Dena bank internet banking facility is a real pain to work with. Many a times the site is down. If it's up it gives frustrating errors during operations. Many a times even after doing online internet neft transfer, the account just does not settled. The transaction gets reversed for no reason. If raise a complaint i am redirected to rtgs cell. If i talk to rtgs cell i am again redirected to helpdesk.

See, today also the dena bank internet banking is down. See the attached screenshot.

    Hellow sir i am from satna (M. P.) and i just want to make a complaint for the manager of dena bank satna... There are some issue in our bank account so i went to bank to discuss that but the manager is not sataisfying me and if i am asking for the reason and if i am asking the questions then he just told me to go from bank...in dena bank we have 10 current accounts.

    So its my humble request to you that pls take a action for that bank manager otherwise we have to close the accounts

      Transferred rs 30000/- on 7th oct to my supplier.
      My supplier not received amount but it is being debited to my account
      I want to branch where my account is but they said that you transferred online hence we can not help you do online complait
      I registered online complaint but even after 15 days no body responded to my complaint
      I also called customer care they told me to send email at [protected]@denabank.com
      I done this also even after 10 days passed and after 2-3 reminder also no body till date responded. Help me what to do.

      and third class service
      I am one of the major customer they have but this type of work dis-morale me to get the account closed

        I have been using dena bank internet banking for a while. I initiated neft transfer to my other bank account. It returned after 2 days just stating not settled. No further information.

        I retried again and again it returned next day. I have had repeated instances where neft did not work. I raised a complaint online and they simply closed the complaint stating 'what is the error? '

        I am stunned at their professionalism and customer commitment. They are not interested to solve customer issues. No wonder they do not even pick up phone calls when i call up the branch for some query.

          I want to say that, during atm transaction amount got debited, but i dint received the money.The transaction amount is 1000.kindly check it and do the needful as it is 1 month passed.. I dont believe such a dely system you are still following. If you cannot resolve my issue just let me know. I will have to complain higher authority than this. i got fed up from the service of Dena bank.
          Such a worst bank in India which cannot even resolve the issue in 3months also. Do not trust such bank for banking needs ever

            I was facing some issues with respect to Dena Bank Internet Banking and decided to call up their customer care number [protected]. I was shocked to know that the estimated wait time to talk to representative was over 25 minutes!!

            So I sent mails to their specified email id [protected]@denabank.co.in. Till date no one has responded to my mails! It appears that Dena bank is not interested to reply to customer mails sent on this email id.

            More over I have a consistent observation that whenever I initiate NEFT fund transfer from my Dena Bank online after 4 PM, the process simply fails after two days. No one know the exact reason. This has been going on for last 4 -5 months.

            I hope Dena Bank will attempt to improve its services.

                I made a transaction on petrol pump by using my debit card of rs. 300 on 17th september, 2017. The transaction failed but money was deducted from my account[protected]. I wrote complaint at my account branch but i got no reply. This problem again accour 2nd time on 17th october transaction failed but money was deducted from my account[protected]. Please help me to refund total rs.600.
                I have submitted 3-4 times.a document for link of mobile no with account...but not satisfied with this..
                I want to say that, during atm transaction amount got debited, but i dint received the money.The transaction amount is 1000.kindly check it and do the needful as it is 19days passed.

                  We wish to bring to your kind notice regarding unethical bank charges levied to us for cheque return during all india bank employees strike on august 23 2017.
                  There is no balance issue of the cheque party. We have filed complaint regarding this issue to the concerned bank manager but he is not responding.
                  Also cheque return charges are levied due to failure of bank server down problem. This is absurd bank policies which we are not expecting.
                  We request for reversal of this illegal deductions made by the banks spoiling our bank records.

                        I had availed housing loan of rs. 7.50 lacs (Hl a/c no.[protected] in the year 2003 for purchase of flat no. 501, agrawal tower, 68/1, lodhipura (Biyabani main road), indore admeasuring super built-up area 800 sq. Fts. And open terrace admeasuring 1200 sq. Fts.

                        In this connection i would like to inform that under the scheme of "smart city plan" announced by central government, indore municipal corporation, indore has widened the road having width of 80 fts. This has resulted the removal of 22.796 fts. (6.95 mtrs.) plus hanging of 3 fts. = 25.796 fts length x 28.208 fts (8.60 mtrs) - width, thus total area admeasuring 727.65 sq. Fts. Of the building - agrawal tower. My flat is situated in this building which has affected by aforesaid demolition.

                        In this connection, i would like to inform that:-

                        A) after removal of my said property, the securities mortgaged with you has deteriorated. The said matter was informed you on 10.03.2016. Copy of the letter is enclosed. However no efforts seems to be taken by you against forced action initiated by central/state government.

                        B) the insurance was taken for the said property (Period of insurance 07.12.2011 to 06.12.2021) from united india insurance company limited. We had written a letter to the said insurance company on 04.04.2016 under copy to your bank. The surveyor of the insurance company had inspected the site but nothing has been heard from them till date. It seems that no efforts seems to be taken by you with the insurance company.

                        In view of above i again request to reduce the proportionate liability of housing loan.

                        This is for your immediate action under intimation to me.

                              I am rajnita dhamelia having saving account in the dena bank koba gandhinagar branch. My saving account no. Is[protected]

                              I m complaint to atm can't reach me at 3 month ago also branch and customer care but there have no answer to me.

                              Also inform branch employee name was mr. Mardik parmar and branch manager mr. Anup kumar sing.

                              But not any further process and also can't give answer to customer care. I m trying to last 2 over call customer care but just say me hold the line hold and at the end no answer.

                                My matter is not resolved but all fraud calls is coming to my mobile stating they are calling from Dena Bank.
                                Sir I have operate current account in Dena bank Surat branch I apply for cc limit in that branch but bank official did not process my request and ignore my request kindly take proper notice on my problem and help me.

                                    This is to inform you that i have taken a home loan of rs. 15 lacs on dated[protected] & i have registered for internet banking through dena bank sector-17 panchkula (Haryana) on 30th aug-17 but till date i am unable to login internet banking.

                                    I have sent mail also to customer care but not receive any response, i have informed to branch official but no response, i have tried to call on toll free no but no response.

                                    If anyone ask me regarding the feedback of dena bank services then i must say that it is very poor & needs improvement.

                                      Sur. I am genitha having savings account in ur bank bhiwadi branch for the past 4 yr.
                                      I received my new atm card and wenot to the bank to get my pin number. Mr. Sachin who works here started to speak unwanted things and used abusive language. He even said that he can close my account. I don't know if bank employees can close anyone account if they wished.
                                      His co staff told me that he is under depression so he is behaving like this.
                                      I have taken pics of that person and shared with my friends in social media. Few people have experienced the same with that person. Hope action will be taken against that person.
                                      Now a days i don't do any transaction with ur bank just because if i see that man again i may lose my temper. I even got my cheques bounced because of him.
                                      I haven't not received the pin number yet. It's 2 weeks i received my card.
                                      Hope bank will not have mentally ill people to work with customers.

                                        Money wrongly debuted from my account.. On checking its showing more money has to be debited if i put money further.. All internet banking has been declined and dont know why money is being debuted and on using paytm app nearly 5000 has been debuted not recharged on asking paytm support they saying money refunded to ur bank acc with time date n ref number plsss help...
