I applied fresh indian cdc on 17 march 2019. Today's date is 17 july 2019. Till now it was showing "under verification process".

Please look into this matter as this document is important and an urgent need to me.

I emailed so many times to shipping master, but there is no response.

Please rectify my problem asap.

Iam Chilukoti Tharun Sai, I have applied for Indian CDC its been approved and the postal Service has dispatched it on 04-Dec-2018, and I couldn't receive it because I was working onboard at that time, and according to the local postal office, they have told me that the parcel has been sent back to
dg shipping office in Mumbai on 01-jan-2019.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused by me and please give me another way for me to collect back my CDC again.

I applied fresh indian cdc on 23rd august 2018. Today's date is 12th july 2019. Till now it was showing "application approved". Who was applied with me, they are all get the indian cdc by post.

My cdc pages were exhausted and hence i have applied for replacement of cdc (Application no rep/smo (M)/2019/38125).

I have paid online fees on 26/06/2019, ref qaxg[protected].

I have also forwarded my cdc as per application instructions by blue dart ref. [protected] and same received by mr r lobo at shipping office mumbai on 28/06/2019 at 1018 hrs.

Subsequently i have written a email with all details of blue dart receipts to [protected]@gov.in and was replied that they have not received my cdc.
In follow through messages to above i have asked to confirm that the shipping office have not received my cdc with reference to l blue dart delivery details but got no reply has been received to date.

It has been almost 15 days since i initiated the cdc replacement process and the application is showing under progress.

I am worried and dont know what to do as my joining will be there by month end.

Someone please help

I saw one add on udayavani paper on the date 4/07/2019 about merchant navy college fernandes ship management. Marcelia castle near pf office valencia, mangalore-2.
They gave add about gp rating course and also they mentioned that approved by director general of shipping govt of india. But in dg shiping approved college list this collage is not mentioned and i called to their office and asked them about their collage indos number but they refused to give indo's number so i think they are fraud and making monney by mentioning name of director general of shipping so i inform you that please take serious action regarding this matter... They taking fees amout 2.25 lak for gp rating i think this is not small amount so before they make fool to people please take action thank you..

my name is princeson nihal lobo, i had applied for cdc, my application no smo (M) 2019/91377, as per (Mumbai shipping master) their process they have to verify 10th standard marks card from the particular state board. My state board is karnataka state board. i would like to know what status of my application as verification of marks card verification formate has been sent on[protected] and it has been 4 months sir as now, i had been to karnataka education board to ask about the application verification of marks card. As per them they are telling they have not received any emails and letters from mumbai shipping for verification of marks card. Kindly please have a track on it do the needful its really urgent for me now as it question of my job.

My friends who have applied with me have already got the cdc with in the month. I don't understand why it is getting delayed only for verification.

If i phone call mumbai cdc office and they blame karnataka state board.

On[protected] i had visited karnataka state education board to verification of 10th marks card as it four months delayed, my verification letter has been received to concerned department today on my name. But there is problem as i got information from education board. As from mumbai shipping office has not attested (Seal and signature of shipping master not available in marks card) the photo copy marks card sent to them it will get rejected they have informed me same. Hence kindly requesting to send them proper attested required documents once again to concerned board as soon as possible. Kindly do the needful and waiting for your update sir once you have sent them for re verification.

But my application got rejected. Pls advise me to get reimbursement of my money as i have paid rs.4500. Pls kindly advise how to proceed with this.

My indos no.07gl0849 is deactivated. I did not recieve any mail or notification. Where n what went wrong i dont know anything. I am calling dg shipping help desk no resposce i sent mail also. My son had applied for CDC online and his application was rejected.
The reason was given " the board name has not been recognized as per office record hence rejected". He had IGCSE Cambridge board with a pass percentage of 87.43 overall, maths, physics, Biology, Chemistry 98%. Whereas all university /School in India recognize the IGCSE Board.
So I had appealed to shipping master of Mumbai India to check and reconsider my son's CDC application for issue of CDC.
But no response.
