मैने 20 /07/2016 को एक वीडीओकोन 32 इंच का l e d बुक किया था जिस का ऑर्डर नवम्बर DS21006 हैं दिनाक 26/7/ 16 को आप की तरफ से मुझे मेल प्राप्त हुआ जिस में मुझे ट्रेकिंग नवम्बर [protected] बताया गया कि आप का आर्डर ब्लूडॉट से भेजा जा रहा हैं जो मुझे नहीं मिला।ब्लूडॉट से पता करने पर पता चला की शिपमेंट 01/08/2016 क़ो आप के यहाँ से निरस्त कर दी गई। किस कारण से निरस्त की गई जानकारी उपलब्ध कराने की कृपा करे।यदि नही दे सकते तो 7365 वापस करने का कष्ट करें।

On 13 july i saw a news on jagran news paper about sony power bank is salling on 549 rs. Then i ordered on 14 july and payment made by debit card, amount of 369.90rs. Still i do't have product and not get refund. And also on my www.dhamaalshop.com login id the order has not shown. But charges has been taken. Your customer care no [protected] / [protected] has not attend my calls.
If my money has not been sent to my account then i go to consumer court and file a case against all of damaalshop.com

I would like to complain about two online business portals who are big time fraudesters and are still operating actively. They are whaaky.com and dhamaalshop.com.

Conatct number of whaaky.com is[protected], and

Conatct number of dhamaalshop.com is [protected].

I wish i could be polite, but i have lost my patience by becoming a regular victim of such fraduesters. Please book them as criminals and take stringent legal action for not abiding to the fair market practices.

I got a call from a lady few minutes ago from =[protected] stating that she is calling from Dhamaalshop.com and informed me about my complaint being addressed today. She had asked me that she would initiate refund of the amount for which ordered items were not delivered. She also told me that Consumer Complaints forum is also online to get this complain addressed.
She requested me to help for a test transaction of INR 10 from SBIBuddy and had asked me to provide my ICICI Bank A/c and debit card number details. I had provided the same and the debit test transaction had happened successfully. I had confirmed the same. Immediately, she took away another 4, 990/- from my account by fraudulent means by creating a 3D Secure Pin on 1508.
Instead of refunding my amount of INR 1, 500/-, she had fradulently taken away another 5, 000 from me.
Requesting this forum to hunt this caller who had called from +[protected], and initiate Police action immediately.
These fraudsters are on the prowl and getting information on the consumer complaints made by customers. These fraudsters are claiming that they knew about our complaint and taking us into confidence to divulge our bank details. Please book them under criminal act and take stern action against such callers immediately.

Landline Number; Network Operator: NA
Location: AMRAVATI, AMRAVATI, Maharashtra
I got this information from Phone Number Tracer option in Google.
Please try and catch these culprits with the help of a police complaint before they vanish somewhere. I had tried calling their number which not reachable now.

I have also the same problem with the website where i ordered also a sony powerbank with same amount of rs.369.90
With a order number ds 12293on dated 15/07/2016.
But i didnt receive any mail or product through this website purchasing.
I am trying to contact them they are disconnect my phone call also have already mail them 4 times for it, but they didnt given reply of my mail... They are totally fraud.. I want my money back how can i get?
