Please refer to consumer Kno. [protected].
A water bill dated 11 Mar 2024 for Rs. 636.00 has been raised against flat no. 62A, DDA MIG Flats, Moria Khan, New Delhi.
It is brought to your notice that flat is locked since 07 Oct 2023 and we are still away from Delhi.
Flat is still locked.
It is not understood as how the bill was raised when flat is locked and no water is used.
Please reconcile and send an amended bill.

    सविनय निवेदन हैं कि हमारे घर के नलो में पिछले एक महीने से “पीने का पानी” गंदा और बदबूदार आ रहा हैं।
    मैं Mayur Chouhan, Gali No. 14, Sadh Nagar, Palam Colony, Near Railway Line, New Delhi- 110045 का निवासी हूँ। जो पीने का पानी हमारे घर के नलों में आ रहा है उसे पीने और अन्य किसी प्रयोग में भी लेने से हमारा स्वास्थय खराब होने का डर हैं | आपसे प्रार्थना है कि आप इस समस्या की तरफ सकारात्मक तरीके से देखेंगे और इस समस्या का निवारण करेंगे क्योंकि पानी के बिना जीवन संभव ही नहीं है। पानी एक बेसिक जरूरत है।
    कृपया आप इस समस्या का जल्दी से जल्दी कोई समाधान निकालें। आशा हैं कि आप हमारी प्रार्थना पर ध्यान देते हुए इसका जल्द ही उचित समाधान करेंगे।

      Subject: Urgent Appeal: Unresolved Sewer Water Issue and Closed Complaints (DJB[protected], DJB[protected]
      Delhi Jal Board Officials,
      I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding the continued sewer water issue in front of House No. 140, Pocket 7, Sector 24, Rohini, and the closure of complaints DJB[protected] and DJB[protected] without resolution.
      Despite repeated assurances and promises from Delhi Jal Board officials, the problem persists unchanged, and the living conditions for residents continue to deteriorate. It is disheartening to witness the lack of proper initiative and commitment from the authorities in addressing this pressing issue.
      I am particularly troubled by the closure of complaints DJB[protected] and DJB[protected] without any resolution. Contrary to the official status indicating closure, the problem remains unresolved, and the residents continue to suffer from the consequences of the sewer water flooding.
      It is imperative not only to clear the blockage in the sewer line but also to clean the surface, which has accumulated layers of dirt and grime. This comprehensive approach is necessary to ensure the health and well-being of the residents and to prevent further deterioration of the living conditions in the area.
      I urge the Delhi Jal Board authority to reopen complaints DJB[protected] and DJB[protected] and take immediate and effective action to resolve the sewer water issue in front of House No. 140, Pocket 7, Sector 24, Rohini. Additionally, I request that the necessary steps be taken to clean the surface and restore it to a safe and sanitary condition.
      The residents of the area deserve prompt and efficient assistance from the authorities to address this critical issue. I implore you to prioritize this matter and ensure that the commitments made by Delhi Jal Board officials are fulfilled without any further delay.

        I am a resident in Nihal Vihar, Dist Nangloi. We are getting dirty and smelly drinking water from last four days. Regarding this different people complaining to DJB from their different sources, But no action till date. You are requested to intervene to resolve the issue ASAP.

          Issue regarding the water supply provided by the Delhi Jal Board in 275 (A, B, C, D, E, F), 274 (A, B, C, D, E, F) Pocket 2, Mayur Vihar Phase 1, New Delhi - 110091.

          Over the past 29 days, there has been a drastic decline in the quality of water supplied. It has come to our notice that sewer water has contaminated the pipelines, posing a serious threat to the residents' health. This is particularly concerning for families with young children who are more vulnerable to the adverse effects of such contaminated water.

          In light of this, I kindly urge you to expedite the resolution of this issue to ensure the restoration of clean and safe water supply to our locality.

          I have been consistently lodging complaints with DJB over the last 29 days about the problem of contaminated water (Complaint ID: DJB[protected]. Regrettably, no action has been taken so far. It appears that they are waiting for people to become ill or face even more severe consequences before addressing the issue. Can anyone provide assistance or guidance? it seems that nobody is listening.

            Hi Team,

            This is bring to your notice that we are receiving very dirty water supply in Vishwas park E block Uttam nagar since last 1 year and people are not able to use this water for drinking even any kind of routine use.

            People are buying drinking water from other sources which is very expensive and poor people are not in position to buy it on daily basis.

            Also, young children can't bath with dirty water anymore as they are facing skin problem.

            Please look into the matter on urgent basis.

              DJB water Bill generated without taking reading

              Address: E-Block 190b, Street no.07, Shastri park, Delhi 110053

              Meter generated without taking reading with the status as MLOC but the meter is working totally fine and Bill amount is also generated Rs.642 (Bill no.[protected] Bill Date 31-JAN-2024.
              Last meter reading was 417/OK nut now it came as / MLOC but as we can see in our meter it has the reading 432 at the time I am writing this message (05-FEB-2024). I am also attaching the photo of the meter with these message. Please take the needful...

              We have received wrong bill from Delhi jal board and bill amount is Rs 1080 without checking meter reading this is happening second time last bill we had paid of Rs 1788 that was also without checking meter reading

                    Excessive Water Bills on Domestic Residential Consumer K No 1088951000

                    I and my wife (just two o[censored]s) have been living in this single storey house since the year 2004. All these years the monthly water bills from DJB have been in the range of Rs 400 to Rs 500 per month.

                    However for the last few months very excessive monthly bills have been raised in the range of Rs 4000 to Rs 7000 per month . This is really surprising and not understood as our water consumption pattern has remained unchanged for...

                      The water supplied by the delhi jal board in pandav nagar locality is very dirty and also has very foul smell.
                      it seems that untreated water is supplied directly to the households.

                      I hope that this issue is resolved ASAP because it is very deteriorating to the health of the people.

                          I paid my meter installation charges+ panelty in apr but my meter has not been installed and i have already reached out to their grievances but nothing has happened and I am really afraid if later they come up with a huge amount which i wont pay.

                              Excess Water Bill Amount

                              Sir, We have received an excessive water bill during the period of Pandemic, since then, we have raised the complaint different forum but no response was received. Again, in the month of November' 2023, the excessive water bill received. RTI also filed in this regard, we have not received positive response.

                              Since Marc'23 every time people come form department and take a not of meter reading but they are not reflecting the same in bill. We could have got the benefit of CM's scheme if these bill were generated on time with correct readings. Please generate the bill with correct reading and waive the complete backdated bill as it was not our mistake.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I am Prabir Mukherjee and my water Kno no. is [protected]. I have received your bill amount Rs. 11030.00 (Bill No.[protected]. I have a very small family and a daily consumption of around 500 ltr of water. When I checked the bill I found that the meter no mentioned in the bill is incorrect. The meter fixed to my connection is 2019A2594107. The meter no mentioned in the bill is 2019A2594661. The reading as on 21/04/2023 is 00373.10.

                                I have visited my nearest MOHAN GARDEN, New Delhi - 110059 DJB office several times and also given written complaints twice but without any result.
