Dr batra's treatment is not working.
I want my money back.

I have been associated with dr. Batra since five - six months, they have not provided any satisfying medication till now and taking my emi on time, they have charged me 4000+ rs penalty apart from regular fees. When i called them for inquiry they are not responsing positively. I'm helpless. Please help me to get my money refund and stop this fraud.

My wife has been taking acne treatment from batra kalyan west clinic. The doctor saw her only two to three times during the last six to eight months of our treatment. However, rs. 1600 is being deducted from my account the fee every month. My wife has not received any benefit yet. So i request you to refund my money

I don't want to continue the treatment as my problem has been sorted out and my problem is getting complicated, for every issuethat i was facing after paying the money the drs ask me to tke treatment from alleopathy too also, i had no option but to tke help from alleopathy.
Letting me know the refund policy is a simple thing, but they are trying to take me to the other end. Please help.

I am taking medicine for treatment of graying hairs, patches and hair falling. Almost one year. But i have not get any result yet. Even my patches not gone. Gray hairs continuously increasing. Hairs are falling more then before. I am taking all medicine at time. I am totally dissapointed. I have trust on dr. Batra. But it all gone now. I want my money back. Kindly resolve our problem soon as possible.

This is regarding the refund of 23000 rs/-
I have taken a hair treatment worth rs 23000/- and completed the payment on 8 march 2020. Due to coronavirus pandemic and sudden lockdown conditions as well as sudden financial conditions keeping in mind the covid 19 situation we have decided to discontinue the treatment. It is humbly informed that my father’s department mprtc an autonomous body of transport department of mp is going to be shut down, the decision has been taken by the government long back. The employees were expecting to get the pending salary of 14 months (April 2019-may 2020) in march 2020. But since the government has not released the funds yet, the employees of mprtc including my father have not received the salary. It is also requested that my mother's treatment is going on for high blood pressure, diabetes, and thyroid. We really need the money. If it is required you can inquire about the disbursement of my father’s salary to the transport department of mp government mantralaya bhopal.
We had talked to the concerned doctor dr. Mazhar qureshi (Bhopal center m. P. Nagar) and informed the clinic about the discontinuation of treatment via call and mail both in march and have not taken the medicines. We have even complained twice in the consumer forum, also my father has visited the clinic thrice regarding this and there is still no progress.
Kindly please take our financial condition into consideration during this pandemic and refund the money as soon as possible. We have even posted a letter to the mumbai head office.

Hi.. I have started my treatment in august 2019 ghaziabad branch everything was good they said you will see visible result in 6 months but i didn't then i told them finish my grow hair session as i need to shift but mamta from ghaziabad branch ignored my request also dr. Jaswant was very rude and he didn't paid any attention towards m request and complaints as dated i shifted to jabalpur my hometown but case was not transformed they said we have done that but jabalpur people's said we have not received anything after my complaints to mumbai branch i received call from jabalpur branch stating that u can come for treatment but as soon as i got the appointment lockdown started still my emi are getting cut but i m not receiving anu treatment.. I need my refund as from january i didn't received any treatment

I have been taking hair treatment from dr. Batra thane clinic since last year. This is my 2nd year of treatment but due covid-19 they are not able to provide the treatment but when i asked for the medicine they told me to pay rupees 50 and then i paid rupees 50 for sending medicines via couriers but its going to be one month i have received any medicine till now. I have called them so many times to send the medicine but did not get any response from them. I am still paying 1400 rupees every month without availing any treatment. Request you to please refund my money.

Hello team i have buyed a product from your dr batras webisitee and it was been 6days but still the product is delivered as i said i want product emergency.. I have mailed teams many times but they are not providing proper information they are saying we will provide information but they are not doing.... I am meenakshi singh rajpoot from jhansi, i am suffering from vitiligo and taking treatment from dr. Batra's gwalior clinic (Dr. Ashish jadaun) past 2 years.
In these 2yrs i have recieved negative 30% relief.
When i got in for the first appointment the boasted about their magic of homeopathy but now i think it's just waste of time and money, in these two years i have spent about 35, 000 rupee without my travel expenses and therapy charges.
Whenever i suggested something to the doctor he never listened to me, i kept on repeating that treatment is not working its getting worse, he just neglected me (Even when i showed him the photographs).
The staff is even worst and inexperienced than doctor itself, they don't even know how to behave with their patients, whenever i called them to talk to doctor they always said "doctor is busy right now, i will make him call you after 5min" till now their 5mins are not over. They never let me talk to doctor or you can say that the doctor don't wanted to talk.
The staff is inexperienced in the way that they don't know how to give therapy, i was prescribed with laser therapy for which i have to wear sunscreen lotion afterwards and wait for atleast 30min after taking therapy in the clinic, but they never told me that. They just told me to apply vaseline and leave.

