Subject.:(BLOCKAGE OF SEWER LINE IN FRONT OF OUR FACTORY, A-55 OKHLA PHASE II),

DEAR SIR

WE REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT WE ARE FACING LOTS OF PROBLEM

DUE TO BLOCKAGE OF SEWERLINE.IN FRONT OF OUR FACTORY.

OUR TOILETS ARE CHOCKED AND ARE FORCED TO CLOSE.

WORKERS ARE FACING...

This is inform to concern person that we are getting dirty water supply in our area and already I have complaint against the dirty water in nearest Delhi jal board office but they do not take any hard action for this problem.


Most of the Sever are opened in our area( Sultan Puri, Block-C-4 ). MCD Councilor also not take any action regarding this. They dig inside Sever and not closed dig area of Sever properly so we getting smell.

We required proper support from our Councilor because. She not visited 1 time in our block.

WATER SHORTAGE
I am submitting complaint on behalf of Block–E-2/87, Madangir, Dr. Ambedkar Nagar, and New Dehi-62
Due to non co-operation of Delhi Jal Board staff, the People of above area are facing heavy Water shortage, we are totally depended on Booster Pumps & tube wells installed in our colony. We have requested several times to the Area JE Mr S.K.Garg TUBE WELL department GK. He give assurance that he is going to solve all our problems,

Now the condition is pathetic day by day, one side they have increased their water bill another side they are not in a position to keep the water supply properly, now we are getting around 15-20 minutes only one time(in morning)water supply, moreover at low pressure, Sometimes the water quality is so bad that it smells and seems to be drain water. In spite of complaining many times to MR. SK Garg but all in vain. Kindly take necessary action on it to solve our problems.

Hi. We haven't recieved a single drop of water since 4 days. When we call the DJB water tank office for sending a water tanker, we get a standard answer "The driver is not available". We are now helpless. Can you please do something ASAP. Thanks.

Due to non co-op of Delhi Jal Board staff ,the People of above area are facing heavy Water shortage ,we are totally depended 4 Tube wells installed in our colony, in which 2 tube wells are not working since last 2 months, We have requested several times to the Area AE Mr Jain TUBE WELL department GK ,He give assurance that he is going to solve all our problems,

He agree go do the following things

1. Maintains of leaking water tanker , [ photograph of water tanker enclosed in a Damaged condition ]
2. Repair of Tube well [ photograph enclosed in a damaged condition]

3. increase of durations of Ganga Jal

One side jal board increased their bill without any changes of their service,

now the condition is deteriorating day by day, one side the have increased their water bill another side they are not in a position to keep the water supply properly, now we are getting around 10 minutes water supply [around 200 liter water ] , it is not sufficient for one family consisting around 4 members , also please note 2 of bore well out of 4 , are still lying damage conditions, another side water storage tank is leaking ,because this 20% of water wasting without any use, [photo enclosed] no one ready to take any responsibility for it. You are requested to kindly take necessary action on it and solve our problems

The quality of water supply to the Raj Nagar - 2, Palam is so poor that you can not drink it Still we are paying for it. If we ask for the tanker, they said give the name of atleast 10 neighbours then we'll see what to do.

When water tanker came, few got water and few not.

I just want to know for what we are paying to DJB? Just for dirty water which also not come regularly.

Sir/Madam,

I am a resident of C-97, Dashrath Puri, Dabri. My water connection is in the name of Smt Meera Krishnamoorthi.

We are only 4 people in the house and the monthly consumption is not more than 23-25 kilolitre in a month. As per the bill from 21-nov-2009 to 22-jan-2010, the metered unit is 122 kilolitres which comes around Rs. 1195. I believe that the the bill is exagerated because all our neighbours have got the bill in the range of Rs. 150-300 for the duration.

As per the bill, the meter reading on 22-jan-2010 was 2253. On 21- March-2010 the reading is 2300 which is exactly 47 units for two months. This shows that the monthly consumption is in the range of 25 units only.

I thereby request you to see into the matter and relieve us from the over-billing. Other details are given below.

I am the resident of 17A/48 W.E.A., Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005.From the past so many months we are experiencing water problems.
We are getting sewage water as drinking water which we cant drink. Despite our repeated complaints to Delhi Jal Board the problem is still remained unsolved. We want a permanent solution to this problem as our families are now getting affected and it is leading to diseases.

I am getting the water bill on an average calculated amount on the pretext of faulty meter.
I am a senior citizen and request you to please change the meter of your own and raise the bill to me. This shall save the time and other resourses.

I feel sad to say in this Hi tech environment still Delhi jal board making very silly mistakes, yes I can understand its a govt organization but still they should work with open eyes in this month of march every consumer received huge billing amount because of the negligence of the people working with Delhi jal board
but because of this negligence common man suffers a lot first person has to stand in a long ques to rectify the bills then to submit the bill again person has to stand for long time and when any person needs any help they always shows their old attitude in short (the govt job attitude of not to do any work)........I think the monopoly of Delhi jal board should be abolish and private sector should enter in this segment also only then these people work properly......

