I applied for new water connection on 28 April 2023 and my kno generated on 15 may 2020 and the paid the new connection bill amount on 16 may 2023, But my new water connection is not executed at my place. Please resolve this issue as a soon as possible

I applied for new water connection on 28 march 2023 and my kno generated on 15 may 2023 and the paid the new connection bill online on 16 may 2023 .
But i dont get any water connection exicution at my address. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible

माननीय महोदय जी समस्या मार्च 2022 से शुरू हो गई फिर यह समस्या मार्च 2023 से फिर शुरू हो गई है गई थी पानी नहीं आ रहा है हमारी गली में माननीय एमएलए (श्रीमान विनय मिश्रा ) जी के ऑफिस में जाकर भी हमने अपनी बात रखी लेकिन वहां से भी बस हमें आश्वासन मिला लेकिन पानी नहीं मिला!

दिल्ली जल बोर्ड के टॉप अधिकारी सबको मैंने मेल कर रखी है लेकिन समस्या का समाधान नहीं हुआ है और गलियों में 3/4घंटे पानी आ रहा है हमारी गली में पानी की एक बूंद तक नहीं आ रही है आपकी तरफ से बस auto-generated मेला जाती है जिसका कोई फायदा नहीं होता है हम लोगों को पता है हम सुबह 4:00 बजे उठकर दूर दूर से पानी ला रहे हैं इसे मोटर द्वारा टंकी में चढ़ा दिया जाता है और बिल दिल्ली जल बोर्ड को दे रहे हैं पानी की एक टंकी की कीमत ₹400 होती है जिससे हम अपने घर की टंकी फुल कर रहे हैं कृपया करके समस्या का समाधान करें

I m Yogesh resident of H-19/11 sharma colony Budh Vihar pH 2 Delhi 110086.
I have little complain against water supply in our street since 4 days due to direct water connection in my street..water didn't arrived at my house due to open water connection .
It's a humble request to look into the matter please.
We are purchasing water to drink for 4 days.

इस प्रकार है 5महीने होने को जा रहा है लेकिन इस गली में पानी नहीं आ रहा है लोगों के बार-बार मेल करने विधायक के पास जाने से भी समस्या का समाधान नहीं हो रहा है केवल आश्वासन दिया जा रहा है JE द्वारा चेक करवाने पर पानी के प्रेशर की कमी बताई गई लेकिन डेढ़ महीना होने को जा रहा है पानी का प्रेशर तेज छोड़ा जा नहीं रहा जिस कारण कुछ गलियों को को पानी नहीं मिल पा रहा है ! सुबह सुबह लोग 4 बजे उठकर पानी के डिब्बे लेकर दूर-दूर से ढोने लगते हैं! लोग यहां पर 400 ₹500 की प्राइवेट टंकी मंगा कर भर रहे हैं! 5 महीने में 2 दिन दिल्ली जल बोर्ड का टैंकर आया जिससे लड़ाई झगड़ा इतना हो जाता है कि कोई पानी भर भी नहीं पाता है!
और टैंकर इस बात का सलूशन नहीं है कि पानी मिल जाएगा विधायक और जूनियर इंजीनियर केवल खानापूर्ति कर रहे हैं यहां के लोग तकरीबन 5 महीने से परेशान हो गए हैं और आम गलियों में दिक्कत है और कुछ गलियों में 4/5 घंटे पानी आता है इंजीनियर द्वारा यहां सर्वे भी किया गया कि अगर मेन रोड की लाइन से लाइन जोड़ दी जाए तो पानी का प्रेशर यहां तेज आ जाएगा जिस कारण वश लोगों को पानी मिल जाएगा लेकिन 3 महीने होने को जा रहा है ना तो प्रेशर तेज छोड़ा नहीं जा रहा है! महोदय यह मेले मैंने पिछले साल 2022 में की थी लेकिन अब वह स्थिति 2023 में बन रही है कृपया करके पानी का प्रेशर बढ़ाएं जिससे इस गली के लोगों को पानी मिल जाए मैं मेल कर कर के थक चुका हूं बार-बार आपके यहां से बस auto-generated मेला आ जाती है लेकिन समस्या का समाधान नहीं हो रहा है! पानी पीने लायक भी नहीं आ रहा है एकदम गंदा खारा पानी आ रहा है! यहां के लोग इतने परेशान हो रहे हैं कि अब रोड ब्लॉक करके धरना देने की सोच रहे हैं! करके पानी की समस्या का समाधान किया जाए

