I have mistakenly put my surname 2 times in dg shipping profile. I was trying to get things correct but on website they are saying that contact the institute who create your indos no. And then when i called my institute they said we can't help you and you have to mail dg shipping about your concern. I don't know what to do now pls help me next month is my visa and joining date and without correction i am not able to apply my cdc right now....

Cdc application was submitted on 5.1.2020 at kolkata mmd. But still this is showing like under process where as mmd homepage telling cdc procedure is one week..
But my cdc application status not changed. Please help me.
Because of this my job joining date is pending for last 7 months. Please help me. I want to go to job. If i dont get cdc this month my current ship job offer difficult.

I am RAMAIAH NARENDRAN, third engineer, recently I applied for class 2 coc revalidation on 10 Dec 2019 and it got approved on 11 th Dec 2019 in Chennai mmd, still I didn't receive the revalidation sticker. I called Chennai mmd they informed me my application is approved but when trying to print it shows run time error. They told me mail egoverance regarding this issue.but date is updated in COC checker....

Dear sir, my name is maidul mandal, cdc number is mum165847, application number is smo (M)/2019/2223983. I have applied for my cdc renewal sticker on 16th november 2019. It is showing updated on cdc checker profile but i have not received cdc sticker till now. It has been already one month. My joining has been postponed allready two time because of indefinite delay in cdc sticker. Please look into the matter.

Sir i have applied for cdc renewal sticker online, have submited my application on 02 december 2019. And later uploaded my scanned documents on 5 december 2019. Query says to upload my documents before 6 december 2019 wich i already did stil the status was not changing so i reuploaded the documents on 17 december 2019 evn then the status says query back to applicant.
