My patient code is 006866. My treatment about to 6 months but i didn't feel any kind of improvement. Every time they call me just gave me a different medicine and they always take lots of my time mean in every apoimment approx 2 hours. My case handled by dr tulika jain and office in mahagun metro mall vaishali ghaziabad. I am sick of it and don't want to continue my treatment. I want my money back.. And will never recommend anyone to treatment from there..

    After one year of hair loss treatment from dr batras homeopathy clinic, there is no
    Improvement which was promised to me before starting this expensive treatment
    I was told that there will be sure shot results as i have come to them at an early age of 17 years. I have gone through all the tests recommended by them and have even eaten all the supplements instructed by them.

      I opt for a skin treatment in mumbai sakinaka clinic (Jan 2017) and m upset as my money got waste. More then 20 i paid for treatment (Medicine+mizouh glow) all got waste. First my the acne pimples, pigmentation dnt resolved and second mizhou glow treatment my skin become even full rashes on my face near my ear skin got burnt near my chin there were more then 12-15 puss and on my forehead cheek aswell my neck skin also got burnt pls refund my money back m not interested now. I dnt wanna make any more experiment on my skin. Pls refund it's my white hard earned money wch i wasted here. I asked for refund in the clinic he is not ready to give me the refund.

        I am having itching problem, i had started i treatment from dr batra sambalpur odisha on 10/11/2017. As per doctor advice the course period is two years (24 months) and course fee taken from me rs 19900/ (Rupees nineteen thousand nine hundred) month. But after treatment of 1 month, the problem increased. I visited again 08/12/2017 to dr batra clinic branch and told about my problem to doctor. Her advice, i have to take some allopathic medicine to initially control. I am totally confused, demoralized and unsatisfied with the response of treatments and i told sorry doctor, i lost the faith on your treatments because the problem increased. So kindly return my balance money back after your one month charge.
        I have send three time request mail for same to her and talked with dr batra costumer care representative mr uday thakur and send him mail twice. But not getting any response from him.

        Dear sir

        I had filed a complaint on dated 17/12/2017 for return my money due to the treatment not effective on 18/12/2017 dr batras costumer care noted the complain and assured me to resolve the issues. But dr batra sambalpur (Odisa) branch not wants resolves the issue.

        So on dated 18 feb 2018, one senior dr talked me over vc and finally assured me to clear the money.

        On dated 21 feb 2018 dr batras costumer care told that they have resolved the issue and butdated 3/03/2018, i have given mail to as given directive by dr batras costumer care but not getting any response.

        I had again written not getting any response on 16 march 2018. Try to contact with clinic they are not responding and dr batras customer care. Nos are not corrects.

        Kindly look into it and resolved the issue immideatly.

        My self prakash chandra joshi had registered a complain for return my money. I am very shocked when see the status of complain showing resolved. This is wrong. My issue not resolved and no one talked about it. I don't know may be this is the working style of dr batra or individual clinic. But i feel they don't bother about any complain and costumer feeling.

          I started taking dr batra hair treatment from last month (June) onwards but i am not satisfied by the services at all as the medications are not effective & worthy according to the expensive package worth of rs45k p. A. Which are getting deducted via emi of rs4426 monthly basis from my hdfc account i dont want to continue this service anymore. Even i have stopped consuming the medicines.

          Kindly refund my money as well as cancel my emi subscription package asap as i dont want to waste my money anymore. I need a strict & an immediate action on my grievance.

            My child Harsh raj ID 950657 is going under treatment since one and half years back regarding weight and body growth problem. But recently your doctor replied that we can't give any miracle results however during treatment my son's weight decreased. Now we have also contacted to senior doctor from Mumbai but not benefited anymore. Recenty you have launched geno test and why this test not performed for my child. As i asked to perform this they replied to deposit rs 7000/- .
            Here question is that why should i pay. It can be cured from your side as its not been any improvement after almost passed a 15 months and my hard money invested also. So its my request that kindly provide complementary test for my child for his betterment.

              I am taking hair fall treatment from July 2017, dr. Saha Piyali(Bidhannagar Chamber) ensured me that i won't lose hair, hair will come back with medication only as my condition was in first stage of hair loss. But i lost 70% of my hair in between 1year. My scalp is visible now. Feeling cheated.from the clinic I have already received many messages and calls for renewal but why I should go there after watch this type of result in between 1year .I won't get my money back as per their norms. Simply waste of money and time.But I want to know from Dr.batra clinic why this type of result.thank you.And will wait for reply.

