Respected sir/madam, i kishor rawal resident of gomtinagar lucknow. Having bank account in dena bank of aligang branch lucknow. 14/12/2018 around 3:19 pm i withdraw 5000 from atm machine having atm id d41d276811 of central bank of india located at jopling road lucknow. But atm didnot dispense any money to me, at the time my account of dena bank has debited by amount 5000 (Rupee five thousands only). I kishor rawal request, to the respected member for the resolve of my query and refund of my amount rupee five thousands only (5000).

I used the atm at jm road pune. I transacted the amount of about rs. 7100 about $98 on 28th of november 2018. My us account chase was debited but the cash was not dispensed dues to some fault of the atm as per representatives of the bank told me when i went in to complain. They said the transaction will be reversed but it has been 2 days already and they haven’t done so. I require immediate respose to this matter.

I am suryakant narayanrao meshram from amravati i have an account last 8 year. I request to the clerk to change my account name accordance with aadhar card and gives application for that the clerk of dena bank camp amravati correction made by blue pen instead of print the copy. I immediately contact the manager but they are not support. And it's urgent for me because my epf was not sanctions due to that reason. They insult and laughing on me.

The complaint is against the manager and other employees of dena bank paschim vihhar new delhi.

I have availed housing loan from dena bank of rs.10/ lacs and now it is only remained rs. 1.90 lacs . Unfortunately, due to the illness of my husband and mother in law we could not deposited 2-3 installments . My husband told the branch manager that he will deposit the over due as soon as possible. But after giving the assurance to the manager, the branch manager and 3 -4 other employees came our residence and giving threaten to our neighbors in our absence to sue in the court. and using inappropriate words to defame our goodwill

I have done trasaction of rs. 6000 in a/c no.[protected] on date :- 26th of september 2018. And transaction id is p1808260952469190695402 uti:- [protected] through phone pay from my mobile but the amount is not credited to the above a/c as mentioned. But it is debited from my a/c no.[protected].
Plz help me out.

Yesterday i was go in atm for withdraw money but the amount was deducted & cash not withdraw from atm. Its happen 3 times with me on yesterday.
I was 3 times tries to do withdraw amount but all the times amount was deducted but money not withdraw from atm.
Please check & revert why this happens & when will i get refund of my that deducted money

On 17th of august I had gone to an ATM of dena bank and withdrew 4000 inr but due to the machine problem money was not able to completely dispense from the ATM hence it took the money again this happened for 2-3 times and then the watchman told he would restart the machine. So no one else can take the money, but still it was debited from my account.. And on 21st of august I registered a complaint in my nearest bank (dena bank dombivili west) and they said we have to go to the home branch (prabhadevi branch) and there as well they were not ready to hear us out and said we have to contact customer care. So we did contact and a complaint was finally raised with the complaint id DBEV[protected] without informing us the complaint was resolved and said we will not be getting the money. And they could have resolved the complaint on the first watching the ATM cctv camera but they stretched it so much and due to their machine problem and not servicing it properly we have lost our money, I am closing all my accounts from dena bank, thank you dena bank for your such a ridiculous behavior. As it is I'm not gonna get my money back; even if it was a nominal amount but tomorrow it could be a huge amount. So I want to spread the awareness among all the consumers of Dena bank about non cooperative behaviour of staff call centre and service

On 06.08.18 i had withdrawn cash from syndicate bank atm here in nit faridabad however after completion of transaction when cash was about to come, electricity went off because of which cash was not dispensed from atm but money was deducted from my account.

I have raised the concern with by account holder bank i. E. Dena bank against complaint number dbew[protected]
For amit dwivedi however no action taken yet.

Wrongly debited stipend in account no.[protected] instead of[protected] of nitesh seliwal working at metro cash and carry pvt. Ltd. Indore the stipend wrongly debited for last two month.

The amount of stipend is for june 2018 rs. 1058
The amount of stipend is for july 2018 rs. 8200
Total rs.9258.00
This is for dena bank indore branch.
Request to stop the payment and lock the account and if possible refund back to account no.[protected] which is correct account no.

Sir i have saving account in dena bank my account is disputed 19000rs on 17.07.2018 my saving account no is[protected] i m not using my atm and any kind of net bankinking. I camplaint 2times and submit dispute form in home branch bt i cnt get any kind of solution. Nd bank staff not tell me anything clearly
I want my refund back as soon as possible.

