I don't want to continue the treatment as my problem has been sorted out, still the doctor forces me to take the one year course and pay the whole amount. They won't let me meet the doctor when i went last month and forcing me to buy their six month or annual package. Also, the staff members are rude. They treat us like we don't have money.
Letting me know the refund policy is a simple thing, but they are trying to take me to the other end. Please help.

My wife visited aundh, pune branch 1 month back and started hair fall treatment, week on week no benefits from treatment... Veryy dissapointing service from aundh branch, both doctors were not able to resolve the problem in 30 days. Although, doctors are threatening different different desease, very unprofessional doctor. I will definitely take legal action against him. I want my fee back, this is absolutely frustrating, after paying 7000 rs no benefits at all.
Very bad service.

Me and my husband are registered with dr batra from 29 july 2018. Currently we paid the advance for the next year i. E. From 29 july 2019 to 27 july 2020. We donot want to continue the service with dr batra as it is not working for both o[censored]s. There has been no improvement in our hair regime. So we want to discontinue the service and get the money refunded. Atleast the money which has been paid for the next year shall be refunded as the year has not yet started.

This is to report duping done by dr. Batras, kammanahalli branch, bangalore. I had been charged rs.16000 for hair fall treatment. The doctor promised to treat hair fall and dandruff writhing 1 year.

After i made payment, they never showed any interest. I felt they have unrelated medication and did not bother about my issues.

Even on relentless pleading with management there that the treatment wasn’t working they were adamant and insisted i finish the course

The treatment has not been anyway helpful, no improvement was seen and my hair fall and dandruff problem had no change. I still have the issue. I have lost more hair due to their treatment than i before

I say that dr. Batra is a fraudulent organisation who preys on innocent people and duped them for money.

I request anyone planning to go for them to be careful and not get duped of their money.

Dr sssa satish kumar treate me at visakhapatnam (Vrc complex). Every time he cheated me by telling our medicines are natural. But no result gain. I am a poor class boy. Plse refund money as soon as possible. I don't want any light answer. I want the answer by email today

I have started treatment before 5 months & had paid 16000/- for a year. When i started my treatment only my scalp was affected but after starting the treatment it has started spreading on my back. Every time when i visit the doctor he blames whether & other factors for getting my psoriasis worse. But i believe if i am regularly taking my medicines & following all instructions then other factors should not affect. Now i want to stop the treatment and want my money back.

I don't want to continue the treatment further as my hair falling problem has been sorted out. And further as my gynic problem has been going worst i will be getting treatment from gynic doctor.

Please guide me with refund process as local clinic doctor has denied for refund and force to continue treatment.
Letting me know the refund policy.
I further don't wanna continue ur treatment.
Are u taking full one year payment to trap us.

I visited dr. Batra sec9 chandigarh on 14th aug 2017. There the doctor said that i am having hyperhidrosis problem and that is due to anxiety. Firstly i was made assurance that i have a serious problem and it has to be cured immediately.
Then they made me to pay ₹13500. After that they made me to consult the doctor
The doctor i consulted was dr. Bhavneet kaur and she was like completely ignorant to my problem. That was after i paid the money.
She was typing everything i was saying and i didnt find resolve to my problems. I was given medicine for a month and told to come back.
They told me that i have anxiety problem which was completely wrong. Medicines are not doing any effect as i dont suffer from any anxiety problem. They also said that this is a psychologic problem and dr. Batra is best at fixing this.
All fake promises and all lies.
Now, i need my refund. I have taken medicine for only a month and rest i haven't taken yet.
I called their costumer no and they are saying that they never refund.

After when i visited their clinit they promised me to pay full attention and extend my treatment.
These fraudsters
Didn't extend any treatment & till now i have recieved payment of only 4 months even after paying for 12 months treatment plan.
Such a big fraud done on me.

My self sunil kumar living in sonipat haryana and taking hair fall treatment from april'2018 my registration form no. Is 2909 dated 07/04/2018 but up to now i have not getting satisfaction from treatment. My hair fall is regular on same rate, same was communicated to concern dr. Also but no result. I am not satisfy with medicine because this is simple like a sugar taste without any homeopath medicine drop. See photograph in attachment. Now around one year pass for treatment but i am not satisfied with. You are requested to suggest for better solution.

I started the treatment almost year ago. When i went there for the first time, one of thier staff told me to take the treatment for 2 years and asked to pay in advance. I made the payment, taken the treatment for 1 year and still taking it but i have seen no improvmnt on my hair and on acne... So i wanted to discontinue this treatment and want my money back...

