Today evening there was no water supply in our area i.e. tagore garden.
Pls can you tell us that by when water will come?
I have called several times to your customer care number but cannot connect with them.
Pls can you tell when this problem will be solved?

This is to inform you that my water connect KNo is [protected] and last month I have got water bill worth Rs. 2579 which I paid on 11 Jun 2021 via paytm Order Id [protected].

Now today again I have got water bill worth Rs 6336 just for one month.

Please take a serious action on this. As per AAP government water is free for everyone and you DLB generation so much unnecessary bills.

I am a resident of H 3 -block Mahavir Enclave, Part-1, New Delhi 110045. having shortage of water supply. It's very disappointing to say that Delhi is the capital of India and there is no water here. No water supply but But the payment has to be taken on time.
Hence you are requested to kindly look upon this issue and request you pls supply of water in regular basis.
An early response to this matter is highly appreciated.

Please ensure water supply in Jatkhore village, delhi 110039.
Getting very low water supply...people are not getting enough drinking water since last 2 months.
Unauthorized connections adding to worsen the problem.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

There is no fixed water supply in G block Preet Vihar, Delhi-92, for the last 7-10 days in the morning as well as in the evening. Even when the water comes there is no fixed time for it, as well it comes for hardly a couple of minutes. Kindly look into the same on priority as it is becoming very difficult to manage.

I am the resident of F-2nd-19, Madangir, Dr. Ambedkar Nagar, New Delhi - 110062, it's very disappointing to say that shame on delhigovt#jalboard# who claims for free water service but due to their pathetic water service we are suffering badly. Since 2 months we are facing water scarcity in summers but always complaints has been ignored badly by delhi jal board and their leading people. We made several complaints but all time delhi jal board people give rubbish excuses and always avoid the serious complaints made by people who are facing shortage of water. Very poor and pathetic service. Did you forget all the duties and responsibilities towards people who all are having water shortage. Who will be responsible DJB or Delhi Govt., if anyone effected by Covid.

I want to say that it’s been two months now that the water supply in my area (i.e. Model Town) smells foul and causing stomach infection. We continuously ordering water from outside beside this paying bill for the water you are supplying. Please take appropriate steps in this direction.

Water mafia in Tughlaqabad extension because of them everyone is facing water problems here may I know if private bore banned in delhi how their bore are still working and they are doing loot with people. Because they people use to give bribe to the government employee of delhi jal board here.

I Jai Karan kaushik, resident of A-block Hari nagar having shortage of water supply hours or even no water supply for more than a week. This is really very bad for the summer months.

My k no. [protected] and we receive bill every 6 to 8 months which comes 0 as we have only 2 members. Now I received the bill of 1433 rs. And showing pending of December bill. However, our bil has been 0 for atlesst 4 years now after sending us bill 6 months late they are asking us to pay despite the fact we don't have usage at all and in winter it reduces more than what we use daily.

Sir/ Madam,
I did not receive any bill for above water connection no. as earlier it was sent through message on phone, after I registered a complaint on 03/12/2020 at 2.31 PM., apprising that our house 39-A, Pocket-A, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-110095 had been closed since 27/02/2020 as we are living in Canada. We have also received an email from Grievance Department, Delhi Jal Board saying that my issue will be resolved soon.

Today I have checked to see my zero bill on Delhi Jal board site, as I get zero bill in case of Electricity Bills since my house is locked. How is it possible that when my Electricity bill is zero, and we are getting Water Bill more than Rs.5000/-. It is pertinent to mention here that, my water bill was zero, even when I was in India as my water consumption was very less.

I once again request you to please rectify my water bill to zero, as house is locked since 27/02/2020. This fact can be verified from the said location. This is unnecessary harassment to deal such a situation from Canada.

There is no water supply in some pockets of T-132A-133 2nd floor T-block Vishnu Garden Extn New Delhi-110018 tagore for last 1-2 Months or there has been supply of really dirty water. When I did call local officers they had no answers too
