Hi team
Today morning i have withdrawn money from dena bank atm machine using kotak mahindra bank card near gb palya, bangalore. I have given an amount of rs 1000 but i have received only 550 but my account got debited an amount of 1000. Requesting you to check on this. My contact number [protected].     I regret to inform you that i adv ashok kr aggarwal is one of best customer of your above mentioned branch, my all a/c are respectable, there is no dispute, i have also sufficient balance in my saving a/c. One current a/c no [protected] in the name of thania health care was opened in above mentioned. Where i am noting from six to seven months, your officers behave is very rude with customers, if your officers do not interested to work in that system, either, they can take v. R. S. Or drop public dealing & go to regional office. We want to get o. D. Facility of rs.50, 000/- against stock, but branch manager /accountant is doing behave as like mahajan of bank. So you are requested either closed my all a/cs either give direction to your staff for doing good behave with customers. We are respectable citizen of india.

        Dena bank employee is not fill up new opening salary a/c form.His behave is not good.She said it is not his work.
        Y my mobile banking not started yet, when all documents are given, even my Internet banking not working, why are v facing problems, y can't u resolve it before, even ur atm at many places don't work, ur bank is providing many problems instead of solving it

          Dear sir/madam,
          I tried transferring rupees 8200 to my friend using bhim app, it was a case of emergency my friend to whom i sent the money was in a difficult situation.
          I was trying bhim app for the first time and was happy to see a "sent" message on the screen. I thought amount is transferred and was waiting for my friend's call but even after half an hour when i asked him to confirm whether he got the money or not, it was really a bad thing for me that he did not get amount in his account and money was debited from my account.
          It was 11th of august and till then even today i am regularly calling customer care ([protected]) and mailed the matter to bank but no body is responding.
          Really it is a horrible thing when your money is debited and not credited to your loved one's account. Both o[censored]s are unable to use that amount, even in this difficult situation.
          Please help me in getting my money back

            I used ATM VISA Debit card issued by Dena Bank at POS on 27.05.2017
            Anount of Rs, 1890.36 was debited twice to my SB Account. I made no.of complaints by e mail to Bank. There is no reply or action by the bank evev after 2 months have passed. I approached Merchant partner POS . Their bankers have given reply by mail that amount has been credited to beneficiary account only once. That mail is also forwarded to bank. Still there is no communication by bank.

              As per my cibil report it is mentioned that there is a loan outstanding in my name mukesh jagetiya having account no. [protected].in fact i do not have any account in dena bank anywhere. I have lodged a dispute with cibil about this wrong information.in response cibil has sent email to dena bank about clarification of this wrong information in june. Cibil has sent at least 7-8 periodical reminders but dena bank is not responding.

              What should i do in this case
              Dear Sar my new current accounts not open plz help me

                I have recently taken an auction property under the auction by dena bank mg road secunderabad and i paid 25% = rs.480000 to them.

                Before i am ready to pay emd, i have requested for photocopies of property documents. But, they have not provided and said document photocopies will be given after auction is completed & said all documents are very clear.

                After legal documents photocopies provided to me then i have applied for home loan which was rejected by following reason

                1. Building was not constructed as per sanctioned plan where sanction plan is for g+2 and it was constructed for g+4 & no sellar plan included in it but sellar is included in it.

                2. There is no regularization for building under ghmc norms i. E., no bps/ brs approval documents available.
                There is no possibility to apply it now.

                No banks ready to offer home loan due to above problems.

                So, i have explained the problem and no one is responding.
                Manager is on long leave and not at all responding my calls & mails

                I have given letter on auction withdrawal on 10 days before full payment and mailed same to branch. Please review the attachments "letter submitted at bank".
                After completing of deadline time, now they responding we can't provide money back.
                I really want help. I put my all my savings in it.

                  Above attached documents i have downloaded from dena site then after i went to bank. I have applied for loan related scheme. I have already submitted my application with my all the documents. I thoroughly read all the pages. I am eligible for this scheme. But even i am not getting proper responses from the branch. Many times i went to bank and got reply it's under process. Finally i got reply that they have forwarded. It's more than 2 months. I am doing job in another place which is 500 km away for me it is not possible to visit my branch every time. Second thing they don't have knowledge about this scheme i have already attached the pages. So i humbly request you to give your response as soon as possible.

                    Several times I visited in bank every time they pass sarcastic comments on customers.

                    (1)Sub staff misbehaved me in front of office in charge.
                    (2)A madam working near cash counter she through my NEFT Form only on, that there was no pined(cheque+form).