Dear sir /mam, i have taken tereatment from batras for my hairs, i was told about stm terepy and about its benefits, i was suggested to take stm package, i took it and paid 35000 rs. Almost one year ago, but i did not get any result, and in reverse my hairs did not stop falling and i have lost more hairs after joining batras, i m totaly disappointed from this treatment, and even doctors didn't suggested me right treatment after taking stm package, stm terepy was given to me after 7 months from my joing batras dr. Was saying that your hairs are still falling so don't take stm now i agreed then why this bad terepy had been suggested to me. My hairs did not falling in reverse i lost my hairs density too, means i would have been little bit satisfied if my hairs stop falling, but it become worst. Now what to do tell me, it's very serious matter for me.

I visited dr batra treatment center on august 2018.
They charged me rs 15000 for 1 year plan. Till now i don't get even single percent result.

Dr batra not providing treatment actually they are selling plan.
Once you take him plan after they don't treat you properly.
If you complain about result then they says kindly purchase these product or bla bla bla. And also ask for new therapy with new price range.

As per my opinion don't visit dr batra for hair fall. Its increase your problem not resolve.

Mera nam paramita chatterjee hai. Main nov 2017 se dr. Batras clinic barasat west bengal main apna treatment kara rahi thi. Yahan pe 2 saal treatment karane k liye main ne 22 thousand rs pay kiye. Par 11 month k baf maine apna treatment band kar diya. Kiunki mari hair fall ki jo problem thi wo bilkul v kam nahi huyo. Aur mare ganje pan bar rahi thi. Or sath hi mari dandruff or scalp eatching problem v kam nahi hui. Sir pls mera paise refund karne main madat karen.

She took once 35, 000 ruppes and in onther date around 15, 000 in total and i lost around 50, 000 in total. I followed my treatement for 7 months but my hair fall increase and boldness increase from 3a to 4a. I asked the dr why it happens and finally she said i dont know. Too much ufffffffffffff

I am visiting dr. Batras sakinaka clinic from last 3 yrs time to time eating medicines time to time still same issues acne and dandruff it was a worst experience i have wasted lots of money and time sometimes it's gets better sometimes worst instead i could have visited some skin speacialist i am a very low earning person even i am only the person who looks after my family so i am looking for 3 yrs refund as there was no effect

Currently my wife treatment is progress with bengaluru marthahalli clinic and every time there will new doctor for consultation which result in i didn't see any significant improvements with skin issue.
I am planning to withdraw this treatment subscription and i request you to please help me on this. My wife earlier 2 treatment's were amazing and i saw positive results.

I have taken 1 year full course for dr batra
But i have many issues
Mujhe drandruff ki problem thi doctor asked me for 1 year tratment
Aur unhone bola bhi tha ki 2 months mai sahi ho jayeva lekin 1 hear ki le ligye jisse ki achi tarah se khtam ho jayeva
Lekin koi fark nhi hai... Mujhe dusri health problem ho gyi hai...
I will really disappoint with this
Mai drandruff sahi karwane gyi thi aur dusti health issues hogyi
Pleasee its a request to intiate my full amount
Because i am a student from a middle class family
So please its a request
Otherwise a will go to consumer courrt for my right

Sir maine 3 months ki treatment li hai... Mujhe hairfall and drandruf ka issue tha but doctor ne bola tha ki 2 months mai thik ho jayega lekin 3 months mai bhi nahi thik hua aur unhone mere se 1 year ki payment karwa li... Muje koi fark nahi dikh raha hai aur mujhe dusri health issues ho rahi hai so kindly return my money i cant take is... Otherwise i will cile a suit against you for fraudling... I rquest you to please be cooperative with my case

Dr. Batra's misconduct and take rs. 450 as consultation fees. No medicine only packages mentioned in one pamplet. Call center executive told that computer treatment given free and prescribed medicine but no medicine written, simply give one form.
This is misleading and misconduct. I want my money back. They all are thieves, thugs and frauds. Dr. Neha room: 2. I went inside and she checked and asked for proper hair treatment and shown up three different packages. 21000, 2000 and 31000. I told it is too expensive. Then i told that call which came from mumbai didn't tell me about packages. If he told then i never came her. This is a misconduct and misleading to patients. Kindly prescribed medicine, she refused and told that medicines is only available in her own clinic. I asked medicines of homopathy are easily available in market by brand names and dr. Batra is included. She don't write any medicine on mentioned documents and refused. I came outside and paid rs. 450.

I visited dr batra in the month of sep 2018. They assured me that there will be no hair fall though there was a hairfall continues ache in chest because of that # medicines. Nothing is happened even i am seeing that there is more baldness from previous when i visited. I suggest them either to refund my money back or do hair transplant. They are dening that we don’t do hair transplant and we don’t have a policy to refund the money.
