I have ordered videocon tv on july`16, 2016 till today i have not received the order from dhamaal shop however a tracking detail has been sent to be some days back but as per the courier the parcel was not delivered to courier and i am still waiting for my product. Dear Indians,

I am really surprised to note that the Criminals are left free to do the fraud without any border. None of the resposibile departs are ready to take this complaint. I have approached Local police given the FIR and sent many mails to U.P Police Commission, Bombay Police commissioner, Hyderabad- Cyber Crime branch. I am very astonished that none of the people are responding my mail nor taken any action against this Fraud site. Why the LEGAL Court are made for . Already 8 months over and still this site owner using public funds by cheating cheap products luring people pay online .

My sincere request to please find out the following

The Deposit /online payments are going to whose name
get the Bank responsible for this transaction and BLOCK this site : www.dhamaalshop.com immediately

and bring the culprit to the court and punish him immediately.

I booked videocon led tv 32" on 07.08.2016 with order no:ds27166 but till now product has not been deliver as well as i tried to contact the customer care many times which was provided on dhamaalshop portal but numbers are not working.
Please find the attached screen shot for more detail about booking of order and confirmation of order booked.
Please help us to get our money back as we no longer want the product as there is no response from the dhamaalshop also not sure if they will sent the genuine product in such case.
