I booked videocon tv32' on 12.08.2016 with order no:ds37863 but till now product has not been deliver as well as i tried to contact the customer care many times which was provided on dhamaalshop portal but numbers are not working.
Please find the attached screen shot for more detail about booking of order and confirmation of order booked.
Please help us to get our money back as we no longer want the product as there is no response from the dhamaalshop also not sure if they will sent the genuine product in such case.

I have ordered jockey vest combo pack inr 99.90 each on 06.08.2016 vide order no. Ds26250.

I have still not received any tracking details nor the order even after 12 days of placing the order. I tried almost 20 times at their customer care no but there is no response. The behaviour is very irresponsible.

This is a major problem from here. After successful of payment no mail and message to my mail id and mobile number from dhamaalshop, it redirect to dhamaalshop homepage after booking. No order id given from you.
