respected Sir, I would like to register the complaint with you regarding illegal Construction done by Mr Ramashankar Chamar owner of Flat No. 154A DDA JANTA Flats, CHILLA Mayur Vihar Phase-1, Delhi-110091. The flat owner has made the permanent 2 storied structure above our flat and also covered common area & half road in between the flats . The structure is creating obstruction for the Passage through the same area. This kind of the illegal construction is a kind of appreciation and provides inspiration to others to do so. They built up another storied building although there is approval of only 1 storied from DDA Authority. This can cause the mishappening of building collapse. He blocked the roads and when we refused to stop this Construction he started to abuse us and thereat to beat us and said that i paid to all police walas, MCD's officers so no one can stop my work. All near by resident are very much frustrate with him he threaten to us saying that he belongs to some political party. I request you please look into the matter at the earliest. please come in over area with the buildouser and ruin their insensible mission for build the unauthorized construction. Myself R.P.Singh R/O JU-60/A, Pitampura, New Delhi wants to register a complaint for ceiling and construction issues for Mr.Ved Prakash madan of JU-60/B, Pitampura, New Delhi. There has been sever leakage of water through pipes in the bathroom as well as kitchen and dining room area from an year now.I have requested my neighbour who lives in JU-60/B, Pitampura, New Delhi to get it constructed and repaired but He/She are not willing to get it repaired and always fighting and yelling in the society, there has attempt to murder case on him when he tried to stab knife on me in year 2013.But now our concern is about our house, we need our house back in DDA condition as of original. i am Rakeshwar prasad singh R/O JU-60/A, pitampura, New Delhi, mob no :[protected] requesting you to take action as soon as possible as i am in huge trouble.My bathroom ceiling has fallen apart today and water is leaking on the floor.

To DDA Dwarka Sir I am facing seepage problem in roof of my flat No66, ground floor in DDA MIG Pocket-8, Sector-12, New Delhi 75 for last 9 years.. I have requested so many times to my above flat owner to prevent water soilage/spillage to avoid seepage in my roof but they are not taking care of my any request. Because of this our residential building is also going to become weak and may fall down someday, other than only my personal problem. I am uploading some spot scene pictures of my building / flat. Dear Sir, I am applying for mutation for a flat in the name of my grandfather. In the DDA website I found a guide for the same at link http://www.dda.org.in/ddanew/housing.aspx (handbook of mutation). This file has listed the guidelines to prepare the documents for the same. However I am not able to find out 'Annexure H1' as mentioned in Chapter 2. May kindly help me with the same. As you know Sir owning a house is a dream for anyone. Sir, i live in govindpuri gali no-8, house no.1291 . The broker gave us a floor in rent but there is another floor situated above us ( which is fourth floor) . The building is pretty old and may or maynot withstand that building . As a sincere citizen i request u to look into this matter . Please take some steps if you dont want us common citizen to suffer. I am a resident E/14-D, DDA MIG flats, Vatika Apartment, Mayapuri, New Delhi110064. The new owner of E/14-F, which is above my flat, for unauthorised construction of another floor above his, had removed my water tank from where DDA had originally provided, without informing me and now I am without water . I would request DDA officials ( whoever in charge ) immediately instruct the owner of Fat E/14/F, to restore my water tank where it was earlier. Thank you for your assistance. I am living in a dda flat of Dwarka Sector 13 pocket B. these flats are only around 13-14 years old but the condition of flats is very poor. we are staying at the top floor. and all the roofs are full of cracks.. and the facades of windows and balcony is in worst condition. they already started falling here and there.. they could be fall on someone that could be fatal. so i request you to kindly repair the flats as soon as possible before some mishappening takes place.. Please refer to my Speed post letter reference No.R.S.Sharma/DDA/Form No.1575072/02/[protected] dated 13.02.2015 which is refused to accept by the DDA staff and it is returned. In the said letter I have requested to please refund Rs.1, 00, 000/= against surrendered of LIG Flat No.35, Floor-3, Pocket-B, at Siraspur which is allotted by DDA under Housing Scheme-2014. The said Flat is not suitable for me as the cost of flat is very high according to location & size. Please note that My name is Sujeet Singh and I was a successful applicant of DDA housing scheme 2014. But due to financial problem, I surrendered LIG (Siraspur) on 27.02.15 with receipt no. It has been observed that the owner of flat No. 23D, Pocket D, SFS Flats, Mayur Vihar Phase 3 is constructing many large rooms in the terrace causing security and safety concerns for the other flat occupant's at the same building. They have also extended the balcony illegally to make large rooms against the allowable policy of DDA. Please take immediate action before it becomes too late.
