Dear Delhivery,

I recently started a small-scale business of living furniture in Bhopal. I planned to purchase furniture in bulk from Delhi, and I was looking out for a good & reputed courier company in Bhopal. A friend recommended to me Associated Logistics Corporation of India (Shailesh Mathur) an authorized Chanel partner of delhivery, upon speaking with Mr Mathur he gave me a good delivery package as he wanted to have me as a long-term business customer. He recommended me to bring goods by sharing (LTL) so that my delivery charges will drop drastically and also agreed to charge me by per kg instead of volumetric weight. In this way, i was saving a whole lot of money on the courier. Hence we agreed on the same. My first shipment was on 27th Mar'20 and the total goods amounted to 94000/- and the weight was 550 max as per the furniture factory people. My Shailesh Mathur charged me 700 kgs and said this weight was provided to him by Delhivery upon weighing my furniture. I agreed and paid him a sum of 17100/- in advance as he refused to provide me COD. My cargo was packed in a very professional way as it was bubble wrapped, then grass wrapped, then again bubble wrap covered by a white plastic sheet.

Mr. Shailesh assured me that no items will be damaged and all the goods will be personally taken care of. (Attached video & pictures of how the furniture was packed by the factory guys). On the day when my goods were to be delivered to me, Mr. Shailesh called me and informed me that 2 trucks will be sent out for the delivery of my furniture as they won't be accommodated in 1 Truck. After some time I received a call from Mr. Sandeep informing me about the time of delivery, I requested Mr. Sandeep if his delivery guys can help me unpack the furniture and keep it at my home for which I was willing to pay the guys extra amount for which Mr. Sandeep replied that he is short of men and requested me to arrange my own labor. Around 13:00 the delivery truck was outside my home & to my horror all the furniture loaded in 1 truck in a very congested way. The delivery guys loaded all the furniture i.e 21 pieces and Mr Ramesh told me to sign the paper so they can leave on an urgent basis since they had more deliveries. As my labors did not reach on time to unpack my furniture, as a good gesture I didn't want to hold the delivery guys for long period & I signed the document and asked the delivery guy if the furniture is damaged, what do I need to do, for which he replied that I should contact Mr. Sandeep in that case, and this document is only a proof that we delivered all 21 pieces to you. Once the delivery guys left, my laborers showed up and started unpacking the furniture, It took them 2 hours to unpack all the furniture and to my shock, 50% for the furniture was damaged. I have attached all the pictures of damaged products and the same were also sent to the merchant i.e Mr Shailesh. Mr Shailesh told me that I should not have signed the document & it's my mistake, but as he wanted to maintain a long term business relation with me, he was kind enough to offer me help & speak to some called Mr Lakhan in Pune regarding the compensation of damaged furniture.

I informed Mr Shailesh that i have incurred a loss of 40, 000/- rps as all the furniture was new. Mr Shailesh told me that he will talk to the management and informed me to repair the furniture and present him with the receipt. After repairing all the furniture I incurred a bill of 25, 000/-. Same was provided to Mr Shailesh, he said that he will talk with Mr Lakhan and since delhivery does insurance for all their products he will try to provide a refund but will take almost a month.

I am attaching all the furniture pictures and relevant documents, I appreciate someone in senior management look at this & try to provide me a refund for what I have spent on repairing. It's almost a week now but Mr Shailesh has not given me a proper response and requested me to send an email to Delhivery team.

    I had a very bad experience with Delhivery courier services. They returned my consignment (Debit card) back to the sender with false status saying "Consignee not available". They supposed to deliver the consignment at doorstep but they forced me to collect it from somewhere else. which is not possible all the time and the staff is very rude, they affront say that if you don't collect in next 2 days we will return the package with status "Consignee not available" and they did return it.

    This is the AWB tracking number:[protected] for the package, the customer service also not responding promptly.

    After this again I requested my banker to resend it, they agreed and posted again, the AWB tracking number is[protected], this time also they are repeating the same, not bothering about customer concerns or not responding promptly.

    Please help with this issue.

        Its been half a month since my pickup is at pending. There's no response from their side or the sellers side.. Please take necessary actions as its their duty to pick the product or cancel it withing the given period of time if the package isn't delivered. They have the authority to take action against the seller who's holding up the product for a month after generating the pickup awb no. But it seems to have low level of management. Completely disappointed over the service. After calling the seller multiple times they say it will be picked up. Within 2 days and i am hearing the same response since 10 days after continuously calling them. Delhivery guys are not replying to any email. And i have raised complaint multiple times.. My complaint id is 11015
        I have mailed them multiple times but it seems they are having a very low level of customer management.

