I bought a bike, Bajaj V15 from Dewan Bajaj last year August 2016. It was a wonderful bike, but sadly I would state only for sight. As soon as I hit the roads, I witnessed many major issues due to which riding the bike became a mighty task.

Me dewan bajaj showroom me byke service karana gya behen ke lundo ne 1 ghante ki jagah 6 ghante laga kr apni ma chudwa li yahan tak ki wahan ka boss tha usne bhi apne gand khol khol kr marwai jab or mera bill rs.1500/- ka bana diya jabki sala service free thi, salon ka phir bhi pet nhi bhara un madarchod ne meri byke ka petrol nikal liya rs.500/- ka dalwaya us din salo ne rs.100/- ka bhi nhi chhoda me inhe chhodunga nhi inki ma chod dunga...

Poor service

In last 6months, 2-3 times I went to Diwan Bajaj motorbike service showroom (MAHAVIR ENCLAVE, NEW DELHI) and whenever the service had occur a problem has been there in the bike, I always talk to service advisor and manager about my problem but they always gave me assurance .

Misbehave of workshop staff

All guys who receive bikes for service and prepare job card they are very bad. when i purchase bike from showroom they tell me that every thing is under warranty. but at ist service of my bike at 750 km i notice that left side handle bar nut was free i told that guy to please check and change as earlier they told me that bike is under warrant. but when the time is to change the same he refused to change and argue with us he transfer call...

Bike sold on 10-06-2016, but registration not done

My name is amiya biswas and i have purchaseda ktm duke 200 from the lajpat nagar ktm showroom on[protected]. Today is[protected] and yet now i have not received my registration number. When asked in the showroom, they said that today they have sent the file for punching in rto. I have been harassed thrice by the traffic police as i am riding without registration number.

This is not the way to deal...

Very bad service and take too much time.

I will be come me 4th service but before some time 29th jan 2016 take a service but service is to much bad and I was damage my 894 bucks .is is also available bike service book on a call but same problem their is take to much time and I have more isshus in my bike and I m also coming today 12 may 2016 my booking time but no buddey take care my bike and me...I think no management over their and no supervisor I already told his people plz do...

i have purchased a bike from showroom dewan bajaj at mahavir enclave dwarka sector 1 New Delhi.

Purchasing Date: 13 march 2015

I have change my bike shocker 2 times and both the times the shocker are not working properly i have complaint at workshop manager and the engineer but both the person are not responding...

An awful experience on service with Dewan Bajaj, Okhla.

The journey of ignominy and humiliation started on 28.05.11 (Saturday) when I have gone for servicing of my Pulsar 150 Registration no DL3S BV 0375. There was some problem with the front disc brake as the brake light was continuously on and same was rectified after the service. But the misery started when I started encountering that the brake is not working infact the brakes were continuously on without pressing the lever which could end...