I am always charged for 0-6 KL basis but after our meter was stolen (FIR lodged) DJB has unilaterally UM billing and started charging on the basis of 2o KL per month for the past few years and DJB is not correcting the bill nor installing new meter . This is total harrassment of the consumer . Whom should I approach against the wrong .

Sir,
Being a resident of Jwala Nagar area of Shahdara zone, I want to draw your attention towards the foul smelling water supply in this area since last two weeks. The water being supplied here is not even good enough for washing and bathing, so you yourself can thinkabout the drinking water quality. Hence, I request to look into the matter at the earliest possible else it could effect the residents health of our area.

I am a resident of krishna park, Devli, New Delhi - 110062. This is to inform you that we are facing acute water shotage problem in our area. Now it has been more than three months that there is NO WATER SUPPLY IN OUR AREA. we have made many complaints but no result. There are few other TUBEWELLS in the same area that are working, we are facing horrible situation for last three months. we are forced to buy tankers (Rs 500/-) per tanker which is not a small amount for Lower/Middle class families and tanker water is not suitable for drinking. so most of the time is spent in buying and searching water. We have made complaints many time but no result . And the worst part is that we have received the DJB bill also for the above said period ! what and why should we pay when we have not seen a drop of water during this period . We have also booked a tanker at DJB on 16/02/10. BUT we have not received yet. we have made several visits to the DJB office but we are not getting any response. the drivers of the DJB asked for Rs 500/- per tanker which is free of cost. I request u to kindly look into the matter and take the necessary action in this regard as early as possible. i along with the colony members will be highly obliged if suitable action is taken. waitng for a quick response and action in this regard. Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your attention that from the last 1 Month we are getting supply of contaminated water which is both muddy and has foul sewage smell, due to which people have been taken ill in our area. I will like to request you to kindly attend to this water contamination problum in our locality on priority else we may have more people being taken ill.

Dear Sir,

Sub :- Chocking and maintenance of Sewer line joining our house No. Om-Vihar, 61/1, Ramjas Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi – 110 005, phone number 28727210.


Your sewer line joining our house is chocked and the sewer has caved in. The dirty water is back-tracking and filling our house. We had complained about this at your Faiz road office. They sent the people but they showed their inability to solve the problem as the sewer line had caved in and it was beyond their capability to repair it.

It is therefore requested that you may do the needful to take us out of this unhygienic situation. This situation is causing viral fever in our house and may cause other diseases.

An immediate solution to this problem be initiated.

It is unthinkable, in this age of internet availability even in the remote corners of India, that the Delhi Jal Board and its officers, an essential service provider to the rate-payers and citizens of Delhi, are not accessible through internete/e-mail, as is clear from its website. This, to say the least, is a most serious crime against the public and, in the light of the judgement of their Lordships of the Hon'ble Delhi High Court on the applicability of the RTI Act to the entire judiciary, and the earlier decision of the CIC regarding the applicability of the same Act to the civil servants, is an affront to the civil liberties of the country. What is strange is that, none in the MCD--from the Mayor to the Commissioner to the lower officials supposed to serve the rate-paying public, is also accessible this way and THEIR E-MAILS OR THE E-MAIL CONTACT NO. are not available in the official website of the MCD. And this is in a country where most of the Union Ministers' and bureaucrats, email contact details are easily available on the net.
Will the Hon'ble Prime Minister look into this instance of gross insult of the public?

Subject : Flow of Sewage from the ISCKON Temple (New Delhi), Premises on the Road.

Respected Sir,

There in regular flow of sewage waste water on the road from the ISCKON Temple (New Delhi) premises at East of Kailash-110065.
It is causing very unhygienic condition. Kindly issue necessary instructions to the concerned department to take remedial steps
at the earliest to avoid any epidemic.

Sir,
I am a resident of Pocket B. Near the Mother Dairy of pocket-B, a deep pit of 9ftx7ft with a dept of about 7 ft was dug about one year before for connecting some main water pipe lines. Walls of the pit were made Pucca but it is not covered and if some big animal or some old person by accident (it may not happen) it will be a fatal. Delhi Jal Board authorities should have either covered the same or closed the same. It is really a problematic situation. They may be waiting for some major accident to happen before taking some action. I request the authorities to see themselves and take necessary action please.

Sir/Mam,
I want to divert your kind attention towards the non-water supply in rohini sector-3 for the last 12hours, since, 8am dated 16.12.09 but we are still waiting for the water supply from DELHI JAL BOARD. This is the totally failure of Delhi Government. Why Smt. Shila Dixit is trying to harras?? Is this the reward for public by Shila Dixit Government. It is Shame on Shila Dixit.
