I am a resident of mahaveer enclave palam rz-i block . There is a Flat in my building, where i see twice everyday water is being wasted due to overflowing overhead tank. I contacted the Tenant and owner of the Flat to inform him about the issue of wastage of water, but still the problem persists...

Complained on the 1916 helpline about the water which was not coming from last 4 days (complaint No DJB[protected]. But no action was taken, I called at [protected] & message to the allotted person JE Hans Raj Meena but no response from his side (the phone is always "busy").
and water timming is very bad which is after 12:30 Am which very hard to wait till midnight....

The sewer line in front of house no’s. C143 to C148, Sarvodaya Enclave, New Delhi -110017 is blocked for last 2 weeks. This is leading to back up of sewer into houses as well as very foul smell emanating. Very unhygienic and disease prone....

Since past 1 week, water supply in Mayur vihar phase 1 (pocket 1 is my residence), is extremely dirty. Supply is for 1 hour in morning and evening out of which for.first 30 mins, water supply is very dirty, it is yellowish and extremely foul smell. Feels like gutter supply. Children and elderly are falling sick and complaining of stomach ache, indigestion. Besides, watter supply pressure is so low that hardly water tanks are getting filled....
