Dear Sir
I have received the above water bill of Rs 18010 for my residence at W 26 Greater Kailash 1 (1st floor). I am amazed at this large bill amount since I don’t live there permanently and visit Delhi only every couple of months.
I am sure there is a mistake in this billing and would request an urgent review of the meter reading so that this is corrected and a fresh corrected bill re-issued.
Please acknowledge receipt of this letter and the actions requested above.

No Water Since Last 4 Days

Aprantly every where in our colony water supply is less compare to before but in our lane there is no water from. Last 5 days

Details of the Issue:

Observation: The water coming from taps is black in color.

This is to bring your kind attention towards an inflated bill being sent to us. We got the allotment in 2006 since then nobody is living there. There is no Water Meter and Electricity Meter. And still we are billed for approximately INR 1, 85, 000 .
Without an electric meter or water meter, how can the bill be of 1, 85, 000.

Requesting a door visit and correctness of this inflated bill.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that we have been facing a severe shortage of water supply for many years. Many elections have come and gone, but for the past 20 years, there has been an ongoing water supply outage. The situation has become more critical in the past 10 years. Once a month, after filing a complaint, we receive a water tanker, but only at the mercy of the driver and the booking team. We have not seen water from the tap in many years. In the summer, the situation becomes even worse.

It is Govt. duty if they could not deliver the water via tap then they must arrange the tanker supply, without water we even can't bath on daily basis, so can imaging what would be the drinking water situation.

We request please look into this matter on priority and help us to supply 2 water tankers in a week.

Since past 4days There is no water supply in the Okhla vihar area, tired of requesting for the tanker or making arrangements to correct the situation, but nobody is there to resolve the issues, no responsibility for the work, Kindly look into this matter seriously and do the needful....

I am writing to bring to your attention the critical issue of no drinking water supply to the residents of Anup Nagar C Block. This community has been experiencing a complete absence of water supply for an extended period.

We urge the Delhi Jal Board to promptly investigate and address this issue to restore the water supply to our area.

I Md irsad Alam having KNO. [protected] received a bill (bill No.[protected] dated[protected] from delhi jal board of rs. 1130 with meter reading. Bill clearly state meter reading MLOC.

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue i had while travelling in dtc bus (Route no.817 M) on 11th May, 2024) (Wednesday) around 7:45pm. I boarded the bus from tagore garden as i had to reach moti nagar delhi metro station for way to my ongoing ISBT kashmiri board. When i was just taking out and counting the money i had to pay for the ticket (₹15), from the next bus stop (Less than 350 meters ahead) three delhi transit ticket checkers boarded the bus and immediately asked me for the ticket. As i was about to ask the conductor, i had the money in my hands. But one of them (Name not known, height around 5'11', spoke in a desi tone) started forcing me to pay ₹200 as fine for travelling without ticket. When I ma trying to contact to someone and making videos then he stopped me to doing this and giving threat to me. I tried to assure him that i was honest by showing him the money and even told him to ask the conductor or driver for confirmation of my boarding place. But instead he manipulated my words and asked the conductor that if i had asked him for the ticket just for his own corrupt purpose. The conductor obviously said no, and the guy not only stepped me down from the bus, threatened me of the cops, imprisonment and forcefully took ₹200 (Receipt image attached) from my wallet. This whole act was very shameful and urges me to think ill of your service and your employees. As an frankfinn student and a responsible citizen i know the rules and respect them with full honesty. Due to this incident i was disheartened and it ultimately ended me getting too late as i was already out of time.
So i request you to take action against this corrupt behavior of your employee as this in a serious way, i believe is against country's anti corruption growth and will be pleased to have your response. It will be kind enough of you to try let me my money back, just because i am student and respect my parents hard earned money.

There's no water supply past 2 days in Gandhi vihar F block(11000) near Mukherjee Nagar.
We're facing alot of problems due to unavailability of water.
Atleast provide for few hours in supply line.

I have received Delhi Jal board bill Rs-50522 today against k no.[protected].sorry to say that i have only Delhi Jal board connection water supply are not available in this area, i have used water from water tanker for home use only .drinking water purchase from market.so how can possible outstanding bill Rs-50522

A water bill dated 11 Mar 2024 for Rs. 636.00 has been raised against flat no. 62A, DDA MIG Flats, Moria Khan, New Delhi.
It is brought to your notice that flat is locked since 07 Oct 2023 and we are still away from Delhi.
Flat is still locked.
It is not understood as how the bill was raised when flat is locked and no water is used.
Please reconcile and send an amended bill.
