Hi Sir/Mam,

Due to ongoing pandemic, noone came to take meter readings from past few months.

Last meter was taken in Feb'21 which was 1401 & the bill amount was 0.

The latest meter reading was taken on 8th June which was 1474, but also raised a bill for 753 which should be zero.

Kindly rectify the bill amount in your records.

We have received an unimaginable high bill for 1 lakh, which is absolutely absurd. wrong meter reading on the bill. there has been no meter readings at all. All the previous bills have already been paid. we have raised the complaint but no one has ever contacted us for the issue. we are not liable to pay this. Attached is the bill copy and meter reading.

Already raised this issue but no help at all.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I would like to inform that the supply of water is stopped in our area around 48 hours or above and we are face this issue most of the time in our locality. So, Please do something about this issue from your end asap and do the needful.

I got my water connection in March -2019, since then no one took my water meter readings . Suddenly during April -2020 I received water bills of 4400 on both my water connections . Both of them showed same readings and same amount but the actual water reading was way less than it showed in those bills . So I tried visiting kakrola more office of DJB . They said go and bring water bills attached to the water meter readings . I did that but it did not helped . Since then the bills keep on overwriting and now I don't know what to do . I called 1916 helpline but they say sir your water meter reading is less than what it is shown in system please visit zonal office. I don't understand if they are not going to perform meter reading process what is the meaning of installing these water meters. Just say that you have to pay whatever bill we send you

I complaints against my water meter it's not showing reading properly

Sir last 4-5 months se pani ki problem ho rahi hai, many times J.E Mr Saini ji aur Executive Engineer (extion) saket me complaint ki written complaint ki Lekin humari samasya ka koi samadhan nahi hua Asola village ki Brahman wali gali me pani bilkul nahi aata na to tubewell ka aur nahi Soniya vihar ka. Pani ke tanker book karte hain to one week me only 1000 Ltrs Pani hi dete h, ek saftah me 1000 Ltrs se koi kese kaam chalayega, kirpa karke soniya vihar ki supply ka pressure badwa dijiye aur jo pipe line me ball lage h unhe hutwa dijiye.

Here from last day the water supply has affected please solve the problem we are having problems of drinking water also
We dont have drinking water at all now at the time please solve the problem as soon as possible

This is to inform you that in my area sewer is overflowing on the road many times . Sometimes times it stops and again starts overflowing. Please resolve the sewer overflowing problem as soon as possible, because it smells very bad and will spread diseases in this pandemic.

Staying there .I have taken the water connection, my K -No [protected] .past nine month bill is showing ( from august 2020) zero .suudenly last month may 2021 bill has come 12537 Rs i m not using the water .I m not staying in india.after that water bill has come more .please check the water for reading properly .this like you are doing the management .we can, t serve and can, t give . suddenly why should you have send to over water bill like this .every month bill is showing zero RS .
From today I have talk one person mr.k.s rawat In your department.he is taken water reading .he is not talking properly .he don, t have manner to talk every person like illiterate, and rubbish and unresectable talking .how is doing the work in Delhi jal board .don, t spoil the name for Delhi Jal board (government Delhi)India .
Now please check water meter properly bill
And send the actual Indian money .

We have facing a issue of water supply in this pandamic situation nowadays sewage water is mixed in water pipelines. Dashrath puri Delhi Pin Code : 110045 kindly get this issue resolve on priority.

My area water supply water are totally smelled so my home not drinking water plz reslove my problem

Hello i am resident of dashrathpuri street number -14 in new delhi dabri palam. Quality of water is very bad. This will be very bad for our hygiene. It is like sewer water. And it smells sewer is mixed with water. Please solve the issue as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I am a consumer of your DJB department with K.No.[protected], K. No. [protected], K.No.[protected] under the name of D.R. Moudgil with address CD-177, Pitampura, Delhi-110034.

I am receiving the bills from last Dec 2020 without meter reading. By receiving this I am not able to calculate our bill whether the bill is correct or wrong. The previous bills with last date (9 June 2021) to deposit are attached herewith. My premise is open 24 hours and never locked from last 12 years. But your meter reading person has put the meter status on bill is NS and somewhere MLOC.

I hereby request you to arrange the correct reading ( which should be physically taken by your meter reading person), so that I can pay my all the bills in time. I will not pay the bills as per attached bills which were sent by your billing department as they are not justified to me. And I am also not responsible for any late fees if the the revised physically taken reading bills not sent to me.

Hello Sir,

I have received a message regarding water bill of Rs. 16, 501 today, i.e.01.06.2021 against KNo. [protected]. This is to inform you that i have not received monthly bill and i have also paid Rs.11, 000 approximately in the month of july 2020 and now suddenly i received the bill of Rs. 16, 501.
that is too high. I can't pay this amount as i'm not working. Kindly rectify the same at the earliest. So that rectified bill may be deposited accordingly.
