Dear sir/Madam,
I am a passenger and very harash to suffering with bus staff behaviour which is completely unacceptable . they are openly behaving rudely and using abusive language to passenger.

Due to covid-19 first before entering the bus in a depot passenger stand in a queue with social distancing but they enter another passenger in a bus without a queue especially women say they are our relatives and open back door to enter the passenger in bus who are not in a queue.

Conductor he takes money (5, 10 rs) for tickets and don't give ticket say don't worry no body will check just sit quiet.

I work and my monthly sellery is 10k due to bus staf[censored]sually i get late and my sellery is cut i am really getting mentally harash by a conductor, driver and a Marshall of a bus no. (507).

I humbly request you to come and see at abul fazal enclave bus depot in morning time how do Bus staff behaves to passenger.

Bus driver will talking way are not good with a girl. After bus timing she is sheet in tha bus but driver talking very rudely.

Due to covid only 50 percent seat is available ..it means only 17 persons should travel in a bus at a time ..

When i enter this bus all seats are full i also get the seat but one girl standing and the conductor book one seat for his known to .
When i asked the conductor to why he booked that seat he says that one passenger is waiting in the stand .
Infact usne 2 logo ko jo uske janne wale the unko bus mei baithaya ..

I am working in aiims hospital .
I wait for the buses for long hours if some buses are come they already full
Some buses didnt stop .
And like this bus they already booked the seats .
You can also check the cameras if its working ..

This is not done .
We also work in this covid situations but this type of drivers and conductors realy not doing his duty properly .

Please take some action against this type of conductor. driver and marshal.

I am.mamta verma while travelling in bus no DL1PD4818 IN ROUTE FROK KARAMPURA TO MUNDKA on 19th june I entered the bus in evning around 4:30. As it was hot there so i tried to catch some air from the window then the marshal rudely scolded me to sit down. I stayed calm later he shouted at me saying i was sitting at wrng place i switched my place as he said but he was chanting bad words and taunts at me, while I stayed quitr. Later some more passengers boarded the bus they all sit on the wrng seats I asked the marshal that why he is not telling others to sit at the ryt spot rather doing his job he started shouting n yelling at me n stopped the bus in the middle of the way and forced mt to depart when my stop was way far..I guess this is not the behavour a bus marshal should have while dealing with public on daily basis using foul words, i.e, abhi utar dunga bus se niche, okat dikha dunga n abusive language as well. Staring at me while i boarded the bus next day i managed to click a picture of him.

We are facing problem with street dogs near h.no 1-1-1405/1 street no 3 venkatadrinagar kazipet

I am traveling in DTC Bus no. DL 1 PC 9945 on dated 26/June/2021 Bus time 9:30 am at Madanpur dabas it's root is mundka metro to Ritihala metro station,
Ans I have 100Rs so bus conductor is saying thay don't have change but I am able to see they have change is their hand and bag even the security of bus and conductor both are talking with me in bad word that don't have menace how to talk with their half age of Boy.

Can you please take strict action against both I think they not know they are working for public but they don't work for it.

I boarded the bus YMS + (YAMUNA MUDRIKA) Route and Bus no. - DL1P C7425 from anand gram. It was 8:00 A.M. when the bus arrived at Shaheed Nagar More. a girl was trying to board the bus.but The martial stopped the girl from boarding the bus she was getting late for office. Moreover, the girl was requesting to allow her to board the bus & to sit on the martial's seat. But, he refused to do it. Even, a senior citizen was de-boarding the bus & offered his seat to a girl but that martial man didn't give his seat. Martial always occupied his seat.
Please check the recording of the date 23/6/2021 time 8:07 A.M. to 8:30 A.M.

Martials are deployed to protect women & feel them comfortable. Also to respect senior citizens. But, man martials are not following this. Please take some necessary action on this matter.

It's been an issue since a very long time. There are a long of dogs that run behind your vehicle, try to bite pet dogs, chase the kittens. Today they tried to bite my son who was riding his bicycle.
Society dogs are still manageable but there are about 8-10 dogs that are aggressive and harmful. Please help and save our children from these dogs.

I boarded the bus no. DL1PC0207 bus route bahri mudrika (Green Colour) from Anand vihar. It was 9:10 A.M. when the bus arrived at laxmi nagar. a senior citizen was trying to board the bus.(As per the covid 19 guidelines passenger was sitting with social distancing & the bus was occupied with its 50% capacity). The martial stopped the senior citizen from boarding the bus & also started abusing him. Later, he stopped the bus for 15 minutes for their breakfast . The behavior of the bus staff was very bad. people were getting late for their offices But they didn't care. Please check the CCTV footage of the bus dated 22/6/2021 between the timings 9:05 to 9:30 A.M.

