Till date the application status is still showing "under verification process"
I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful.

Hello Sir/Madam, This is Deepesh Naik residence of Goa working for Arabian Gulf Mechanical Services & Contracting Co. Kuwait, I work as mechanic on Tug vessel and Supply vessel. I had come for vacation for 3 months. After coming for vacation in Oct 2019, I booked and got to do STCW courses at NUSI Maritime Academy from 1st Nov 2019 to 22nd Nov 2019. After completing STCW courses I did my medical examination. Immediately on 25th Nov 2019 I applied for Indian CDC.
My vacation was till Dec 2019. But I couldn't go back to work in Jan 2020 because I didn't received Indian CDC in hand. I was able to convince my company personnel about my genuine problem of not getting CDC so I couldn't join back to work at that moment. But now its more than 4 months I have been here at home and waiting for CDC.
Its been more than 2 months I have been waiting for Indian CDC and the status is still same 'Under verification process'.
Today I got a call from company that they want me to join back duty by next week with Indian CDC in hand or I'll loose my job.

Now the current situation at home is I'am the only source of earning. If I loose this job it will be a big problem for me and my family. Most of time my Mom seen on bed due to some orthopedic illness. This current job is very very important for me and my family. It is difficult to get new job these days easily and agents ask for huge commission for which I'am unable to pay big amount.
So I request you to help me to get my Indian CDC in hand at the earliest by next week. It will be really grateful.

I already applied my indian cdc. It's 1mnt already. But still showing under varification process. If i will not get my indian cdc before 15th february 2020. For sure i will lose my job.

So please this my humble request to you.

When i was uploading my documents halfway website redirected to the log in page and when i logged in again i checked that there are only 2 files uploaded apart from that all are showing error while viewing the documents this is my second application please do needful so that i can re upload my documents so i can get my cdc.

I have mistakenly put my surname 2 times in dg shipping profile. I was trying to get things correct but on website they are saying that contact the institute who create your indos no. And then when i called my institute they said we can't help you and you have to mail dg shipping about your concern. I don't know what to do now pls help me next month is my visa and joining date and without correction i am not able to apply my cdc right now.

Cdc application was submitted on 5.1.2020 at kolkata mmd. But still this is showing like under process where as mmd homepage telling cdc procedure is one week..
But my cdc application status not changed. Please help me.

Before one day of collection of examination fees, we were informed that tomorrow is the last date of paying of examination fees but we arranged the examination fees but they didn't accept it by saying we can't accept the exam fees without paying college fees and they sent us home by sayimg that it is government holiday due to turbulence of election, we requested them that we will pay our fees in few weeks plz accept our exam fees but they didn't listen to us at all. We went home and contact to the college for accepting our exam fees along with college fees they said okey... Plz make the transaction in college account and send proof after that we can accept the exam fees. We did as they said but after paying our college fees. Whenever we tried to contact our vice-principal /capt. Superintendent. They didn't even reply to us so, we came to college but they are saying to us to go home again and come back in month of march bcoz u r not writting exam and also can't stay in hostel. And they said, i[censored] will try to stay in hostel we will throw u out along with your luggage.
Sir, they cheated us, and allowing us in hostel also. We lost our semester exam plz help us. And take the action against them. Just for few money they ruind our future.

As my CDC is issued by Mumbai MMD, i have been asked to contact
" [protected]@gov.in ".I have emailed them several times but have not got any response.
I humbly request you to guide me on the procedures to change my CDC details on my profile as i do not have access to change them.
