I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of Harshal Ayodhya CHS as a whole. Sir there are numerous street dogs in this vicinity. They bark even on permanent residents of this area. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bite, several person have faced the same problem especially small children & senior citizens. Especially at night these dogs just come running behind you in a group and are almost about to bite.

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send Dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

Today I, Parmod Kumar, ([protected]) boarded the DTC bus route no. 73 having registration no. 7954 (complete number did not remember) from the Mandi House Metro Station bus stand and i purchased a ticket of Rs.5/- having details on it (DTC Rohini-4 Depot, 00192213, 07/06/19, 09:44:08, ORD RN[protected]/28, Mandi House to Rainy Well) and i had to de-board at Delhi Sachivalya bus stand. I also informed the bus driver in advance about my deboarding at Delhi Sachivalya Bus Stand but even then he moved the bus on the other road instead the road at which the designated bus stand is situated. I have to force to de-board at the wrong side when i resisted about the conduct of the driver he misbehaved. I want to take disciplinary action against the driver of the abovementioned bus and intimate me about the action taken.

Today i.e., June 6, 2019, at about 7:40-7:50 I was travelling in Green DTC bus from my destined station was peeragarhi. When the bus reached peeragarhi it was a red light. He did not open the doors. I asked him to open the doors saying ' Bhaiya, gate khol do'. To this he started shouting and saying that 'tum kisi bhi anjan aadmu see sambandh bna leti ho kya, kisi ko bhaiya bnati ho kisi ko saiyyan...he also said ki mei tumhara rishetedar Hoon Kya...tune ye mujhe kaise bol diya...Kya yahi sikhaya gya hai tumhe' and he kept on shouting.
This is an inappropriate behavior and he is a wrong and badtameez person. In India, we call everyone as bhaiya and Didi and I don't think I was wrong.

This is to inform you that an Swift Dezire (white color) car, registration number - DL 8C W 4133 is parked wrongly on the main road in front "enlish wine shop" 1666/1 govind puri extention, guru ravidas marg, kalkaji, new delhi - 110019 from last 60 days which makes a huge difficulty to walk on the road. Kindly Take an immediate action on this.

This is to inform you that today i was travelling in bus no. 131 from byepass to swaroop nagar at arround 8.30 pm. When i was deboarding at swaroop nagar bus stop, i fell on the road beacause driver was in hurry. He did not stop the bus to safely deboard. I fell on the road and he ran away. My both knees were injured. Request you to please look into it and do the needful.

I am writing this letter to complain about the DTC conductor of the DTC green bus numbered 711 that I boarded in the afternoon of 16 May 2019 from Andrews Ganj to Lajpat nagar. The conductor swiped my DMRC card[protected] only to tell me ‘minutes later’ that it didn’t work and that the ticket couldn’t be generated. I asked him for explanation as it didn’t appear an authentic excuse but in vain.There was no means to cross check my DMRC card at that point of time.
Since my journey was a short one, I paid him Rs. 5 for the ticket only to write a complaint later.I went to vinoba Puri metro station and found that the balance in my DMRC card was reduced by Rs. 18.
I request you to revert my money and would like you to take a stern action against such conductors who malign the DTCs name and dupe the innocent passengers.Thanking you in anticipation

I am the resident of sector 22 rohini. My problem is this that dtc buses route no 957 never drop us at terminal they drop us 1 km far from terminal. We have to cover entire route on foot because there is no other transport available. Today bus nodl-1pc 1242 at 12:45 did the same act an old man requested to drop him at proper place but he refused. Kindly take the method seriously.

I want to draw attention of the concerned personnel towards the poor condition of dtc buses which are running in every area. Even on slow speed they are very unstable. Its seems they will topple on every little increase in speed.
It is requested to the authorities to look into the matter and do something suitable about the insecurity of the people.

Except kapashera to karol bagh bus, there is no other bus in this route. Apart from that, this one bus doesn't come frequently. The time gap between one bus to another is about 20-30 mintues. Moreover, the drivers on this route do not bother to stop the bus on minor stops.

I am writing to inform you of the completely inappropriate behavior of one of your bus drivers. I was not able to obtain his name, but i believe he will be easily identifiable from the following information.

On the evening of sunday, april 28th, i was riding on the bus number 5150.

I do not know this bus driver's name. But your bus service so cheap and we comple your bus service on high level.

