Dear sir,
I have taken 01 yrs package treatment of pcos from janakpuri centre but when call for dr doctor alka sharma i never find her easy to share my problem regading of my treatment. Dealing of your centre is irresponsible regarding patients care. I am struggling for consultaion and medicines second week of march 2020 whether i contacted by telephonically or mailing no one has response so far.
This is only way of your clinic to earn money from patients not for caring.

Recently took one year hair treatment package from dr. Batra's, and paid the initial amount of 20000 plus 2000 of emi on yearly plan, inspite of paying the amount additional amount has been paid for the care products exclusive of the yearly package, the treatment has been started off, initially in chennai batra later in kochi,
I was continuing for a while there later after two months, i was again requested to 16k hair vitalizing treatment additional to what i paid before which i said no.
Am not happy with the treatment and it is not efficient for money being paid monthly from credit card, its expensive for me to pay montly and i would like to cancel my year package and i request you to refund the paid amount after deduction for the months in treatment. Am not blaming anyone here! Your treatment is expensive for me.. Which i could to cancel, kindly cancel the plain and let me know the cancellation procedure

Hello, mera nam sanjay hai. Maine 2 month pahle jammu clinic visit kiya tha hair related pbm k liye. Dr ne mjhe 1 saal k plan m registration krne ko bola jiske liye maine 12k ka payment card se kiya. 2 month ho gye hai but koi improvement ni hai. Hair pahle se jayda dry ho gye hai. Dusra mai abhi financial crisis m hu isliye aage ka emi pay ni kr paa rha hu. So i request you pls refunds my money.

I have been addressing about a issue to them n i asked for medicine. Due to lockdown suitation they told that they will be delivering the medicines but since 8 days they have been ignoring my calls and giving lame excuses. I am in need of the medicine otherwise i wouldn’t have asked about it. This is completely irresponsible behavior. I hope you surely look after that.

I have jus started my treatment about 25 days ago and now i have been advised by this dr after paying 16k that i need help from aleopathy.. Seriously why would i want to pay for both. My issue that i actually visited the dr has not been fixed my getting weaker every day. And with this covod-19 i don't know what will happen. I want my money back and i will go back to aleopathy. Because i can't risk my life with this dr.

I have been taking treatment for hairfall since 7 months and till now not even 1℅ of change in my conditions. I hav erequested shaheen for the discontinuity of treatment and i see hardly any repply. I have been requesting since feb end and she only says i have escalated but nothing else happened. I asked her to give me contact detail of her higher authority but she is not providing me. I am simply paying emi for no reasons. I just want this crap to end and want to get my refund. Don't have any more patience. No wonder so many people are unhappy with their treatment. Pls mr. Batra don't make people loose hope in homeopathy.
The money you take for the service provide is not at all worth. It's not just 1 or 2k to let go of the money too. Hope you really take this on series note and solve this asap. Running behind you guys to talk is truely a nightmare. I feel miserable for opting for you guys for the treatment.

I have taken one year treatment program from 'dr. Batra clinic, baner, pune'. During first visit, i was told that if i take one year plan i can take any treatment, visit the doctor anytime etc. Etc. But after the very payment of 15k was done when i went for taking my medications, they said you need prior appointments. They gave me next day appointment and said that dr. Will call me on my cellphone and provide mediation which will be sent to me in one day via courier facility. Next day i didn't get any call from them. I called them back and asked for medication they said i will get it the very next day. Still i didn;t get any courier. After that they gave me fake tracking details to track the carrier which is of no use. I have still not received my medications. It's almost 10 days. They just take money and don't respond to us.

I have gone to dr. Batras clinic in bhopal location, for hair fall treatment. I have paid the one year fee for the treatment rs 23000 by opting the emi option through hdfc bank. But due to medical emergency and not having sufficient fund. My father discuss this issue by meeting dr. Mazhar querishi. My father told the issue to him, but he forcing to extent the treatment. But right we cannot do this due insufficient fund, they are also telling the process is long for refund and we will deduct the amount also. Which is not at all acceptable. I want my whole amount be refunded without any deduction. Otherwise i will have to take some strict action to be taken against.
Also due to current situation going on in india. I am wont be able to meet the dr. Querishi in clinic. Kindly resolve the problem by telephonically.

