I am kamlesh i applied for cdc renewal and i full fill all require information but by mistake i pest some wrong documents and submit application. Now i can't edit application form also can't cancel my application also i check my application status it showing under process what can i do how can i re apply for cdc renewal please advise

I made payment for the sid about 2 months ago and i was unable to schedule an appointment during that time due to personal reasons. The payment was expired due to that.

Today i made payment again for scheduling an appointment for sid in kochi but i cannot apply for sid now even after the payment was made.

My indos number is 08el0095. Please do the needful so that i can schedule an appointment in kochi for the sid.

Dear sir/madam,
I applied for replacement indian cdc on 27/01/2020. My application number is rep/smo (M)/2020/42830. Its one month finish till now but my indian cdc still showing under process. Kindly please help me in getting my indian cdc. Without indian cdc i can't get my job in where i previously worked. I too afraid if my application stays under process for too long then that will affect my carrier a lot. Please help me in this issue. Thanks in advance sir/madam. Hoping for good result. Please help.

This is to inform you that my name is girish chander having indos number 19zm1691 have applied cdc on 30-jan-2020 and the application number is smo (M)/2020/136665 i have regularly checked my cdc status on portal and its observed the almost 18 days have been gone and its still in under process. I am requesting you to kindly take this on properties because my company is asking for cdc without that i can not join vessel.

I have just submitted my application form for cdc on 16 - feb -2020 and application no is smo (M)/2020/138670. But i didn't pay the fee. But after that i just realized that my medical officer approval no is not correct.. It's entirely different. So i just wanted to cancel my application and resubmit it... Because i didn't pay the fee.. But there is no option for cancellation of submitted application form in dg shipping site... Pls kindly help me..

I apply my cdc on 24 dec 2019 and after that it showing status confirm but i got rejected on 4 feb 2020 after soo many days... It showing my medical certificate master checker is not update... I apply with my friend that time everything we did same i didn't expect this...

And after that i reapply again on 6 feb 2020 with new medical certificate.
I just want to know how many days it will take, the main thing is i have to join on cruise on 1st week of march...

Hello Sir/Madam, This is Deepesh Naik residence of Goa working for Arabian Gulf Mechanical Services & Contracting Co. Kuwait, I work as mechanic on Tug vessel and Supply vessel. I had come for vacation for 3 months. After coming for vacation in Oct 2019, I booked and got to do STCW courses at NUSI Maritime Academy from 1st Nov 2019 to 22nd Nov 2019. After completing STCW courses I did my medical examination. Immediately on 25th Nov 2019 I applied for Indian CDC.
My vacation was till Dec 2019. But I couldn't go back to work in Jan 2020 because I didn't received Indian CDC in hand. I was able to convince my company personnel about my genuine problem of not getting CDC so I couldn't join back to work at that moment. But now its more than 4 months I have been here at home and waiting for CDC.
Its been more than 2 months I have been waiting for Indian CDC and the status is still same 'Under verification process'.
Today I got a call from company that they want me to join back duty by next week with Indian CDC in hand or I'll loose my job.

Now the current situation at home is I'am the only source of earning. If I loose this job it will be a big problem for me and my family. Most of time my Mom seen on bed due to some orthopedic illness. This current job is very very important for me and my family. It is difficult to get new job these days easily and agents ask for huge commission for which I'am unable to pay big amount.
So I request you to help me to get my Indian CDC in hand at the earliest by next week. It will be really grateful.
