With references to the above mention cases of Bhagya laxmi Enterprices , CC hypothication loan, from Ghandhi Road Br. Ghandhi Road, Ahmedabad. Gujarat. Name of Propritor is Jagdish D Garg of Having Loan of 10 lacs.My father named Mr Nikunj Buddhiprasad vyas produce gareentee as colletroal propertey of my house resideing at B-5 , Shiv tenament ,Ghodasar Cross Road. Ghodasar Ahmedabad.

Party fail to repayment his loan due to his financial crisis or any thing else, Bank & party were agree to settle the loan with 7.5 lacs in year 2005. But again party fail to fullfill all the partial settlement as per grid.so , bank put his matter into legal proceeding.

Now, Bank has action my property for recover his dues while enable to collect from borrower. My father is also put settlement request to local branch manager & regional branch manager , but no one entertain now.

Reqeuest you to please forward my application to zonal collection officer to stop my action try to settle the loan.

We have Purchased one house (Plot.No.14) for Rs 10,40,000 in medchal(V)in the auction dated[protected] conducted by Dena Bank. As per the Auction rules, I have already paid 25 % of the Auction amount. However, I found that the property was sold illegally to other person by the defaulter with out the notice of the Bank in 2008.

Thus, We approached the Bank and informed the seriousness of the issue and requested to change the property to plot number.5 (Rs.994000), as the other property was not sold out in the Auction. But the Bank authorities are going for the Auction again and asking us to participate in the Auction commencing next week.

Hence, We request Consumer Forum to take up the issue and do justice by changing the property to Plot.No.5 before the Bank going to Auction again.Otherwise, asking the bank to return money with the interest from 19-09-09 for th 25 % of my money, other expenses incurred by the process during the period and penalty for causing inconvenience to us for the past one month by giving auction on a property which has legal litigations.

sir;my account is in dena bank branch freeganj ujjain.my ac had minimum balance (500)five hundred rs.after that bank deducted minimum charges amout in my accout 33rs. per month.i did't have any check book.
And my son has taken a P.M.R.Y. loan (29500rs.)to held a sachi parlour in this bank,he was not able to pay some installment then bank deducted installment in my accout without my permission and without any notice ,I told the menager y did u deduct money in my accout then menager told me that ur son did't pay the installment so i did it because u are guranter then i asked him i am not guranter ,because when u gave the loan u told me u are not guranter its only witness signature now ther are telling u are guranter i am onty witness and i asked him P.M,R,Y,loan did't need gurantee in under 100000rs. amount and without my permission how to deduct then he told me i have the power to deduct ur salary.
now i closed my accout in that bank.sir , is the loan for P.M,R,Y,to need gurantee in 29500rs.amout

i hereby want to register a official complaint about dena bank,anand branch,city : anand,state : gujarat
regarding providing vary lower class system of atm machines to his customers.....particular bank's atm machines are not working 3-4 days in a week and if they found working,they carries low connectivity so we found problem everytime whenever we go to withdraw money......atm machines are located at two diffrent places....one is located at anand vidyanagar road,and second one is located at dena bank,nehru road branch,anand...

Sir/Madam,
I have visited your sector 7 Chandigarh ATM many time either it is out of service or does not respond to the customers. It looks a showpiece. Pl. take prompt action for the convenience of the general public. Though the same problem has been brough to the notice of the bank but no action has been taken as yet. MOST OF THE ATM CARDS BELONGS TO OTHER BANKS DOES NOT WORK.

I had issued Chqeue No. 502770 of Rs 2, 50, 000/- to M/s Laxmi Narayan Gupta Metal Industries, Dhamtari, The party has presented the aforesaid cheque on 04.08.2009, but the bank has returned the cheque on the ground insufficient funds, however I had deposit the sum of Rs.2, 25, 000/- in cash on 04.08.2009 at 10.30 a.m.

Due to the mistake of bank, the party has suffered huge losses and the party is challenging me for recovery of losses

My name is shatanshu jaiswal, I have saving bank account with ICICI bank, civillines, Allahabad. my a/c no. is[protected].

On 21st April 2009(time:13:03:47) i just did Balance Enquiry of my saving a/c from Dena Bank atm –terminal no.0630101, situated under Dena bank regional office
(28-A, pravin house, vidhan sabha marg, lucknow 226001), but showing cash withdrawal of Rs 3000, in my account statement.

Of which I complained to ICICI (complain no-SR[protected] on 21st april itself, but after one month complain they can’t able show me clear picture of what happen to my RS 3000.

I then move to dena bank shivaji marg branch(branch code:0631)lucknow to complain but they are not taking my complain, saying complain to Mumbai corporate office.

i then email to CMD of dena bank, mumbai corporate office, but all goes vain, they are not providing my transaction detail
hope you can solve my problem

dear sir,
I have served Dena bank ( A Government of india undertaking) from 1964 to 1993 .The Bank has not paid my share of provident fund even after lapse of 15 years. I seek refund of provident fund amount along with 15% interest.and compensation for personal harressment. I request you to start proceedings under the Provident fund act.

Dear Sir

My father was having Dena bank ATM cum Debit card and bank has done marketing that open an account with dena bank and get Rs.2.00 Lacs accident insurance free. My father has opened an account and was died by railway accident.
we have filled an application with necessary details to my home branch but after 1 and 1/2 month they have not issue us claim form

please look in to the matter