Requested to response the problem soon. Before the starting of emi deduction.

My husband stays in uae, last year in nov we visited amritsar branch n upon the first meeting we informed them the same, the staff said he can continue treatment for 1year even if he is in uae but noone contacted him there n best part they started sending msgs on my indian mobile number... My husband took medicine for 6month n rest i m paying in installments... How do i stop all this n get my refund... Kindly advise

This is about dr batra's homeopathy clinic - hsr layout, bangalore branch. I had approached them for anxiety issues and they prescribed treatment. They asked me to take 3-month course and prepay the same. I was reluctant as homeopathy results take time but they ensured me result and told that they will do refund in case of any issues. Trusting them, i paid for 3-month course. But their medicine was not effective and within few days, i was admitted and had to be hospitalized and had to move to allopathy. When i asked for refund, they continued to delay it for 3-4 months. After i got tired, i asked them to convert it to geno report (If no refund!) - there also i was promised to get report in 6 weeks but its already 2 and half months and no report yet. Overall, i spent 9 months with them with zero treatment, zero medicine and zero output but i spent rs. 8000 and lot of time on followup. They have never ever shown any apologies too when i do followup - worst clinic. I feel cheated and lost trust in indian organizations - whatever big they are, it is in their blood to cheat.

Hi, My name is Kritika and I have taken 1 month medication service from Dr. Batra's in Kolkata. I am facing a severe financial problem and so I have requested them multiple times to cancel my treatment and payment since I am suffering from a financial emergency and I can't afford to take up the treatment but no action has been taken. There is no humanly concern for the patient's problem even. I have explained my problem clearly. Kindly help me in the refund of amount (11500). I had taken 1 year plan for the treatment worth 13500 through the payment mode of credit card. I have paid one month amount through emi option. I want the rest of the amount to be refunded. The other reason for cancelling the treatment is that I had gone for the treatment of the pain in my scalp but in my reports, the treatment has been started only for the psoarisis on my scalp.
Kindly help in the resolution. I request sincerely.

Sir few months before i started my treatment from your clinic but still you didn't resolve my problem or in fact you create much more issues in my hair treatment, i m totally disappointed with ur service because your medicine are not effected, i thing i totally spoil my money, sir i want to apply for refund can you please refund it as soon as earlier, i hope you understand your customer situation.

I have consulted dr 3 days before i want to take one month package but i have already taken for 12 month package after seeing the results i will continue till then please refund my money back. And i also spoke with rt nagar branch dr they are not listening my words please try to understand and refund my money back as soon as possible

I am soniya khatri. I was taking treatment for hair loss in faridabad branch. My patient code is[protected] i want to cancell my treatment from dr batras. My treatment is financed from bajaj finance, and bajaj finance requires a email from dr. Batras that the patient is no more using the facilities.
But branch manager of faridabad told me that you do withdraw your money from acc. And ignore bajaj finance calls. I do the same and bajaj finance executive come home to collect money.
I again visit the branch and again manager ask not to give money to bajaj and do shouting on them.
I don't expect such things from brand dr. Batras representative.

I have been taking treatment from dr batra homeopathic clinic from about 2 years earlier it was for hair but i was taking for skin side by side but from last one year i renewed my package only for skin problem. I had patches on my body there has been no improvement i visit the clinic regularly but there has been no concern from there side
I am highly disappointed as there is not at all improvement i m just fed up what to do i had faith on dr batra but it had turned me down
I want to show some specialist doctor or a refund
How can you do with such a regular patient dr batra was such a good brand i cant even now recommend it to my dear ones

3 year ago with a positive hope i visited dr batras and they told that my disease will be cured but opposite to this happened it kept on increasing day by day and now i landed up on worst condition due to your medicine. They will never guarantee you every time they will assure you.in 6 month it will be fine again after 6 month same thing they will tell.