They are not stop buses on stands or if women stand on stand they can't stop the bus mostly they prefer only gents passengers

Ref 1 : 20 Inr Ticket charge by cnductor
Ref 2 : 200 Inr wrong Receipt Challan

Today on 14Jun2021 at 07:50 p.m. while i was travelling through AC Bus no 9994 Route 781 from New Delhi to Dwarka sec12, at the mid of Journey ticket checking staff came and checked ticket and made 200 Inr fine I was shocked and surprised.
I have explained them that I had handed over 100 Inr to conductor for Dwarka sec 12 but he was not having change and
asked me for Change but i denied as i was having 10 - 10 Inr Notes changes only .
He said you have to go Dwarka Sec 12 "Koi baat nahi" and given me 20 Inr Ticket again repeated "Koi baat nahi", "Koi baat nahi", "Koi baat nahi".
Complete situation in association with Driver but 03 Vigilance Officers and conductor whispering with each other in drivers driving area and came back to me.
They told me to go and talk driver to compromise and settle the matter, i denied and called conductor among all people to explain but he denied and told that he is not aware about it.
Now ticketing checking staff is explaining me with their excuses that i have to keep change insite of accepting their fault .

I have attached herewith scanned of wrong charged receipt and Bus ticket charged by Bus conductor even after clearly knowing i have to go for Dwarka Sec12 and having 100 Inr at his hand.

I thought it's my duty before going to social media ( PMO/CMO, twitter, instagram and face book) i must inform you.

Bus route no 114 for azadpur at 5:08 min. On begumpur bus stand { Delhi-110086, north west}.
There is a provision of 20 passengers per bus and there were only 7 to 8 pessangers at that time. Still they didn't allow me to board the bus, driver was continuously shouting also stopped the but for threatening me.when I asked for the register for complain he used the word ‛ kahan ki collector laaag ri hai’ kitth jaaa gi k ukhaad legi’. The behaviour of driver was really rude and arrogant and the way conductor supported him was pathetic.
I request you to take strict action against this bus driver.

We had been in trouble by the increase in the number of street dogs. They are wild & chasing the people and they are biting the dogs so., many are died so., our dog was died., please send a dog van to catch them, tomorrow if not we will take an serious action, i hope you understand the situation send ur van within the today are tomorrow..., so plz do fsst

The street dogs in our locality ( NEW MOTI NAGAR B AND C BLOCK ) are constantly increasing. It is so difficult for us to step out of our houses even in the day time. They have bitten so many people . There are so many of them now that we have to change our route when we see them. The street dogs chase people who are on scooties and bike and sometimes they loose their balance and fall off. I am writing this to you so that you can help us get rid of these wild street dogs who bite every person that they see.

Dear sir Bus no 9278, Gazi pur depot at time 2100 hrs at Rute no 543 via Anand vihar to Dhola kuan via wrong rute NH-8 on going uper the all Flyovers. And miss the all stand Khichri pur gurdwara, and Evnd depot, and govt school manglam etc. Pls check your CCTV CAMERAS and take right action.

Bus Stand: Nand Nagri Depot
While I was rushing to my work of Vaccination (COVID-19), I took a bus (no. 971 Anand Vihar, from Nand Nagri Depot). I showed my e-pass (duly signed by Medical Officer of my dispensary DGD Mayur Vihar). The bus conductor said the pass is invalid without assigning a reason and threaten me to de-board the bus. When I tried to give some explanation he did not hear any. I was showing him my Duty Letter issued by SDM Mayur Vihar. But he was busy in raising his tone. He was trying to bully me and was not giving me any reason to deboard the bus. The role of Civil Guard of the Bus was inactive. He was not supporting me at all (without even knowing what my stand was). is he for advocating what bus conductor says?
They both deboarded me out of the bus in a very humiliating way.
This is hurtful to see how DTC is treating Delhi's Frontline Worker.
I request the concerned authority to look into the matter at least once.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am residing in Satamrai colony, Shamshabad. We have been in trouble by the increase in the number of street dogs. They are wild and chasing the people, and very problamatic in night times also. Please send a dog van to catch them. I hope you understand the situation.

It is stated that there is a DTC bus terminal at Syed Goan in West zone. The bus drivers keep on starting the buses after their respective trips. There is so much so noise pollution that we residents of LIC Colony get headache due to noise pollution . These bus drivers sit inside the buses take rest with starting of bus engines. Makes life miserable.
