I boarded bus from palam more airport stop to arjun path bus stop which cost 5 rupees but the conductor gave me ticket for prahlad pur to iit gate which is 10 rupees. He refused to give ticket for my stop and argumenting with me.. that i should tell him to give 5 rupees ticket..instead of stop name. The conductor name is Deepak and bus no is DL1P2582. Also driver asked me to get down and said they will not give me my money kar le kya karti hai... Please take some action..

There are two dogs in my which are giving me a real hard time at home. They keep coming inside my home in the parking lot and make it a mess. Constant barking and howling late makes it even worse and they refuse to leave the place. Kids around my neighborhood started pelting stones at them and tried to chase them off. But nothing worked.
These two dogs are the only ones (Earlier it was one) which are creating a problem for the entire building. I tried everything possible to make sure they don’t come inside the building but nothing worked so far. They usually come and sit under the car.

I request you to kindly take this serious as one of the dog also tried to chase the colony kids and people are really scared to pursuit them.

Sir i m force persl. I took bus ticket from red forte to agmeri gate @ rs. 10/- through bus conductor. I m unknown about city. There is no facility of annowancement in bus. Therefore i reached near jhandewalan metro station. Ticket checker fine for range. 200/- for without ticket whereas i have taken ticket from red forte to ajmerigate. Is this right way to collect fine and also collected ticket by tc

Route no 708 bus no dl1p c 3164 ac red bus time 5.25 pm date 01 july 2019 नजफगढ़ की तरफ जाने वाली बवाना बस स्टैंड पर नहीं रुकी तथा wrong side से बगा कर ड्राइवर ले गया सवारियां पीछे भागती रह गई पीछे आ रही दूसरी बस पकड़ कर कंझावला तक जाकर उसमें गया तथा उसके कंडैक्टर ने complaint book देने से मना कर दिया व कहा कि जो मर्जी कर लो में नहीं दूंगा तुम्हारे जैसे कई आते है जो करना है कर लो कृपया कार्यवाही की जाए ताकि जनता परेशान ना हो

Sir route no 978 from najafgarh to punjabi bagh is scheduled at 6 :06 am in the morning from najafgarh terminal but driver on daily basis takes the bus at 6am. So please look into the matter as the next bus is after 30 min, it gets really difficult for daily commuters if they misses the 6:06 scheduled bus. Please ask the driver to follow the time schedule.

I am tisha student of class 12th and was travelling from y block mongolpuri to rohini depot on 28th june, 2019 at 7:25 am. I was in school dress and even after that he misbehaved. When asked for ticket of 10 and 5 separately then he was busy in talking to others and when i gave amount to him he gave me ticket of 15.. Then i asked him to give me the ticket of 5 and 10 separate then he started talking rudely in very rough language basically in haryanvi. I'm a school student he even didn't knew how to talk to school students. He said kya phle to muh ko seelke khde rhte h or fr baad me hmari glti nikal dete hain.. It was his mistake that ge was busy in talking to others not mine

Since one month i travel with dtc from narela to jahangirpuri metro, on 7:10 in the morning, particularly i take same bus on daily basis, this is ac bus, there major seat has broken in back side, ac is not working and through out of the bus has leakage of ac pipe line and for this reason water is leak aging continuously and no body can seat on those facility.

One of the most important notice, driver has also misbehave and wrong attitude. He has not given proper stoppage, he thinks he has owner of the bus and no body can take any action against him. On maximum day he stop the bus at karnal bypass and going to urine, today he had not stop the bus at jahangirpuri metro, me and others passenger also request to open the door and stop the bus but he had neglect/ignore and got funny. At last when he was stop the bus, it was one and half km from jahangirpuri metro stoppage near by adarsh nagar. On daily basis he has create a new drama, he drive the bus on his brain, no proper stoppage, if you tell something he would take it funny and bus would stop on his wish.
Please take necessary action against this driver and also look the infrastructure of bus, we are paying of full service financially, why not getting the facility. Otherwise we will complaint to human rights with media.

Hello sir,
I'm a visitor from nainital and i boarded a private dtc bus from anand vihar isbt. I was going from anand vihar to delhi gate which is approximately 11 km but the conductor charged me 160 rupees for one ticket.

He charged the same to everyone and most of the people were daily wage workers and kids.
When one person denied to give them the much money, the conductor slapped the person 4-5 times repeatedly on the face.
When i inquired why it is so expensive his reply was rude and full of threat.

When i get off the bus, i tried to see the number but the number plate was cleverly hidden by a pamphlet.

I remember it was a mini bus, blue colored but instead of just a normal pain job, it has mural done with it, something like a peacock.

I wonder why this person is been allowed to operate and how did he get his permit considering he's picking up customers from the middle of isbt.

I hope you'll resolve this issue soon and catch the culprit.

Bus hasanpur pahucne pr, bus driver n bus ko nhi roka aur usne mujhe chlti hue bus s utrne ko kha, lkin m chalti hue bus s nhi utra q ki piche s bhut sari gariya aa rhi thi, jb mne use bus rokne ko phir s kha toh bus driver n aachnak bus roki, chuki m bus k exit gate p khra tha aur bus driver k aachnak break lgne s mra accident hote hua bacha.
Agr aaj dtc bus drive k kkran s mre satth sarak p koe durghtana ho jata toh eska jimedaar kaun hota?

