantikunj Apartment, Sector A-5/B, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110063. I need urgent help from DDA as my flat is under threat of damage due to unauthorized construction on adjacent flat. My next door flat owner has allowed to alter and make construction changes in Flat No 201 thereby altering the original DDA plan to the discomfiture of adjacent flat owners. Not only they have altered the GA plan of the flat, but they have extended it both on the front and back. While altering the plan, they have put an HDPE pipe along the common wall corner with my flat, resulting in huge seepage of water inside my bedroom. My room has been rendered useless because of continuing seepage and this seepage is growing with each passing day. Seepage 1st started about 15 days back. The builder doing the work is not listening to this problem created by him nor the flat owner is visible. Please take appropriate action, halt the job and demolish the unlawful flat extension and direct the flat owner to immediately take action to stop seepage of water inside my flat. I would like say via your portal to concern DDA official, MLA of this area and MP of this area also.

People of Mayur Vihar Phase-III, Pocket -1 to 6 who are getting water supply by DDA.
They have been charged hiked water bill since year 2012 . Who had already cleared his/her bill up to date. They also got a increased balance amount with latest bill.
Which not justified and also not fare.
People are helpless to see his huge amount bill.
I have also a huge bill form DDA in Pocket-II, Mixed Housing, Mayur Vihar-III. This is sum of Rs.12865/- . I had asked some body else in this area they also got a huge bill charged from 2012 which is not justified and not fare.
They do not understand that what to do and whom to contact. People are facing problem with this type billing.
