I have the faith in officers so that I am complainning this...
I am Virender Kumar I am working in an MNC I am the dailly passanger of root no 957(sector 21 rohini to shivaji stadium) this bus is from rohini Ist depot time dated 22/05/09 .The same bus is comming form shivaji stadium Its about 7:38 pm at avantika when i boarded in the bus without seing the mirror the driver start the bus due to carelessness of driver and conductor i fall from the bus and it near about to death.

When I complain him then he used abussive language and misbehave me then i called to conductor to see the complain book he also avoid to give and said "nahi deta jo tujhe karana hai karle" after fome times he gave me a book i also wrote down my complain in this book.

Please take the nessasary step angainst the driver and conductor...i[censored] please email me on my email id i will be higly obliged to you.

    Hi, I am living at Nanganallur. Here, there are lot of stray dogs troubling people by chasing, barking at them especially when people travel by two wheelers at night, ealy morning. I have made complaints several times through phone but no action taken. Request the concerned to take this issue seriously and action on the same so that the fear of stray dogs will not be there with many people. Stray dogs can be seen in market of Nanganallur, in and around the market place, parallel streets of market, Palavanthangal station road and other near by roads.

      Dear Sir,
      This complain is intended to call your kind atention towards the various problems faced by the commutors. I am regular commutor of DTC Bus Route Nos. 8, 34 and 443 from Badarpur to NOIDA. There is a frequent breakdown of DTC buses and passengers hardly get any help from the Driver or the conductor.

      The DTC bus driver never stops at the authorised bus stops, rather stops either before or after the Bus Stops. Also generally it is seen that one representative of Private Bus Qwners of above said Route Nos accopanies the DTC buses and sits near the driver and instructs the driver to follow the private bus and note to overtake the same.

      It is also interesting to note that all private buses on the above said routes ply with approximate 150 passengers where as hardly 30 to 40 passengers in DTC buses. Even one conductor of the above said route nos confessed that Private bus owners give some amount for every to in lieu fof above said favour. He also added that we are not interested to take this bribe but are threatened and forced by the Private Bus Owners to accept the same as no cover is provided by the DTC for the safety and security of our life.

      It is worth to mention here that this seems to be one of the reasons that DTC is incurring losses.


      In view of the above you are requested to take the stringent action against the defaulters and do the needful.

      There is no DTC bus services from 9. am to 10.am and 6.00 pm to 7.00 Pm

      you are requested to please run the DTC buses on this time so passangers can get relife from private bus.

      It is to inform you that private buses from jaitpur (of badarpur) are taking 10 rs(from jaitpur to okla-1) where they were taking 7 rs they are taking this from last 3 days .three wheelers are taking 10 rs from jaitpur to badarpur for what they were taking 5 rs and all this are happening openly .Nobody is helping the people of jaitpur. We were alredy facing the traffic jaam now it's a new problem happening .

      Yes, I agree with the complainant. Strict action should be taken against the drivers. Public is made to suffer and wait in the bus stop for hours. There should be some mechanism through which the complaint of the public is taken seriously and the bus service improved.

      sir, please increase the bus frequency in the route of 801, in current situation minimum separation of timing between two buses is 2-3 hours, sir kindly reduce it up to 1 hour at least. thank you

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        As per the information, there are many buses on the route number 392 (Dhoula Kunwa to Noida 62) but practically a few buses can be seen on the road and these 'a few' buses are being run on the road as per the instruction from Blue Line. I think Blue Line has made the DTC most corrupt department. Even, I have seen, many times, them accepting hush money from Blue Line bus drivers/conductors. I am working in Noida since 2007 and wishing to commute via DTC. However, no DTC bus can be seen in the evening time at its stand in sector 62 Noida. Suppose, if there is any bus, there would be no timing because there timing is made by Blue Line buses not by the Time Keeper. I complainted thrice on DTC helpline number [protected]. But I didn't get any solution. Even, person sitting on the other end gives excuse that corruption is world wide phenomena. I request you to investigate this serious matter which has made the Dellhi's transport worst. If you people want to catch DTC bus driver/conductor accepting bribe from Blue Lie bus staff then you would have to pursue them and would have to commute like common man. Only then you can find out the truth because they people are very well organized with corruption. I wish I am on the right platform and will get great solution. I shall be grateful to you if any strict action is taken against the most corrupt department, DTC. I am writing the same letter to Smt. Sheela Dixit, hon'le chief minister Delhi and to opposition. Same copy of the letter is being sent to a few news agencies. Though, there are many things to be pointed out but I afraid that you will avoid reading a long mail. Therefore, I finishing it here and waiting for a favorable reply. I suggest you not to forward the case in the hands of DTC official because the entire department is corrupt. There must be independent investigation to resolve this typical problem. I hope the media will also play is genuine role herewith.

          im working in lajpat nagar.there is no direct route b/w my mundka (my home) & safdharjang, only a Ltd bus b/w Rani Khera & Nheru Palace which is over flow.so, make this Ltd. Survice to a permanent route & play two or three buses, so that permanent passengers & also DTC(high cash) are benefited

          My wife boarded the DTC bus 392(06:15 PM) from Sec-62 Noida and the problem arised with the engine on 12-22. The Conductor had not returned the fare as told to wait for another DTC BUS. My wife had waited there for 45 min and took the fully loaded orivate bus. What the action is to be taken against that driver.

            Sir, The buses plying between Safdarjang Terminal and Gurgaon are mostly not available between 6.30AM to 7.00 AM. Today at 6.45AM the Bus Driver of Safdarjang Terminal to Gurgaon has not stopped the bus at Kidwai Nagar Stand inspite of request from comutors. This causing a great invonvinence to School/Office gowers. It is requested that necessary action may kindly be taken and instrction may be issued to stop the buses at Kidwai Nagar Stand/Delhi Hatt.

            They took the fine in his own pocket without giving fine slip.

            We used to go by DTC bus route no 618 for Katwaria Sarai. This was the only DTC Bus which runs on this route and for the last one year, this bus has stopped running, for what reasons I don, t know. There are so many students and other people who have to go daily to nearby Katwaria Sarai & NCERT for study or to work. All are suffering very much in the absence of this bus. There are no other alternative in this route and it is too difficult to reach the destination point.
            Therefore with folded hands you are requested to take a quick action on this problem because public is suffering very much. Bus route no-618 may please be started again immediately.

              TODAY I GOTA DTC BUS FROM MUNIRKA TO SAFDARJUNG HOSP. I CAUGHT IT AT MUNIRKA AND GOT AT SAFD, NOW THE TICKET CHECKER CAUGHT ME AND SAIS THAT IT WAS AN UNDER TICKET, BUT WHEN THE BUS RUNS FOR A SMALL DIIST, WHY THE NEED TO TAKE A 5 RS TICKET, WHEN IT ISA MATTER OF ONLY A ONE STAND, IS PASSENGER MONEY GROWN ON TREES, MORE SO HE TOOK MY SCHOOL ID CARD TO SEE AND KEPT IN HIS POCKET, I DONT KNOW WHY AND WAS QUARRELING TO SHOW MY PURSE, EVEN WHEN I TOLD HIM TO TAKE ME TO JAIL. PLZ DO SOME THING, I AM A YOUNG BOY AND HAVE FAITH IN ISSUING A COMPLAINT, PLEASE RETAIN THIS FAITH, ESPECIALLY THE HIGHER GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS.
