    Respected sir,

    I have applied as per the process for cdc replacement for the correction of my place of birth on 24-sep-2019 and made the payment of 700 rupees and my indos number is 16zl7312 and my application no is rep/smo (M)/2019/39948 and the application has been approved on 14-oct-2019 as it has been 9 days since my application has been approved, but still dispatch details are not updated and, i did not get my cdc to my home address. Kindly issue my cdc as soon as possible as its urgent to submit to my company for joining. Hope you understand and do the needful.. And please update me the status

      Respected sir/mam,

      I applied for replacement cdc on 25/sep/2019 to shipping masters office, mumbai on e-governance section of (Dgshipping.gov.in) website. Application status is still showing 'under process'. I mailed my mutilated cdc to smo, mumbai. I request necessary actions for the replacement for my cdc.

              Sir, my coc says that my indos number is 00el2429. My name is sreenivasan.
              I have joined a marine institute for teaching now and suddenly find that indos number is deactivated.
              I have tried contacting indos cell but nothing seems to be working. I have also sent an e mail to the effect but no response.
              If this situation remains then i may have to resign from the position that i am in the institute and would be unemployed.
              I quit sailing in the year 2004 and joined a marine institute in the year 2005. I worked in that institute till 2014 and thereafter was on my own doing freelancing.
              Now i have got a job in another institute and this problem has cropped up making it difficult to answer the officials in the college.
              Kindly do the needful in the matter and advise.

                My indos number got deactivated and I was requested to send the proof to reactive. Since I am not staying in Mumbai I have send an email and courier the require documents. I believe you understand how people earn money, and I got no reply from your office. Now I am jobless and can’t resume my work because of this matter. Awaiting for your prompt reply.

                  Sir my cdc has been issued and my application number is smo/2019/116501 but the consignment number given for my cdc is wrong which is em[protected]in.in the tracking details it is showing that the consignment has reached somewhere in andhra pradesh and it was dispatched from tirupathi. But my correct postal address is in haridwar. Kindly provide me with a correct consignment number or with any details about my cdc

                      Thanks to dg shipping i lost my job today and now i don't have any option besides committing suicide and feeding poison to my family because i lost all hope everything was dependent on my job. These people they have authority to do anything and don't care about other people, every body things we go abroad and earn good money but nobody thinks about the sacrifice, we miss our kids, family. Work hard to support family needs.

                              Training institute where i did my stcw courses has been suspended and dg shipping deactivated my indos 14hl4684 for certificate verification, i again did the training from naval maritime academy and personally submitted my stcw certificates in dg shipping office waiting for them to activate my indos as my joining date is on october 25, 2019 and i need to inform my availability before october 18, 2019. I request dg shipping to activate my indos and help me from loosing my job as my whole family is dependent upon my job and i don't have any other income source. I am feeling very stressed.
