Dear Sir,
Delhi Jal Board Provide Water Connection to F Block Mahavir Enclave III New Delhi in March 2009 People deposited deplopment carges and took connection and invested mony for the connection one year year to go but till the date DJB not able to supply water in adequate quantity.
for the following areas
Gali no 81, 82, 83, 84, 85
Where areas pipe lines are ok water can reach, but not reaching.
We had registered many complaint but till the date we have not received proper reply for the same
If jal board have not water in sufficient quantity, DJB should inform to the peple We are going to take help opf RTI

I Sujata Malhotra resident of G-29/31-32 top floor Sector-3, Rohini. I have received bill on 18th Feb 2015 of consumption 110kl and the bill is summed up to Rs.2015. Now on 5th May 2015 I hv received bill of Rs.4233 on consumption of 117kl. I reqst u to kindly get the bill checked as per consumption. We feel the bill is coming very overrated and inflated.kindly get them checked.

dirty and stink water like sewar
I have a water connection of Delhi Jal Borad at 245/27 A School Block, Main road, Mandawali, New Delhi-110092.There is a smell in the water like sewage which is not even suitable for drinking and washing. So kindly check this problem and resolve it as soon as possible.

I hope you are able to resolve this problem and we will get clean water every day.

In the current month of July 2010 DJB has sent water bill highly inflated on a bill of 198 for 80 KL of water charges there is sever maintainance charges is Rs. 119 and rs. 413 service tax. Can someboday from DJB justify the Service Tax of Rs. 413 is chaged on what basis? This is a total arbitrary callousness on part of DJB.

My water bill is problem

Delhi Jal Board is not capable to supply the water. I personally have lodged many complaints on-line as well as I have given the letter to its Paschim Vihar office stating that I am connected with DJB water connection at Gali no. 11, B-Block Sewak Park, Uttam Nagar and Since last 2 year I have not seen a even a single drop of water in my tap. People who have unauthorised connections are enjoying & wasting the water without paying and by using Tullu pumps and water does not reaches to our houses.Most of the peoples have stopped thinking that Water will reach here.

Few year back same condition was of DESU . Now after privatisation of DESU to BSES . BSES is doing very well & any person who wants to take the electricity connection, complains, bill problem are well short out.

I appeal to the Govt ( Hon. Sheela Dixit) & its Officers that it should be privitized as soon as possible. Govt should think that this is the capital of country & here people must get their basic amenities.

This Month I have received bill of Amount 4531/-. We are regular Pay bill consumer on time. This is very big amount in this life for us. last bill is -335, so after 20-July-14 to 13-Oct-14 is very high bill amount why ?

We use daily electricity but no amount like this. we use only one time motor for water then how it' s possible that very high bill.

The water being supplied here is not even good enough for washing and bathing, so you yourself can thinkabout the drinking water quality.

The plumber of area give connection in one week (take Charges Rs. 1500/- per file). But direct apply for water meter connection pending last One months (after says no result). pls. take this matter and solve

It is shame full to mention that the said organisation even after all the hulla goola by CM this department though they have taken over has no SBU Head
Please observe that the said Govt agencies are giving permission to builders to go vertical with no action on the 'SEWER LINES'--Strange??Can these lines laid with a 5/6inches diameter take the load of added of Human Waste on every cubic meter?Please ask the MCD how and why these plans are sanctioned, connections given Where is our CM??Can she hear us?

I am a resident of 647, Baba Farid Puri West Patel Nagar , New Delhi -8. We are not getting any water supply since May2009.
When we have aksed to local Office about the same they told that there is shortage of water in these days in Delhi.
But after August 2009 there is no water supply & there is supply of tankers is also not possible.
I also have no idea how & where to register the complaint for the same.

Please sugget what we should do now to save our life?

We have already complaint for the same to DJB local office, control Room & in website also serval times, but still there is no action taken for the same.

I am a student and residence of *L-IInd 892/20, sangam
vihar, New Delhi-110062*, actually I want to draw your kind attention
towards the *problem faced by residents of this locality since a week*,
before this every thing not very good but ok, that was satisfying. Our
tankers are filled and sent from G.K-I, the person who sent tankers named
Mr. Surender. He managed very well since four or five Years, as I know, he
also adjust M.L.A as well as CCR with the general people, everyone is
satisfied by that process. But now, I don't know who set *some local persons
* and divide only two tankers in each area, *if somehow the tankers of an
area incidently not working properly, not covered by tankers of other areas,
it means u have to wait about two days without water because there is no
water source in this area and this area is about 15 to 20 sq. km.* *The
private person, who now sending tankers do not adjust any complaint, weather
it is from CCR, weather it is from CM office.* Yesterday, we resident of our
locality were standing there since 5 A.M., but don't got water, *CCR
complaint which is on add- 367/7, was sent by the govt. representative (Mr.
Surender), but it was cut by the persons sending tankers.* NowI want to know
how the persons who do not have proper position can neglect the request of
an govt. representative. At last I want to say that I don't how you manage
and oppose the system applied through private persons, but I know only this
if you don't do this soon, people about 20, 000 are in serious problem. I
request you to give the power of register and sending tankers in the hand of
Mr. Surender because he know this area very well.I hope you think on my
request and take strict steps soon and give response as reply as
you received this mail.
