Please note my self rajveer singh sahota applied online for cdc renewal on 22-jan-20 (Cdc no: mum 172434), same was approved and cdc sticker dispatched on 19-mar-2020 (Refer to
Attached screen shot of application status). However same is not received yet. Neither can track as its not showing up on mail tracker.
Kindly be requested to provide with a valid tracking number
To resolve the problem as my joining keep getting delayed.

I rahul karanwal with indos no-12xl0017 and cdc no-cl48472 have applied for cdc replacement online on 10/02/2020 in mumbai shipping master office of dg shipping with application rep/smo (M)/2020/42663.
My application status was showing application approved on 05/03/2020. While checking online through cdc checker issue date for new cdc showing 05/03/2020.
From then i am waiting for my cdc but still same status with no further update /dispatch details.
Please note myself working for shell international and as per company requirements i need my cdc other wise they will put me on off pay. So please do the needful and look into the matter so that me and my family do not face any financial crisis during this corona virus emergency situation.
Please look into the matter as i am the sole earner of my family

My application (Application no. Smo (M)/2019/132316) for cdc was rejected stating "10th certificate is not from affiliated board"
In this regard i would like to bring to your kind notice that i did my matriculation (10th equivalent) from andhra university, visakhapatnam which is run by the govt. Of andhra pradesh and also affiliated to ugc.

One of our former president of india also served as vice chancellor at this university. I fail to understand how a central govt. Body like dg shipping does not recognise a state govt. Run university certificate.
Also i would like to mention that all my education (Matriculation, puc, b. Sc. & m. Sc) was completed from the same andhra university and the same certificate copies were submitted while applying for my passport (Ministry of external affairs accepted the andhra university certificates) and there i did not have any problem.

I am having 14 years experience working in marine field with other seaman book like panama etc.,

I applied for the indian cdc because whenever i am travelling for my work (Join ship), i am facing hassles at the immigration in indian airports even after having the e-migrate documents and the immigration officers are telling me to get an indian cdc.
I sincerely believe, there was some genuine mis-understanding in making a decision about my cdc application, hence request you to re-check the documents furnished and approve my cdc.

Plese look into the matter and re-consider my application.

I made payment for the sid about 2 months ago and i was unable to schedule an appointment during that time due to personal reasons. The payment was expired due to that.

Today i made payment again for scheduling an appointment for sid in kochi but i cannot apply for sid now even after the payment was made.

I applied for replacement indian cdc on 27/01/2020. My application number is rep/smo (M)/2020/42830. Its one month finish till now but my indian cdc still showing under process. Kindly please help me in getting my indian cdc. Without indian cdc i can't get my job in where i previously worked. I have just submitted my application form for cdc on 16 - feb -2020 and application no is smo (M)/2020/138670. But i didn't pay the fee. But after that i just realized that my medical officer approval no is not correct.. It's entirely different. So i just wanted to cancel my application and resubmit it... Because i didn't pay the fee.. But there is no option for cancellation of submitted application form in dg shipping site... Pls kindly help me..

I apply my cdc on 24 dec 2019 and after that it showing status confirm but i got rejected on 4 feb 2020 after soo many days... It showing my medical certificate master checker is not update... I apply with my friend that time everything we did same i didn't expect this...

And after that i reapply again on 6 feb 2020 with new medical certificate.
I just want to know how many days it will take, the main thing is i have to join on cruise on 1st week of march...
