I have ordered a ledtv with dhamaalshop.com on 23rd august 2016 with order no DS 52139 and they have not delivered the item till date, I have complained to their mail id but no response . I paid the amount through visa card, Please make the necessary arrangements for my genuine complaint . Afterwards i check the reviews in various consumer forums and found that this company is cheating the people in several ways and my case is one among them.Please do the necessary action

I was searching for combo offers in google, while searching i have seen this ad "3 men's and 2 womer's underwear combo offer at rs.69/- also mentioned that its been 90% discounted. I went through it and found the amount had been revised to rs. 119.85.
I made this payment on 10.09.2016 at 09:39 am. Now its 14:02 hrs. While lodging this complain. The status is still pending and no customer care support is there. After order being booked i would like to cancel the order but they have no options to cancel after then i had tried to contact with customer care but found the cell phone switched off.
Please make necessary arrangements for refund.

I have ordered Videocon 32 led TV dated 8/08/2016 payment ID 57992024. Also made payments through credit card till date haven't received any call or email from company. And there are many such complaints I can see is this kind of fraud company. Kindly please deliver my item regards. But no response from company side till now.only one confrimation mail was send by company.I have also paid for this order and my balance was deducted from my bank account . I have been messeging and mailing to dhammal shop official website but they did not respond me till now Me also contact with company at phone no [protected] but they not respond.please solve the problem and help me to get my balance back.

Dear sir, i have booked the above item after watching ads on facebook on 18st aug. 16, my order id is: ds47104, till now, have not received any communication from dhammal shop for status of above item, just received one mail confirming the order details however not further details of shipment & order status.
