Sir, i am order videocon 32inch tv in14/08/16, price, rs-6749, prepaid order, my order shows pending, i want cancel my order. Please refund my money in my bank account. Immediately.

I place an order on 10th Aug 16 and paid full amount but still not received any delivery nor any communication, I try to reach customer care but auto answer transferring call to customer care then disconnect.

But till now not received any dispatch details of booking product. Payment deducted from my Debit card if you do not dispatch this product please cancel my order & refund my debit amount.

Important: - i have seeing so many bad comments for your web sites.

Please resolve this issue immediately. Otherwise i will take action or complain through media and consumer court.

I have booked a videocon led tv on 12/8/2016 and my order no is DS37950 I have still not received any of the detail nor the order even after 14 day of placing the order I have send several mail to them but no response.i tried to call on this no [protected] which they have send on my e mail.please help me I want to cancel my order. On 16 of aug n there is no information regarding the delivery my order number is ds42262. Do resolve it soon its been more than 10 days now customer care too is not receiving the call this isthe worst service ever i have experienced do my product deliver to me by as soon as possible and notify me on my e-mail else i will file a suit in the court as m an advocate for your kind information.

I have booked a Led but till now not received any information about boked product and I have also done complaint but after submit complaints one person from bihar call me & tell me my name Rahul from Dhamalshop and asking me cradit card details (card no, expiry date & cvv no) but reply him I will give details after discussing with bank but now I will calling him now but this no now switch off. The product is not yet delivered.

I am sabah israr the complainant having residence at e-18, muradi road, batla house, jamia nagar, okhla, new delhi - 110025.
I had placed an on line order vide no. Ds 35190 for 32" hd videocon led tv on the offer made by dhamaal shop.com and the payment of rs 6749/- was made by me through debit card on 11.08.2016.

I had received the acknowledgement of the order and payment from dhamaalshop.com.

I had sent the order vide my email id [protected]@yahoo.com.
My mobile no. Is [protected]. The address of their office reflecting in their website is: gl electronic, ranju nilay bhavan, ist floor, new laljee tola, patna district - patna, india - 800001.

I have been trying to reach out to them through the phone numbers available on their website i. E. [protected] & [protected] however, no one is responding.

I booked videocon tv32' on 16.07.2016 with order no:ds16768 but till no product has not been deliver as well as i tried to contact the customer care many times which was provided on dhamaalshop portal but numbers are not working.
Please find the attached screen shot for more detail about booking of order and confirmation of order booked.
Please help us to get our money back as we no longer want the product as there is no response from the dhamaalshop also not sure if they will sent the genuine product in such case...
