Sub:- Misbehavior and rude& filthy language used by Driver of DTC bus no.DL 1PD 4621 (Route No. 120 STL and entry refused by the said Driver.
Sir,
On 31/07/2021 at about 9.00 A.M I tried to take the aforementioned bus from Swatantra Nagar bus stop on Bawana -Narela Road, but the said Driver was in a hurry and closed the doors and started running the bus and thus did not allow me to enter the bus.
My son was with me to drop me at the bus stop by his scooty, so we chased the said bus by scooty to catch the said bus on the next stop. On the next bus stop near Railway faatak also the driver did not open the doors of the bus despite my repeated requests and despite vacant seats in the bus. As the railway faatak was closed at that time and remained closed for 5/7 minutes and the said bus remained stopped at the railway faatak but despite my request the driver did not open the doors to allow me to enter into the bus, but in the meantime a person known to the Driver came to get on the bus and the Driver opened the door for him and allowed him to enter into the bus and when I tried to enter into the bus the driver did not allow me and on my insistence and pleading that I am getting late for my duty, the driver misbehaved and used filthy language against me and closed the door of the bus. As such, I was compelled to go to the main bus stand Narela to take another bus which caused much delay in reaching on my duty.
The rude and irresponsible behaviour has caused mental pain, agony, insult and humiliation to me.
Kindly take strict disciplinary action against the said bus driver.

Hello sir plz i complaint many time but its like no one come in our area there are 10-15 dogs who's brak all night and they bit 7times kids or adult and they also eat small animal like cat sir plz doo something bhot jydha pareshan h ham ya pr kuch kriye plz

I want to inform Delhi Transport
Today dated 26th July 2021 from Sarai Kale Khan I took bus number 543 from Sarai Kale Khan The entire bus was full because many people were waiting for DTC buses
In which the bus number 543 in the initial buses was this bus.
My main reason for informing Delhi Transport is that the conductor of this bus is being informed because of not giving tickets to any passenger of the whole bus. He told the people that you go to your seat and give money first.
And they showed the behavior of ignoring them again and again on asking for tickets. On asking for tickets many times and asking for the reason, they suggested traveling without tickets.
On coming to my bus stop, asking for tickets again and again, he said that it all works, there is no problem
The entire bus which was full from Sarai Kale Khan did not give tickets to any person, after asking for the most money many times, he went to the driver and stood there, after that when I reached there and the reason for not giving him the ticket again and again- When he wanted to know, he suggested traveling without a ticket. This incident happened with all the passengers of the bus, this very bad scenario has come to our mind in the form of the image of Delhi transport.
It is expected from you that you will take appropriate action against those who have spoiled the name of Delhi Transport, I have only bus number and its serial number.

Bindapur terminal not bus services please turn again this service

My name is Rohan, i work in Ministry of culture, Archaeological survey of India and my bus route no. Is 770, and i daily wait for 770 bus but unfortunately not even single bus is arrived. This is day to day problem i waited daily from 5 to 7'o clock but no bus is arrived and due to covid pandemic, the rush is lot more then normal days.

Im am requested you to please solve this matter as early as possible, and please increase the bus frequency of 770 (central secretariat to madhu vihar) as early as possible.

Maine aaj 20/7/2020 ko online general all route achi pass ke liye apply kiya, payment ho jane ke bad, sorry likh kar aa gaya aur amount bhi account se debit ho gaya. Amount 1000 . Sir ab main kya karun?

Ref. My complaint No. 945/21. On 17 July at 8 a.m. I boarded the cluster bus No.DL1PD 0859 from Rajpuri bus stand for going to sector 1 Dwarka. The said bus was running on Route No 832 to Janakpuri D block. The driver did not follow the scheduled route and did not sto the bus rather misbehaved with me. Pl. Take necessary action against the driver, conductor and marshal. Live video is attached herewith.

I had applied online all route AC DTC bus e Pass for six months in senior citizen category on 8/7/2021which was effect from 12/7/2021 and paid a sum of Rs 900/- online transaction successful. Till date I did not received my DTC Buss Pass. I had already so many mails to griveance department Scindia House etc but till date not resolve my problem. I am a senior citizen and not in a possition to pay Rs.40/- to 50/-per day from my hard earing money. Please help me and do the needful

Due to Corona, only one person is sitting on 2 seats, many bus drivers are taking
advantage of it, I sit in this bus everyday from Saraswati Vihar Pitampura.If there
is a seat of 5 in that bus, then the driver makes only 2 seats and 3 seats are
reserved for the personal people who meet in Rithala and make them sit.For
those people who stop the bus without a bus stop.

I am a retired joint director from defence. I was standing at mayapuri crossing bus stop to catch a bus to AIIMS for my medical treatment
Onemail AC bus route number 567 upto LajpatNagar came with marshal sitting in one seat behind driver
when I asked the driver that in DTC marshal doesn't have a seat then immediately he called a person from other seat and made him to seat in place of marshal
Immediately after this the Driver showed his hands and threatened me to beat/hurt me. Additionally he said that when I reach my destination he will beat me

श्रीमान से विन्रम निवेदन है कि बस संख्या DL1PC 8366 मोरी गेट से चौहान पट्टी आते हुए दिनांक 15/07/2021 समय संध्या लगभग 6:40 में मार्शल द्वारा एक आम आदमी को कालर पकड़कर कर बस के सीट से धक्का देकर बाहर उतार दिया गया एवम् उसका लंच बॉक्स एवं उसका बैग सड़क पर फेंक दिया गया।
उस आम आदमी कि गलती यही थी कि वह मार्शल सीट पर बैठगया । उलेखननिय है कि राज्य ब्यूरो नई दिल्ली 16जून 2021 दैनिक जागरण अखबार में छपी दिशनिर्देश के अनुसार मार्शल डी टी सी बस मै मार्शल को सीट पर बैठने की अनुमति नहीं दी गई थी।

I am travelling by AC bus on route 261(Sarai kale khan Istam Nand Nagri) on 15.07.2021 . Bus Number DL 1PC 8975 . All passangers feeling very safocation and its very hot in bus... Temperature in bus is near about 35°C. And AC not working, Bus conductor says"Itna hi thanda karega... Jao lad lo driver se". @DTC why you depute these type of Nonsense peoples. If any passenger get unwell then you are responsible.

The DTC bus DL1P D2935 was driving dangerously. The bus one headlight was also not working and was over speeding risking so many lives. He also almost hit my car and was honking continuously. I overtook him, once he slowed down at a bus stop and questioned him. The driver of the bus was also found drunk and was not even wearing mask while on Govt duty. It was 8.20pm on 11th July, Sunday near Mayapuri-Kirt Nagar redlight.

New delhi railway stand se 604 delhi bus chalti h. Tez dhup me sawariya khadi rhti hai. Bus driver door open nhi karte, jis se tez dhup me ladies/gents chakar kha kar jamin par gir padte hai. Jab hum driver ko bolte hai door open kar do hum aram se bus me to bath jayege. Driver/conductor/dcs hum se misbehave karte hai.

Please hum aam admi ki or dtc dhyan de.