Need clarification on below request... Bank branch says it is old account and cannot provide explanation. Though, they have debited huge amount - 73, 600

This is to bring under your notice that my loan account has been debited with an unknown debit entry of amount - 73, 640.00 as of 30-jun-2018. (Though i was settling my loan account balances on more that effective basis.) you are requested to look into the matter and provide me with a suitable explanation on why this amount has been charged to my account? And what calculation parameters were used?

Further, on reviewing the interest report and account statement, i found that the interest has been charged on compound basis since beginning of the loan account i. E., as of '10-jul-10' including my study + moratorium period (07'2010 to 07'2015). Though as per agreement, it is clearly stated that for this period, interest is expected to be charged on simple basis. Moreover, penal charges were applied for this period but, repayment is always optional for study + moratorium period (07'2010 to 07'2015) tenure which clearly points out the discrepancy.

Kindly go through the account statement and rectify it at your end or provide me satisfactory explanation for the mismatches.

Also, i was told by the branch during my verbal communication that my account would be automatically switched to mclr on retro basis effective from 2016 which is also not done thus causing me monetary disadvantage.

All this is causing very inconvenience to me and also affecting our relationship. Please provide me a proper clarifications and get my account rectified so that i could clear out my out-standings and get this loan account closed asap.

Hi Team,

I took an educational Loan from Dena Bank Rambagh Branch Allahabad Uttar Pradesh in the year[protected]. There is a scheme called Central Interest Subsidy Scheme for reimbursement of Interest paid on the Laon. But the Bank failed to Claim the Interest from the Central Govt.
I have been running behind for this from past 5 years. The Branch from
where I took the Educational Loan always give false explanation
together with the Head Branch Lucknow office. I have always been
dropping Emails to them but no reply.
In 2015 when I got to know that the Government has forwarded the
deadline for the Bank to claim the subsidy again my Father went to the
Dena Bank Rambagh Branch and submitted the Income certificate after
that also the Bank failed to Claim the same from there end. I have
attached the proof also which clearly states that my father submitted
the document on 15 September 2015 which comes before the Deadline. The
Document attached is from the Head Branch Lucknow.
I have always been submitting my Income certificate to the Bank but
still they failed to Claim.
Its totally unacceptable and done cheating to me. They haven't done
there Job anytime and neither take the Responsibility of the same.
Please HELP !!

Kindly reverse the above debits which were rejected by swiping machine at POS However my SB a/c[protected] C S BALAKRISHNAN was debited twice erroneously since payment could not be effected at the POS I request you to kindly reverse the above transactions and afford credit In my above account please.

Complaint regarding amount lying in our SB A/cs. and Bank is not recovering the amount and make the accounts freeze to operate or close as more than 7 - 8 years passed. Bank has not filed any court case against me nor I had filed any P L A/suit against bank's order of dismissal from services. I request Bank to recover the amount of so-called loss to the Bank as per Charge Sheet from the amount lying in our accounts with Bapunagar Br. since seven-eight years and makes our ACS free to close or to operate. Closing complaint without decision and blocking email ID and IP addresses shows Bank people negative attitude and non-cooperation. Why matter is kept pending giving stupide reasons since seven eight years ? Recover the amount from my SB ACs and close the complaint.

माझे देना बँक शाखा मुरुड येथे प्रभात कॉम्पुटर अकॅडमी या नावाने करंट अकाउंट आहे दि ०५-०७-२०१८ रोजी igrmaharashtra.gov.in या वेबसाईड वरून दस्त हाताळणी फी चे रुपये ३२० चे चलन चे payment डेबिट कार्ड च्या साहाय्याने केले माझ्या खात्यातून रुपये कमी जहालें त्याचा sms मला आला तसेच नेट बँकिंग चा वापर करून मी माझे अकाउंट स्टेटमेंट पाहिले त्यामध्यही ३२० रुपये कटल्याचे दाखवते परंतु दस्त हाताळणी फी चे चलन प्रिंट होत नाही कारण Transaction फेल दाखवते- तरी ३२० रुपये माझ्या खात्याववर परत जमा करावेत जेणेकरून माझ्या खात्यावरची शिल्लक ३२० रुपयांनी वाढेल.
