no water supply in govindpuri extension gali no 2

Water supply only for 10 mins in morning 4:20 no pressure of water all overhead tanks are dry from last 2 weeks. Solutions given by djb officers hire pvt plumber dig out and make illegal connection!!! And then also no gurantee of water supply and no responsibility by djb. kno number not available for my | help

water connection number... but i am unable to find it. After filling the necessary details from the old bill it prompts "KNO does not exist for the

overcharge/excess water bill

I have received the water bill of Rs 4436 for the bill period of 30.12.17-26.02.18. Despite of my regular follow-ups at the office of Delhi Jal Board, Janak Puri there is no resolution/solution of the unauthorized bills.

My bill for the above K.No used to be always zero after the honorable Delhi's Chief Minister's Mr. Arvind Kejriwal's usage limit of 20 KL per month....

complaint against high bills

In my property located near filmistan cinema we have a major water bill issue going on.

With none living in the house the bills have once shoot up to rs.7378

I had gone to the office of djb and they refuse to make any adjustments saying that the bill is as per consumption.

The house is merely a one room sized with 3-4 taps in it. I dont know whether it is possible to...

We have been receiving dirty sewer water supply for the last 1 year and several complaints were made in your office but the quality of water improved temporarily and after some days again dirty water supply continues causing problem to our health and daily routine.

We request you on behalf of our area people to take some action in this matter and replace the main water supply pipes in our block.

wrong reading status as rddt

The meter reader mentioned the wrong current reading status as rddt (Reading detained) and previous reading status as 404 units. According to him the unit reading was not increasing but the fact is that the rentholder is not in delhi from almost 3 months so how can the reading increase. Our meter is working and in good condition and have been checked.
He also said that we have to waste water if not needed but reading has to be increased...

Respected sir,
An unauthorized and illegal water connections around 10 - 12 nos. Working in a-18, gali. No. 1, rajapuri, uttam nagar, near gaur public school., delhi - 110059`. The water flow badely when the supply begain. No any action taken by delhi jal bord against them. So please take the action. And please disconnect the above noted connection.

Bill generated for kno 2781911000 without meter reading

I am a resident of fl 9056 vasant kunj, dda lig. My water kno no. [protected]. I installed water meter on december 2016 and informed to djb vasant kunj on 24/12/2016 with dy. No. 8134. But now my first bill generated without meter reading which is very high (Rs. 1858) as average policy with 87 units. As acutally my water meter reading is very low. Please check and do needful to generate correct water bill.

Water meter reading

I am Jolly Joseph, my water meter no. is M[protected] r/o C4/124-A, Lawrence Road, Delhi-110035. As per Delhi Jal Board Bill dtd 10.02.16 reading is 379 for 65 days and 32 units. In May, reading is 453. In July, reading is 500, in Sept. reading is 536, In Oct. reading is 548 and in Dec. reading is 570. Really I am surprising from where you are taking these reading. As on 16.01.2017 my current water reading shows in the water meter is 0057425....