                Date of Incident: Ongoing as of 22nd June 2021

                Location: Hyderabad

                We had ordered a pregnancy pillow from the company quilt comfort and we came to know over a telephonic conversation that the package had reached Hyderabad on 5th June.

                Delivery personnel calls on 10th June and enquires about the location.
                After explaining where our house is located he tells us that the package got dispatched on the wrong route.

                Now, this went on for a week, where we are receiving calls every day with the same excuse.

                On 15th June, I check the tracking site at Delhivery and find out that the address provided was incomplete. Here is my first doubt. If the address is incomplete shouldn't the company call us and get the full address? We have already provided the full address to quilt comfort and they have communicated the same to Delhivery.

                Again, I raised a complaint explaining the obvious mistakes they were making and how crucial the pillow is to comfort a pregnant lady. I even provided the full address in the complaint mail.
                They promise the issue will be resolved within 48 hours.
                But, here I am penning this complaint down after 72 hours.

                We also came to know that the delivery guys were also using lockdown as an excuse.
                Till June 10th: lockdown was from 2 PM - 6 AM.
                From 10th June to 20th June lockdown was from 6 PM-6 AM.
                From 20th June onwards there is no lockdown.
                All the while we are receiving packages from Flipkart and Amazon.

                I want to understand how far the consumer needs to go to explain the need for the product being delivered.
                I can even go and pick up the product from their warehouse if need be but they need to communicate that.

                This complaint is for the disastrous delay that Delhivery has made and the pain my wife had to endure for this delay.

                I hope nobody experiences this kind of delay.
                If Delhivery is seeing this then you should be ashamed for such a delay.
                Have the courtesy to at least give an exact date to when the delivery will happen.

                  I shipped a package with AWB no as [protected]. The package contained one big envelope and 2 sets of brush pens.
                  The person receiving the courier sent me a picture alongwith an unboxing video wherein the packages including the inside envelope was torn badly and one of the brush pen packs was lost.

                  I request you to act immediately on this issue as this impacts my business. Please either send the product to the respective person or send me a refund amount of INR200 (the cost of product lost in transit).

                    Hello,

                    I haven't ordered any product but have received a product from delhivery which was completely worst. It was consisting of 2 old sarees of worst quality. Delivery boy took 1050 ₹ from us. Please arrange return and refund for the product as soon as possible.

                      Shipment has been in my city from 12 of June . But still not delivered today it is. 22 june . I don't understand what kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is this .

                        A delhivery executive came to my house regarding a Cash on Delivery of Rs/- 774. The product details had my name and my address details written on it. Believing someone from my family had placed the order I paid for it but no one in my family has placed the order. It was sent by some person by the name of Saifiz Ahamed who I do not know and the product is a cheap quality backpack not even worth Rs 100/-. The seller details are needa enterprises, delhi.

                        I have lodged a complaint with Delhivery but there is no response. Please refund my money back as I did not place this order at all.

                            Its been 4 days that my courier is at the nearest hub and it is not yet delivered and they have not yet made even one attempt to deliver it instead they are asking me to change the delivery address and then come to the new location and take the package. Like seriously what the hell is this and is this the service you provide? The awb number is[protected].

                            This has not happened for the first time it has happened twice before and the service is worst and i feel the delivery guyz cry to come here and fyi there is smooth service of other courier firms its only delhivery that always always gives so much problem and the peopl have immense attitude and ego problem.

                            Lastly i[censored] are not aiming of providing service then you should blacklist the pincodes u dont wish to deliver the product to.

                            I expect atleast this some some action will be taken as last two times none was taken.

                              I had ordered glass jars costing ₹1614 through a reputable company which I engaged through Indiamart. They have properly packed them in corrugated boxes coupled with stretch films around. It was only when the consignment was handed over to Delhivery and that somewhere during transit, the parcel incurred damage and glass jars were broken.
                              I received no call from the courier to inform me about the matter. It was only when I went to enquire about the dealy in arrival of my package that they eventually told me that my package was broken during transit.
                              I am a small business owner and even an amount of ₹1614 is also a huge loss in money and time.
                              I request that a refund be made over the losses incurred for that would only be right of me to claim my money back.

                                        I have placed an order on MyPlaques. My delivery tracking ID is ( AWB [protected]). The packet supposed to be delivered on 26th April 2021. Though I have received a notification that my order is delivered I haven't received the product yet.

                                        The delivery person hasn't called me to ask delivery code and yet it delivered.
