Dear sir. Please note we reside in mayur vihar pocket 2 and since 2 months the water supply has been dirty and smally water. Please help to resolve the issue.

My usage is not that much. I have received very huge bill which is incorrect. Please rectify the fill and send the correct one.

my connection no is [protected].i applied for domestic purpose for rental person.one officer come and he say that i will approved but u can give money for[protected]. I did not give any amount of money. he said I will approved commericail meter. than after some time I have received one msg from Delhi Jal board for 20707 bill . i applied domestic purpose I cannot effort this amount of bill. please change my meter commercial to domestic and I will pay 1000 rs. its very urgent please help me .

Filthy water with foul smell is supplied in mandir road, mahavir enclave since 25th of march 2023.

Please resolve this issue asap as I have got serious skin infection due to this water.

This is regarding my water bill against K no [protected] with address B 246 Vivek Vihar Delhi 110095. My this month's water bill is of Rs 8453/- for 158 units consumed in 66 days. If you compare this with my previous billing history for the similar period my consumption has been around 50 - 55 units only which has gone 3 times in this billing where there has been no increase of members/ function etc at my place.

I would like to inform you that our village/locality is very troubled by irregular supply of drinking water. Most of the hand pumps in our village are in poor condition. Water is coming in the taps outside the house for the last 10-15 days and even if water comes, it comes only for half an hour. Due to paucity/scarcity of drinking water, people stand in queue for hours with bucket and pots to fill water from midnight onwards.

Therefore, I request you to kindly please regularize the supply of drinking water in this shyam nagar extn Vishnu garden new delhi. We will be very grateful to you for this noble work.

हम जनक अपार्टमेंट चाणक्य प्लेस पार्ट १ के निवासी हैं और हम नहीं जानते कि आपकी क्या परेशानी है और क्यों आप हमारे क्षेत्र में पानी नहीं दे रहे या यदि दे रहे हैं तो पीने लायक नहीं होता जिसकी फोटो भी हम संलग्न कर रहे हैं, और ये सिर्फ आज या एक दिन कि बात नहीं है ऐसा रोज़ किया जा रहा है, और पानी आने का समय भी तय नहीं है कभी रात ३ बजे आता है तो कभी ३:३० तो किसी दिन ४ बजे सुबह
कभी सिर्फ १५ मिनट पानी दिया जाता है तो कभी ३० मिनट या कभी १ धन्टा पानी दे कर गन्दा पानी दे दिया जाता है और हमने जितना पानी टंकी में संग्रह किया होता है सारा गन्दा कर दिया जाता है, कृपया आप ये बताने का कष्ट करें कि यदि हम या हमारे परिवार के सदस्यों को ऐसे पानी पीने से कुछ होता है तो कौन जिम्मेदार होगा।
और क्या आप लोग भी ऐसा ही पानी पीते हैं या पी सकते हैं

The Delhi Jal Board is digging the sewerage, due to which a lot of dust rises on the road, it has become difficult to breathe.

Please not that the meter reader not taking readings (Meter locked shown in bill), whereas the meter is in working condition.

Hello Team, wants to register a complaint against the Delhi Jal Board because the sewage clogged and over flow at WZ 1008 - WZ 1018 Pankha road Nangal Raya where stinky smell and sewage water overflow. People have to wear a mask and extra sleeper to go and in every time from the house and maximum problems for the children who are little in age and daily in-out situations from home to schools.

Black gutter water is coming in west patel nagar.It smell very bad and is very unhygenic

Through this letter, I want to draw your kind attention towards the excessive billing of our water consumption of the last month bill cycle.

Dear sir/madam,
Yesterday in Mehrauli, ward no. 2, Raja Tailor Chowk, opposite Udaya Apartment (194/A), there was an unauthorized and illegal water pipeline connecting to MCD's main water pipeline. This illegal work is being done to provide water connections to some flats in Udaya Apartments and Shivalik Apartments. Sasankan and Biju Varghese, residents o[censored]daya Apartments, are making an effort for this. Sasankan's son-in-law broke the road and laid the pipe yesterday. They plan to extend that connection again today. Many people are paying cash and waiting for a connection; they are witnessing such illegal activity in front of them. The water flow is badly affected when this supply begins. And please take the necessary action to stop this illegal activity. Let it be an example for others too.
Please provide me with more details about it or take a strong decision on this issue. I hope the problem will be resolved as soon as possible.

My water connection meter ( 394511) in the name of Harish Chander gulati 1463 outram lane, , has been theft in Feb 2023...
i came to know about it when water bill came...& I was out of town & no-one was using water ...
When back i checked the meter was missing & my water bill was generated on avg basis(25kl usage)...
Please lodge my complaint so I can apply for new meter..

I am a resident of H.N. WZ 60-61 Om Vihar Phase 1, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059. I would like to inform you that there is always over flow of sewer hand hole near our houses.Due to that we are facing always bad smell and no clean route for offices and schools and we have marriage function in the same building. Sewar water logging generate mosquito, I and many people of the area has already been complaint for the same on last monday with DJB with complaint number...

I have received a bill of 24989/- .I go for my work so there is no one left at my premises as I am single, so no one resides at home I filed a complaint at 1916 but they have closed the complaint but when i went to nearby DJB office they told me i will get a new bill(a rectified one) .Do what's the next step as the provisional billing has been done in last 3 years and my total units since last reading is 59 units.Please resolve the matter and give me a genuine bill as soon as possible

My house basement is flooding lot of water coming in my house basement from outside water line leaking or sewer I don’t now but my basement has to much water if water is coming in that much quantity in my house so my house is feel down please do something as soon as possible otherwise we have big problems soon please send someone to see or fix this problem quickly.