                        I was paying the fees of 1st semester in upes college (Mba college at dedhradun) of amount 17, 500/-. But transaction failed showing some error and at same moment money get deducted from my account. Even college hasn't received the amount. Now pl look to this matter and solve at the soonest. Bank account is at gandhidham branch. Pl solve the issue at the earliest and refund me back the deducted amount i. E 17705rs in my account.

                          The management of Dena Bank has not paid int. On my PF Contribution from 2008 till payment in the year 2015. My PF No.P 3444. The PF settlement was done by Dena Bank in the year 2015 after prolonged correspondence. My services with the Bank ended in the year 2008. My requests for payment of int. Is not considered by the management. Further, the management adjusted the entire proceeds towards loan account. They have recovered loan proceeds by applying int. Uptodate whereas refused to pay int. On the delayed payment of PF.
                          I haven't got my refund which has been successfully refunded by amazon on 22nd may ...A/c no.[protected]...refund reference no. Of rs 6755 is[protected]...plz solve this problem as soon as possible...

                            We request to bank for joint signature when we got cc, but now all transaction going by net banking (All taxes: vat. Advance tax, tds, etc) but your bank not giving permission for net banking and not excepted our request for single signature or any one signature those require as require for net banking

                              Hello i rohit m prajapati on night of 16 june 2017 used my debit card ending of (My saving ac[protected] of dahisar east branch) for purchase of rs.2551 on modicare.com which has gateway named pay u money. It showed that was declined by your bank then again it was cancelled with soory message. Then i tried to credit rs 2500 to modicares m-wallet through same pay u money which was successfull
                              But after that i recieved sms debiting both amount i. E 2551 and 2500 on the same time 00.45 which was 17 june then
                              Waited for correction and got another sms of crediting 30 rs.???
                              Plz correct that '

                                My mother saving bank account is in dena bank and i feel regret for that cause of poor service of bank for customers. Her account no is[protected] with the name of poonam sharma, she applied for hudco ipo through this bank account and she didn't got any allotment for this ipo but the respective amount is still in lien balance in her account after almost one month of allotment date.

                                She visited many times to the home branch and asked manager to do some action on it and also gave a written complain to the branch still no action taken by him or your bank. I am requesting you please free that lien amount in her account.

                                Her customer i'd is[protected] and branch ifsc code is bkdn0721126 the branch is located at swarg ashram road, hapur, pin code 245101 her account number is[protected] with the name poonam sharma.

                                Kindly please release this lien balance asap. She ll b thankfull to you!!
                                On the evening of 12th may they deducted 7000 from my account as a result of transaction failure. Till now 145th June they haven't refunded my money & they even mention my name wrong on complaint number

                                  Most respectfully i beg to state that i dr. Devendra kumar has account no. Xxxxxxxx6484 in your dena bank branch saket. I applied for the loan to setup my clinic neb ortho and dental care centre in 2015. I completed all the formalities & loan was sanctioned, but an 06/07/2016 at 11:41, i received a message on my mobile that rs. 30, 000 debited from my account for some divya aggarwal, immediately i contacted bank manager mr. Pushpendra singh on this mobile no. [protected] regarding the transaction without my knowledge and authority. He initially told me he would return the total amount. Even after so many telephonic and personal conversation he did not return my amount. As i can understand this is a nexus of manager and ca to cheat the account holders.

                                  It is my request to intervene the matter and refund my full amount with interest at the earliest. Also conduct an official inquiry against mr. Solanki and ca and take strong action against them for the sake of bank reputation. Also inform me the action taken.

                                  This is the conversation sms and details “ur a/c xxxx6484 is debited with inr 30000.00 on[protected]:41 for rtgs / neft. Ref no sdc43490939 for credit to divya agarwal.”

                                      I am living in navalgadh village at tehsil - dharangdhra dist - surendranagar in gujarat and my field is available in dharangdhra tehsil. So i applied loan for agriculture (Pak dhiran) from last 2 month at dena bank dharangdhra tehsil branch but bank manager makes some hopeless/weightless argument like your village is defaulter, today peon not available, next week sure about loan, now i can not find your paper in this bank ta-dharangdhra dist - surendranagar in gujarat. My field agriculture survey no. Is 650 & 68.
                                      Sir, our country celebrated the 70th year of independence & this type answer given by the bank manager not appreciable. We felt totally helpless and handicapped, my 67 year old age father every day goes to bank but the answer given by the manager is same.
                                      An early action is requested please

                                        I just passed 12th ICSE board exam and even passed the IIHM entrance exam.
                                        I went to the bank for education loan.
                                        We have been coming to the bank for loan since one month because they kept on saying that they might proceed the loan but at the very end moment they denied us from providing education loan. Are we fool or what? Its about my future, I'm a brilliant student but I think because of them I might loose my future!
                                        Please help me!!!