I have two small children and travel alone
Bus driver misbehaviour disturb me
He want more money for my child books
Bag we scare and pay extra money he told to me cancel my ticket... At knight

I am a resident of 14b, new ajit enclave, randhawa road, kharar, punjab. I would like to request you to check the nuisance caused by a street dog in my locality. He is having a backache from last one mnth almost nd cant move on his own nd barks all the time. Its very difficult for us to sleep. Doctor were also called for giving him pain killers but he is still in pain. Kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible. As it is already been a month we are facing this problem.

In the morning around 7:30 am, bus route no 774 which was going towards badarpur stopped by the driver after he saw another bus of same route is behind him. Bus was running smoothly. But he asked the passengers to take another bus and he stopped the bus at palam colony. We asked for complaint book for his complaint, he refused to give. We want authorities should take corrective action against such drivers for such botheration in morning.

The contractor of dtc bus stands of north west delhi has not made guru yogiraj puram (G. Y. Puram) as a bus stand. Even this is a permanent bus stand in the list of dtc bus stands. Kindly checkout.
It located at ranikhera, delhi-110081.
Kindly take a serious step against this and establish a proper bus stand at g. Y. Puram as soon as possible.

Bus number dl1pc 9142 oms (Red bus) through this bus a person name miss aashika got badly injured in her backboon her spinal cord has broken at 12:50pm[protected]Tuesday) and that bus driver running bus badly even i can not explain and she had been admitted gtb hospital (Dilshad garden) and she could not able to stand now at all she can't move her body and i don't understand that how a bus driver could be so irresponsible kindly pay attention as soon as possible. Otherwise i gonna complaint to police station and dtc centre (Cp) also it's a serious case take a action asap.

Dtc 717 bus bypassing bus stops in sector 22 dwarka.2 red line buses in line bypassed left me stranded waiting at bus stop 27th april 6:35 am. This is not the 1st time it has happened. Dtc buses regularly bypass bus stops sometimes they don't even stop if they pass through the bus stop. Kindly take it into consideration for i am a quarterly pass holder and believe in using public transportation than private transportation which is appropriate for a traffic choked delhi roads.

Today on 24/4/19 at approx 10:40 am i took a/c bus gurgaon to anand vihar. I took it from gurgaon and he asked kahan jana h i said mahipalpur. He said "uttar ja m uppr se jaunga" maine bola bhi the how will i go he replied toh kya mere hi sar par baith kr jayegi. I requested him to speak properly. He replied m toh aise hi bolunga chal uttar meri bus se. I denied then he use very abusive language.

Rl-77 route ac bus time morning 8.55 ke driver ne bus stand se phle roki dashrath puri metro station per but vha per bus stand nhi h aur mujhe dashrath puri ke bus stand per utarna tha and jab maine use bola toh usne reluctantly bola ki piche nahi utar sakta tha maine bola stand to yahi hai main to yahi uturunga but usne apne man ki hi chalayi and even piche wale stands pe bhi voh esa hi karte aa raha tha. Main is route pe daily travel karta hun office jane ke liye and sare bus walon ka yahi haal hai. Main yeh chahta hun ki aap ese rule ko follow na karne wale driver ko alert kare and take some strict action towards them. That will be good for the public and transport flow will be good as ever. Ab inki manmani nahi chalni chahiye. Because action nhi liya gya to dheere log us route pe travel karna kam kar denge even har vo route jis pe esa hota rhega aur apna vehicle kharidenge jisse jada petrolium ka use hoga and natural resources ka nuksaan hoga and pollution badega and global warming aur jada bdegi only because of little bad things done by these no-rule followers/drivers of dtc bus. Main jaldi baji me bus ka number note karna bhul gaya but jitna mujhe pata tha vo maine already mention kar dia hai, ab aap per hi bharosa hai.

The street dogs here are barking away the whole night causing it a disturbance for everyone in the colony with their continuous loud barking.. There are 4 dogs here.. They climb up the gates, come to the house and pee infront of the main door.. Kindly send a dog squad van to pick them up from here at the earliest.. Area is salarjung colony, tolichowki.

Please manage your bus service during the 4:00pm to 5:00pm corrrectly there is no bus service after 4:30pm due to which many people faced problems...
Many time We get late on our destination...
Due to your route managing method...
Please provide some 891 buses from jahangir puri e-block between 4:30 to 5:00 pm ... So that we and you both will get reach on our destination at correct time