Because of all this they worsen my condition, i was having no spots on my arms before therapy, but after 7-8 session i developed spots on my arms and back. But they never listened to me, they just said i have told you earlier that homeopathy takes time.

How much time they will need i don't instead of treatment they aggravated my condition.

They just want money in whatever way they can fool you.

I am not satisfied to your treatment. And i want to close my loan prosess. And i am not able to continue to treatment because some parsonal reason. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

Last few weeks i am trying to schedule online consultation but i did not succeed yet, i used to receive sms with dr name and time but the dr will not call me at that time nd there is no call back number, i paid rs 11, 000 for 6 month treatment for tonsillitis and dandruff but got medicines for only one month

I started visiting batra's clinic in ggn from nov-dec 2019 for hair treatment. They insisted on an yearly package and charged me heavily with 21k rupees. I paid with no doubts in my mind as i had read good reviews about the place.

They have stopped giving a s* after getting the payment. Appointments are a joke, my doctor doesnt tell me anything new ever. I mostly google things and talk to her about to her and she just says yes to everything. They never informed me about quaterly appointments in the beginning, just informed me that i will have to visit when ever my monthly medicines finish. Because of their inefficiency i missed the first quaterly appointment as i didn't know this was a thing and i was out of town. The second time i got the quaterly appointment was during the pandemic. It was a video call link, i was really very impressed by this. When i tried to join, it didn't work. I called the staff and they informed me my doctor 'hasn't been working in corona' and they asked me if i wanted to speak to another doctor. I didn't know these doctors were so unprofessional. She hasn't had a word with me in 4 months and couldn't care less. And why should i speak to a new doctor? What's the point of having a fixed doc when you have to explain everything from the beginning to a new person? Next, they tell us to continue medication by ordering for delivery (As we couldn't visit clinic due to covid19), they charged me rs. 200 and promised delivery in 2 days. The first time was delivery agent's fault, then i called the staff again, they said i would get it by that week's friday. Friday - nothing. I called staff, new staff member, explained the whole problem again, they promised medicines in 4 days. Nothing. Called again, new staff member, when i told her to cancel the medication she said ok in anger and disconnected the call. I called a few days later asking for refund and guess what, another staff member, has zero information about any of this, i had to explain him everything from scratch. He said my refund will be initiated and i will get it in 4-5 days. Fast forward five days, i call, guess what again? New person. Told me the medicines are on their way and he didnt know about the refund. I basically lost my mind at this point, 200 rupees is not a big amount at all, but is this the terrible service you give to someone who has paid 21k to you? I have got nothing in return for my money. I wish i could go back in time and never visit this falsely acclaimed clinic at all. I finally got a support email alias. Mailed there. Explained evey thing again. They asked for my bank details and then never replied. I followed up for 6 days, finally got the reply that refund has been initiated and stuck in mumbai. So i have to mail for 6 days to get a small update but did you see how quick these guys are when they need information from us? Their email asking for my bank details was very quick. The first day they asked 21k, their system looked so efficient. So yes, dr. Batra's is a very efficient clinic. It takes your money very efficiently and then stops giving a damn. If you see the replies i get from the support alias you'd think an illiterate person is writing them. They don't sound professional and serious at all. They wrote emails like we wrote whatsapp messages to friends or rather the way strangers write fb messages to us. Terrible grammar, spelling mistakes, and absolutely no sense in content.

This clinic's staff is a joke. I can't say the same for all doctors, my doctor is also good but really not any better than someone we could afford for much less than 21k. I will never recommend batra's to anyone.

I have ordered products from this company on 25th of april and paid the cost online. Even after 12 days they have not shipped my order. I asked them for refund as they are not able to deliver the product but they refused to do so. Even the customer support executive is not willing to help me on this matter.

My treatment is going on since 3 months and even one percent is not cured as you can see in my current pictures and now i am regularly calling the clinic and I am not getting any response from there side.now i want my refund, literally i have spent a lot of money in treatment from this useless batra's clinic.

When we contact with costumer care, they told medicine already out for delivery at 24 april.. Today is 3rd may... Staill we don’t receive any medicine deliver.. My son gaganendra jena took treatment from dr batra clinic panchsheel park, delhi on july2019. After two months treatment not provide by dr batra clinic. But every month deduct emi through bajaj finance. After so many complain at delhi clinic no result till the date. So request to solve the problem. During lock down period stop to recieve the payment and finish the problem. Otherwise i will take judicially action.

Hi I have taken 2 packages from Dr. Batras and paid rs. 30000 for my package. I don't want to continue the treatment as my problem has been sorted out. Since last 2 months I am not getting any treatment properly.
