They are not follow shipping Ministry Rules and regulations. How can we complaint on that company?

My joining is delaying due to this.I have sent mail to shipping master office but mail has not delivered yet.

Ihad applied for deck side watchkeeping certificate on 27th jan 2021 but my dg profile in discipline engine side was mentioned .so dg sent me a massage to change engine to nautical.So i have been changed my discipline engine to nautical so please requested to you please issue my deck side watchkeeping certificate.

Good Evening

My Name is Vivian Dsouza and I have submitted my application for CDC Renewal on 26/01/2021 with Application No. SMO(M)/2021/22250086, and before few days they asked me to Re-upload the Passport Details and i did it as they asked me to do.

So i just wanted to check if every documents are fine and when i will be receiving my sticker.

Please guide me and can i have a concern email address where i can be in touch regarding my CDC renewal it would be appreciated.

Sir i have applied for cdc renewal sticker online, have submited my application on 13 April 2021. And uploaded my required scanned documents . I have checked the status regularly after submitting my application but on 15th of April 2021, i have noticed that in remarks column it have been stated that
''Please Re-Upload clear copy of valid passport 1st two pages + last page+passport officer signature page as citizenship within two days IE:19 April 2021''I did the same Re-Uploaded the said document, But now upon checking the status i found the status is showing ''Query Back To Applicant''I request to kindly look into the matter so that it can be resolved and i can be able to obtain my renewal sticker.

Passport size photo 3.5 X 3.5 cm face covering 70%
Indian passport self attested
Scanned copy of signed online application
These documents have beeen uploaded sucessfully. There is no option for signature upload

Myself Jibin Joseph, had submitted CDC Renewal Application- SMO(M)/2021/22249227 to MMD Mumbai on 01/01/2021.
Since then the Application Status shows "UNDER PROCESS" from last 26 days.

Please consider my application for Cdc Renewal urgently since am waiting for renewal sticker to join onboard ship.
Desperately awaiting CDC Renewal Sticker....

I had completed refresher courses PSCRB(R) and AFF(R) through BP Marine academy on the 09 & 12th Jan and completed the exit exams on the 11th and 13th Jan; however when certificate was downloaded from DG Shipping website; my name sequence has been changed by the institute. My name as mentioned in the INDOS is NAME:DIOGO FRANCISCO SAVIO PEREIRA ; name Printed by BP Marine in the Certificates is NAME: SAVIO PEREIRA DIOGO FRANCISCO. Have sent several emails to the institute and followed up phone calls; no response to the emails also calls to mobile numbers are unanswered.
Except for Capt. Singh who does respond unfortunately he is also unable to assist. I request your assistance in instructing the Institute to correct the certificate; since my courses have expired and i cannot proceed further without the correction

I had surrendered my CDC MUM 91644 for voluntary retirement on 2nd of March 2020. Still now there was no response and i never received a letter or further proceedings for my PF, I have tried to the DG shipping office through Phone from Chennai several time there was no response, I have attached my CDC copes and acknowledgement receipt for the same.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