Today (22nd June 2019) at around 7:50 am on karkardooma road a red dtc bus driver almost hit me and i was on bike he ran off so quick i couldn't even see tha bus number. I don't know why don't you do anything about that? What if your own family members get hit by these buses? There are so many accidents they do and then they just run. Please take some action against them before something wrong happens to you or your family

We are facing a lot of problem with the street dogs. They are chasing people and becoming a huge problem to come out in the night. Please send a van to catch these dogs. They will be visible in a lot of numbers on the road in the night time. If the rainy season starts this dogs may be very dangerous. An incedent happend with me today in early hours i was surrounded by 5 street dogs. Lukily i was got rescued by the neghbours. If the situation repeats with some others or children and no one will be there to help out then they should leave hopes on life because of this street dogs. Please take immediate action i see nearly 15 to 20 dogs in Malk nagar kondhwa pune where i live.

सर में डीटीसी की डेस्टिनेशन बस सेवा के ड्राइवर की शिकायत करना चाहता हूँ। कल दिनांक १२।०६।२०१९ को बस के ड्राइवर जिसका नाम अशोक है वो बीच बीच में बस को रोककर सवारियों को बस में बैठाता है और अपने मन से जिसे चाहे बस से उत्तरता है जब की कुछ लोगो के पंजाबी बाग़ बस स्टैंड पर उससे प्रार्थना की कि वो बस को रोक दे परन्तु उसने बस को स्टैंड के रोकने से मन कर दिया और पैसेंजर से बत्तमीज़ी करने लगा और बस को करीब बस स्टैंड से हाफ किलो मीटर पहले रोकने लगा जब की वो और पैसेंजर को बस स्टैंड पर ही उतारता है। कुछ पैसेंजर्स उसके चहेते है जिनके लिए ड्राइवर इवनिंग में बस को लेट तक कर देता है जब तक वो लोग नहीं आते ये बस नहीं चलाता है क्योकि वो कुछ पैसेंजर्स ड्राइवर और कंडक्टर को आये दिन कुछ न कुछ खाने के लिए देते रहते है। बस शाम को डी एस ३१ कृषि भवन से चलती थी। जिसका नंबर डी एल १ पी सी ९१५३ था।

I am a regular passanger of 39 from inderlok to jheel but there is no direct connectivity from there. i have to wait for maximun half an hour for the bus but no direct bus comes.please arrange some direct buses from inderlok to jheel between 6pm to 6:30pm. Please take this matter seriously as this is a big issue for the girl's safety. it feels awkward to wait over there for half an hour or more than that.

Please do the needful as soon as possible.

I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of Harshal Ayodhya CHS as a whole. Sir there are numerous street dogs in this vicinity. They bark even on permanent residents of this area. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bite, several person have faced the same problem especially small children & senior citizens. Especially at night these dogs just come running behind you in a group and are almost about to bite.

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send Dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

Today I, Parmod Kumar, ([protected]) boarded the DTC bus route no. 73 having registration no. 7954 (complete number did not remember) from the Mandi House Metro Station bus stand and i purchased a ticket of Rs.5/- having details on it (DTC Rohini-4 Depot, 00192213, 07/06/19, 09:44:08, ORD RN[protected]/28, Mandi House to Rainy Well) and i had to de-board at Delhi Sachivalya bus stand. I also informed the bus driver in advance about my deboarding at Delhi Sachivalya Bus Stand but even then he moved the bus on the other road instead the road at which the designated bus stand is situated. I have to force to de-board at the wrong side when i resisted about the conduct of the driver he misbehaved. I want to take disciplinary action against the driver of the abovementioned bus and intimate me about the action taken.

Today i.e., June 6, 2019, at about 7:40-7:50 I was travelling in Green DTC bus from my destined station was peeragarhi. When the bus reached peeragarhi it was a red light. He did not open the doors. I asked him to open the doors saying ' Bhaiya, gate khol do'. To this he started shouting and saying that 'tum kisi bhi anjan aadmu see sambandh bna leti ho kya, kisi ko bhaiya bnati ho kisi ko saiyyan...he also said ki mei tumhara rishetedar Hoon Kya...tune ye mujhe kaise bol diya...Kya yahi sikhaya gya hai tumhe' and he kept on shouting.
This is an inappropriate behavior and he is a wrong and badtameez person. In India, we call everyone as bhaiya and Didi and I don't think I was wrong.

This is to inform you that an Swift Dezire (white color) car, registration number - DL 8C W 4133 is parked wrongly on the main road in front "enlish wine shop" 1666/1 govind puri extention, guru ravidas marg, kalkaji, new delhi - 110019 from last 60 days which makes a huge difficulty to walk on the road. Kindly Take an immediate action on this.

This is to inform you that today i was travelling in bus no. 131 from byepass to swaroop nagar at arround 8.30 pm. When i was deboarding at swaroop nagar bus stop, i fell on the road beacause driver was in hurry. He did not stop the bus to safely deboard. I fell on the road and he ran away. My both knees were injured. Request you to please look into it and do the needful.
