Dear sir/mdm
My friend Sushil ola's CDC got approved from Kolkata mmd.application number SMO(K)2021/31771. CDC dispatched on 13 December 2021.with speed post no.EW[protected]IN. after tracking this number it's showing that it's already returned to mmd kolkat in November itself.but CDC dispatched in December how it can return in November. kindly provide me correct consignment number.

    SUBJECT: i am writing this complaint to request your attention for delay delivery of SID CARD (Application No:139527) which i have applied on 05'th October 2021 at Cochin MMD office.

    i have applied for SID card and provided bio-metric in DGS office Cochin and successfully completed all the procedures.
    i have sent several emails to the concern MMD office Chennai regarding the status of SID CARD but until now i haven't received any information.
    Past few months application status is being shown as Same.
    i have enclosed Appointment details (Acknowledgement receipt) and application status screen shot and personal details for your reference with this complaint letter.

    please look forward it and help me to get the SID card as soon as possible
    please do the needful

    i have applied for SID card and provided bio-metric in DGS office Mangalore and successfully completed all the procedures.
    It is showing that it will be dispatched from last one month.
    Please look into this matter as soon as possible, as longer it takes the longer will be the delay for my voyage.

                  I trying do online payment 30th june 2021 for CDC Application, three times the payment was deducted from my bank account but the payment from D.G shipping was failed.I have attached the bank statement.
                  Kindly Look into the matter and advice till what date will I receive back my deducted amount

                    Just 2 days before I tried to login my seafarers profile, it's showing that my user ID and password is mismatched. So I tried through forget password . Now it's showing the password has been set to your mail ID. After that I tried through registrated email ID. Then also it showing invalid email lD. my email ID is valid I had mails from dg shipping in between 2017 to 2021. Please help me out from this problem.my INDOS number:- 17NL0043

                              Dear Sir,

                              I was about to join the ship TAMARA.
                              RPSL ERUDITO TRAINING SOLUTIONS CHENNAI updated the vessel details on master checker.

                              Due to company issues i couldn't join, when i asked RPSL to remove the ship details they said they are invalid and they will not do it.

                              I mailed the same to "[protected]@NIC.IN" in the month of oct-2021 to remove the ship details from my profile.

                              still now i haven't got a response.

                              Please remove the ship details from my profile so that i can join my new ship.

                                      Indos no 09HL2178 have sign off on 29 July 2021 return to india on 30 July 2021. I have been sending email with all relevant documents with my company Rpsl letter to [protected]@nic.in form past august 2021 for sign off. till date i haven’t got any reply or a clue whether my application is pending or they haven’t seen yet. I am in the dark. please help. I need to join another vessel.

                                        With Respect, I am Avinash Bhuvaneswaran. I writing to inform you that i made a mistake while updating Authorised Document section of the In-dos Profile.My true Indos issued date is 19/07/2013 but i did mistakenly put wrong date on the profile and updated it.
                                        Now i am unable to delete the wrong updation from the In-dos profile.While taking Profile Print out shows both In-dos dates in the Profile. Please help me out how can i remove wrong updation from Profile. Requesting, Please provide me the solution as soon as possible.With this mail i have enclosed screen shot of Indos profile for clarification. i have already made a complaint to DG help desk with screen shot of profile and indos certificate but till now i haven't received any information from DG. kindly give me the instructions for resolve this issue as soon as possible... Thank You