सर सुबह सुबह मेल कर रहा हु क्योंकि पानी की टाइमिंग नही है यहां पर और तो और पानी आ भीं नही रहा है कृप कर के पानी के पानी का प्रेशर तेज करवा दीजिए जिस से हम गली वासियों को पानी मिल जाए कई जगह पे तो बिना मोटर के पानी आ रहा है और 4 5 घंटे आ रहा है सुबह शाम कम से कम इस गली में एक टाइम तो ठीक से पानी दीजिए सर प्लीज सर मेल पे मेल करने के बाद बी कोई समस्या का समाधान नही हो रहा है सर 2022 में बी ये ही कहानी हो गईं थी मार्च से नवंबर तक पानी और इस साल बी ये है होने वाला है जूनियर इंजीनियर से लेकर विधयक तक सब के पास चले गए पर सब ने आश्वासन दिया लेकिन पानी नही दिए प्लीज़ सर

दिल्ली जल बोर्ड वरिष्ठअधिकारी बस ऑटो जेनरेटर मेल आ जाती है लेकिन समस्या का सामाधान नही हो रहा है हर गली में पानी पानी नही आए तो बात समझ में आती है लेकिन हर गर्मियों में इस गली में पानी की प्रोब्लम होती है जो सर्दी आने तक हल नहीं होती है

I am a resident of mahaveer enclave palam rz-i block . There is a Flat in my building, where i see twice everyday water is being wasted due to overflowing overhead tank. I contacted the Tenant and owner of the Flat to inform him about the issue of wastage of water, but still the problem persists...

Water supply is having sewage smell specially the at afternoon time

Please resolve the issue as soon as possible cause it's very unbearable to use such kind of water.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a pressing matter regarding the poor quality and foul odor of the water supply in our locality. This issue has persisted for the past 15 days and has greatly affected the well-being of the residents.
The water coming out of our taps has become increasingly contaminated, exhibiting a strong and unpleasant smell and dirty. It is alarming and deeply concerning...

Complained on the 1916 helpline about the water which was not coming from last 4 days (complaint No DJB[protected]. But no action was taken, I called at [protected] & message to the allotted person JE Hans Raj Meena but no response from his side (the phone is always "busy").
and water timming is very bad which is after 12:30 Am which very hard to wait till midnight.

I am resident of A Block, Lane No. 12 Kiran Garden Uttam Nagar. From last few days, the water being supplied by DJB is extremely dirty and smelly. This is as good as sewer water. This water can cause serios damage to health of the user. Please help to get this fixed.

In previous days a government employee of DJB MR. babu ram who is also from dera village give us threat that he will of do something dangerous to our family and showing his power of Govt job and telling that he has show much link in government he can do anything
Please try to understand our situation we can’t even write a complaint against him because he is very powerful in our village
Try to do something which can if DJB help us to fire these kind of employee who showing there power of govt job to normal peoples and i am not just one who is victim of all this there are so many people around our area pls try to hide my identity. I believe govt will take a legal action against him

Regarding contaminated water supply since last month ..we are facing heath issues.. It contains Gutter water smell

I am a resident of B block Vijay Vihar Phase-2 Rohini Delhi, In Gali no 2 E block next to Mukesh electronics, One damaged Sewer causing Foul smell is overflowing since many days making restrictions for the nearby building residents to pass on. Request the concerned authority to take necessary action and provide the appropriate solution for the issue asap

The sewer line in front of house no’s. C143 to C148, Sarvodaya Enclave, New Delhi -110017 is blocked for last 2 weeks. This is leading to back up of sewer into houses as well as very foul smell emanating. Very unhygienic and disease prone.

Since past 1 week, water supply in Mayur vihar phase 1 (pocket 1 is my residence), is extremely dirty. Supply is for 1 hour in morning and evening out of which for.first 30 mins, water supply is very dirty, it is yellowish and extremely foul smell. Feels like gutter supply. Children and elderly are falling sick and complaining of stomach ache, indigestion. Besides, watter supply pressure is so low that hardly water tanks are getting filled. This is causing tremendous inconvenience and causing health hazards. Concerned authorities, pl look into this matter.

I’m resident at 281 and have been facing the water supply issue so much that I honestly have to go somewhere if I have to use bathroom or want to drink water.
The timings given by the government are 5am, 2pm, 5pm the supply during these times are minimal or no supply at all due to low pressure or something
So I request you to please look into this matter

I am a resident o[censored]ttam Nagar, Mohan Garden. I live near Kamal Model Sr. Sec. School, New Delhi-110059. Our whole locality of nearly 20-30 houses is not getting drinkable water. The water is contaminated, have foul smell and is unfit for cooking as well. The case is running for over two months. We have to bring water from shops which costs us a lot as we need clean water for almost everything. I request Delhi Govt. or any other authority to please look into this matter.Cases of typhoid and diarrohea have become a norm in our area. We cannot suffer like this anymore. It is summer time and we need a lot of water to drink and shortage is something that is affecting nearly 150 people altogether. Please look into this matter. I highly request you.
