An email has arrived to me from dhamaal shop that it will deliver my product through blue dart and it has been 16 days gone till now i have not received my product. I think they are cheating to customers. If they cannot deliver product on time then why they are making company. I have waited a lot and many other customers are also in problem please help us to solve this problem.

July 16 th i have an email from company, providing order number and courier details. when i tried to track the order on blue dart but it says tracking number / reference number is invalid.

It seems they have taken the money and not providing any details about my order (DS18029) even tried to verify the order on website, it is not giving any information about order.

I have ordered one memory card and headphone and charger through dhamaalshop.com vide above mentioned oder and paid the amount. But item is not being dispatched till date. Order has been placed on 10 Aug 16 and the same date when payment was made by me an email received from dhamaalahop.com that your order has been placed and we will inform you the dispatch details. Till today no mail has been received and no items is received. I m trying to telephone on the number provided by the company always telling all the operator s are busy call after some time.

I ordered a “sony powerbank” on dhamaalshop.Com on 13th july 2016. I also paid online shopping for this.. The pdf which i got in the email is also attached herewith. I haven't got the product till now. After that email there is no communication from your side regarding the order. I am feeling like being cheated. Please inform me when i will get the order otherwise i will have to take legal steps.

This was the fraud mail id and tracking id and customer help line number also given by the company.the mail was received me below sent through the company. So please please help me.
