We have received a water bill of Rs 37, 801 for our connection at address G-2/31, Sector-11, Rohini for the period of 1 jul 2013 - 6 feb 2014 wihtout any reason. We have never received a bill for that much amount, Our Water bills always stayed under 3-4K . As per DJB they have been sending us provisional bills but I dont understand how all of a sudden the bill amount rose to 37801. Please help us in getting this resolved as nobody is ready...

hello i am living in uttam nagar indra park rz b 55/56 near pali factory new delhi. from last 1 month the water is not cuming properly and if it comes then the water is dirty like garbage water .We all are facing big problem due to this water .So plz do somethinsg for this problem as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

We would like to draw your kind attention that after complaining many times personally, no one has solved our problems of drinking water as well as over flow of sewerage in our area .

Pls note, to get drinking water daily we have to waste 5-7 buckets of black color of water which contains such bad smell like sewerage 's water. And even after wasting those 5-7 buckets we get water is not...

There is no proper water supply for the last 4 months in Street No 6, Govindpuri Extension, Kalka Ji.The water supply has not been restored causing undue hardship to the residents of this area who are living on the tail end of the street (residents living between 1730 to 1740 ) as any water released is pumped by heavy motors installed by the residents who are living in front row depriving us from getting any water.

I am resident of D block Harinagar New Delhi. The water supply of DJB has become stinky and dirty which cant be used for any purpose since the start of summer season. Their is no proper greviance cell of DJB to lodge complaint even....

I am a resident of H.N. 2503, 2nd Floor, Punjabi Basti, Sabji Mandi, Clock Tower Delhi-110007. I would like to inform you that there is a leakage from a sewer line near our house. This line is on the road where the meat market is there. We have talked to the MCD Staff of our area they have told that the pipe line has broken & pipe needs replacement. But it is already more than 15 days over, now the dirty (sewage) water...

I am one of the resident of Balbir Nagar Ext which comes under the Shahdara area. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalised.br...

There was an incorrect meter reading entered for DJB in May 2021. Due to this, a 74330 bill was generated. I filed multiple complaints and even went ahead and paid Rs. 74330 in September. But the next bill was based on average and was again for Rs. 80000. Despite multiple complaints the bills continue to be marked on average and the latest bill is 211800 due to recurring late fees. 7 complaints have been filed online and 2 visits made to the branch office with all the documents including pictures of meter reading. But no solution since then.

Dear sir,
Your kind attention is drawn to the following for your kind perusal and necessary action.

In continuation of my complaint on 17th Aug 2019 (ID: 2426103).

Initially we were told that pay the amount then it would be corrected so we paid around 13000 rupees in february 2019. After the meter checking, it was found that there was problem with the meter but bill hasnt been adjusted. After the meter correction the meter is running around 5 times slower. But they havent replaced the meter. Current outstanding is 53000. We are senior citizen and can't pay this inflated bill. There is no satisfactory response from the delhi jal board office as they just say that you have to pay bill. They very well agree that bill is unjustified but they say they can't do anything about it. Please get this corrected.

I will earnestly request you to please take an appropriate decision after this plea.

हमारी गली मे रोज सीवर पानी भर जाता है जिसकी वजह से घर से बाहर निकालना मुस्किल हो जाता है गली से आने जाने वालों को भी बहुत परेशानी होती है । रुके हुए पानी मे बहुत बदबू आती है ओर उस पानी मे मच्छर भी पैदा हो गए है जिसकी वजह से लोगों को बहुत दिक्कत हो रही है । काफी समय से सीवर की लाइन बंद है जिसे गली वालों का रहना बदहाल हो गया है कृपया कर के हमारी इस समस्या का समाधान करे आपकी अति कृपया होगी ।

I, Arvinder Singh Bhatia, resident of JG-3 231/C, Vikaspuri, New Delhi- 110018, want to register an FIR for my water meter theft.

This morning, 07 April 2025, at 6 am I found out that someone had broken the gate of my water meter cabinet and stolen the meter. There is no water supply now.

Kindly register an FIR and take appropriate actions to resolve this issue so that I do not have to face any penalty from Delhi Jal Board.

I have attached the photos of the broken door and missing meter from the space.
