        Dr sir on 14 march 2020 i done one online jio recharge from my dena bank account at 1.24 pm. But that attempt was unsuccessful... Then i got message from bank that 555 rs debited from my account... So please refund that amount to my account[protected]..

        On 14 the march I done Mobile recharge of rs 555 but it was unsuccessful but amount from my account of rs 555 was debited.after that I done another recharge from same account that was successful. So pleased refund my 555 amount to my account number[protected] branch name -malad east

              Have made imps transaction today (20th feb2020) for the amount rs.94000 from my axis account to beneficiary account.. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited till now. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.

              I contacted the branch office... But no use.

                I have been very unfortunate that i just thought of maintaining
                Atleast one account as it has been opened almost about 38 years ago
                And was at the corner of the society where i stay.

                Today when i had been to the newly addressed office at makarpura, to
                Deposit a cash of rs.2000/-. The cashier took the slip, checked the
                Account and asked me if i was the person on whose the account was.
                After confirmation, i was asked for the pan card. When confirmed, he
                Asked me to get a copy as cash will be accepted only after giving the
                Copy of teh pac.

                Isn't it horrible? Unfortunate as i ignored this same that had
                Happened on 20th september, 2011 when i had gone to deposit
                1, 50, 000.00 received from central excise with certificate. As i was
                About to leave and deposit in another bank, another senior person
                Shouted at the cashier and asked to take the deposit. Atlast it was
                Done as follows from my account statement that i am maintaining:

                20 sep '11 - tue cash deposit (Central excise reward from ahmedabad
                With tax relief certificate) rs. 1, 50, 000.00

                Soon i continued to reduce my interaction with the bank

                Before this, i had even closed my current account no 13276 as i was
                Not at satisfied with the service and the same is operated from
                Another bank with no problems at all.

                Also due to this attitude from your people, i had even closed my
                Wife's account number:[protected] in february 2012.

                Every time do i have to take a copy of my pan for cash deposit?
                Is my pan number not recorded with the kyc doc submitted?
                Or is it that you do not want to keep old customers?

                I have been operating in other banks and the service is superb. Even
                A cheque book request online is dealt without any reminders. I could
                Open fixed deposits online without any paper work sitting at home.

                All this has made me feel that i am being treated like a stray dog.

                I do not know whether i will even receive a reply for this, but out of
                My curiosity and situation i am forced to writ to you this way

                      Amount was debited from my account on 6th january of rs. 32678 but the same was not reflected in gst account. I have made payment for gst challan and it was saying as unpaid. I have made complaint to gst department and they have replied that it was mistake of bank and no payment is received. Amount involved is very high and if i will not get reverse of that amount, i may not be able to make payment on time and it will be penalty for me.

                        I, the undersigned, wish to keep on official recored experience of harassment caused to me by the official concerned.
                        The passbook was updated on[protected] and, on perusal, i found a major entry of interest component missing from the updated passbook!
                        Therefore i visited the bank on several occasions to get the error rectified. But to my utter shock i found the official concerned to be vary casual and insensitive to the issue. I make this statement with conviction and without any prejudice. Such an approach towards the customer amount to deficiency in service and the official concerned is certainly answerable.
                        I even wonder how your balance sheet was approved by the official c. A.! An amount of more than one lakh of rupees should have been duly accounted for while certifying the balance sheet.
                        Anyway it is a serious matter and the bank owes a convincing and justifying explanation to get themselves vindicated.
                        I urge you to rectify the error forthwith. Else i shall be left with no option but to take up the grievances with the nodal officer. Please note.
                        Hope you take up this pending issue seriously and rectify the error of a missing entry.

                          30 the night 9.00pm i went sbi atm to withdraw the amount amount debited but amount not came
                          Amount 3000 rs i send atm mini statement copy atm i'd no please return the money in my acount three days after my amount not came kindly resolve the problem my phone number changed thats why i complaint in online complaint i need money urgently thank you sir
                          Money withdrawing from ATM was not received, but if a message was deducted from the account of Rs 5, 000, it is expected that you will take immediate action to get the money immediately.

                            After shifting from mumbai to another city we have noticed that the dena bank officials in the mumbai branch vile parle simply do not pick up any landline phone calls made to their specified numbers.
                            They also do not reply to emails. Sometimes they just pick and hangup or sometimes the other person says connect on number ending with 09 or sometimes they say connect on number ending with 06 or 12 and so on. Sometimes if i want to talk to someone in say fd department an call connects after say 20 - 30 tries i have overheard that man shouting 'nahi hai aisa bata de'

                            Call connects after a lots and lots of retries and then it's still ineffective.

                            I have decided that i am going to close all my relationship with dena bank in coming months. I will make visits to mumbai and close all my accounts with them. Bob merger has not helped.

                              I have some urgent information to be sought from dena bank vileparle east nehru road branch.

                              Due to priorities i am unable to visit the branch right now. I though this small but important query can be sought on phone.
                              Since last 4 days i am trying to call them on all numbers that i have. All phones rings but no one picks up the phone.

                              Sometimes the phone is engaged which means it's working. It's loud and clear that the bank officials simply do not pick up the phone.

                              This is bad practice. When i get a chance i am going to visit the branch and close my relationship with them now.

                                  I received an SMS at 02:54pm on 15/09/19 from dena bank that an amount of Rs 236 was debited from my bank account. I am unaware of the reason. So I request the bank to tell me why that amount was debited without my knowledge. I cannot visit the bank so is there any means by which I can check this online? Any help will be highly appreciated. Thank you.
