1. I have a water connection No 36706 , Zone 16/SW-1 Sub code A-3, at my residence RZ 90 Street No 11/12 East Sagarpur New Delhi.

2. I have received bill no 33864 dated 19 Jun 2009 for Rs 213.00 payable by 06 Jul 09 and the same was paid on 01 jul 09 at theirr collection cetre located in Sagarpur vide their receipt No 8938.

3. Now I have received another water bill No 81390 dated 4 Sep...

Even after payment of all the water connection bills of DJB in time, I am receiving balance amount in all the bills. My details are as under:

approx. 100 illegal water connections are taken by residents of Vijay Vihar phase-1, near Sect-5, Rohini, from the water line of Rithala between the two govt. schools to petrol pump, which completely disturb the water supplu of Rithala,
kindly arrange to disconnect and put the illegal pipes from the road at the earliest.if any Govt. employee has taken this illegal connection, should be penalised and punished...

I am a resident of G-Block Batla House, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi. Our colony receives impure & dirty water, which is unfit for drinking, even after repeated filterations. The water we get through our taps, completely defeats the inherent properties of water. It is usually brown, contains visible impurities & tastes horrible. At times it smells so badly, as if it's coming directly from some drains....

We, the residents of Mohalla Mantola, Pahar Ganj New Delhi, are not getting any water supply for the last five months. This is a regular problem every year for the last five years and the residents of the Mantola Pahar Ganj, do not get water supply during summer months (from March to September)
Though Delhi Jal Board changed water pipeline in our area twice in the last five years, but the problem is still there.br...

I am resident of Pocket 22, Sector-24, Rohini and here is very poor supply of water from long time.

We have given so many complaints in DDA office, Deepali Chowk, Sector-3, Rohini but no response.

Can anybody give advice what should we do....

it has been observed that there is no proper water supply in some building in 34 block west patel nagar for the last few months. so many complaints have been made to the concerned authorities but no action has been taken so far. A few days back the area MLA visit the area and assured that supply will be regularised and action will be taken against the concerned people soon. But we are still waiting the same.

As a responsible citizen, i think it is my duty to inform the government about the lack of management in the supply of water in ward no. 3, mehrauli (4" dia pipe upper-kalkaji). I have been following up with the officials on the date of supply everyday (the last supply was on 26/7). All of them blame the person above them for the lack of water supply and NEVER give the correct info on the date of supply....