                Hello sir my name is manoj machiwal i am from jaipur this is regarding my hair loss i have been suffering from hair fall since 2013 and for last one year i have been taking the treatment of dr. Batra worth rupees 20k for one year that includes medicine and regular checkups from jaipur clinic of dr. Batra situated in front of rajmandir cinema bhanwandas road. Dr. Yogesh is the doctor who j am taking the treatment from. I have some space on my head which is visible so dr. Yogesh said me to take stem cell therapy also worth rupees 23600/- in december i did the same 10 session of stem cells completed but i couldn't get the visible results i consulted with dr. But he said that you need to take stem cell therapy once again till 10 more sessions i trusted him and again deposited 23600/- and these 10 session are also completed but again it's failure on my face nothing happened instead of improvement in preventing hair loss my hair loss is increased now a days and i am helpless now i have spent more than 70000 rupees on my hair but nothing happened sir in this situation i am left no where near and near by one month my medicine plan is also gonna expired so i am in big trouble sir i don't know how to deal with this situation however hardly i found your complaint box here and i am submitting my complaint that i am not certified with the treatment of dr. Batra of you can help me something in this issue so please do that sir i will be greatful to you otherwise i will never recommend dr. Batra to anyone else and will spread the disadvantage to anyone and protest against this please sir help me out in this issue

                  The fact that "there would be a definite solution to my condition" which i was told the first day led me to go for this treatment. They took rs 57000 on the first day itself for 3 years of treatment confirming 100% results.

                  Initially, i was experiencing hair loss and "folliculitis" as i was told. Without treating these issues, i was put to hvts and stem cell sessions. These not only doubled the number of hair i started losing but also caused immense itching problems, dandruff and worsened my folliculitis condition. When i complained to the doctor, he told me that these were considered as normal issues. But these normal issues weren't treated for the next 15 months. I filled up a feedback form regarding the same, ultimately after which i was sent to another doctor to confirm about my folliculitis.

                  Here i was told that i had a fungal infection on my scalp. (Wow!) i was forced to wash my hair on a daily basis to avoid this causing a loss of 300 hair daily. But, this did not help. So now, they asked me to see a doctor outside to confirm about this condition. He didn't agree to this. When 6 months went in waste continuing this, i had given up. After complaining about this, i was sent to a senior doctor.

                  He got my sonography done and concluded that i had pcod (Wow again!), which did not have a cure, but said that the hairfall could be controlled. For the past 7 months, i have been losing 300-400 hair strands daily (Yes i count them), but apparently that is not possible according to the doctor (So i am lying?! Wow).

                  Ultimately, in the time of 3 years, with 3 doctors, i know that i had folliculitis, fungal infection and pcod??!! (Maybe something else if i had visited other doctors too!!). Instead of treating me, they have gifted me with dandruff and increased hair loss!!
                  Results: losing 3 times the hair when i started the treatment, very oily scalp, pustules on scalp, dandruff, itching etc. This could not get any worse.

                    I had two months of time period to attend for the treatment but when i went to last appointment they are asking to renew with out completion of cousre and saying this is your last appointment i had their bill receipt when i called by watching the bill receipt then they are talking nicely and telling oh it's mistake i lost trust on them don't go to such fraud clinics

                      We have asked for refund the req is not been accepted yet.. Clinic says we dont have refund policy.. The patient has not started any treatment just asking for a refund thats it. We wnt there in their clinic on the 06-17-18 we paid the consulting fees of 250 rupees then doctor said there the treatment cost is 20k, doctor sd pay 2 months installment in advance and do the rest payment through finance so i paod more 3750 rupees doctor asked to come on tuesday again we went there we checked with the finance but due to some issues they were not able to do it. We asked for a refund they are denying to pay the bal which is 3750 rupees... We are asking for our money doctor is stating we dont have any policy as such.

                        I am complaining about refund of my money

                        My name is suruchi gupta and my patient id is 1029117.
                        I paid 20000rs today for the treatment. And i want to cancel any further treatment from dr batra. So i want my money refunded. I called their customer care and even clininc itself, they are not giving any clear reply and postponding my appointment. Kindly look into this matter. As i want my 20000rs back. Please help me....

                        Dear sir/mam,

                        Homoeopathic treatment (Id[protected] was going on since feb - 2018 for acne, but unfortunately did not get any solution yet.

                        I contacted to concern person/doctor for not getting any response form this medicine, they suggested take medicine and wail for the response. (It happened very visit)

                        Last visited on 25th may and informed to doctor and concern person, they told we will take senior doctor's visit on june first week for your case review, which was not happened.

                        Finally this week i called-up to dwarka clinic to check for senior dr. Case review, they said ok will have a remote call from senior dr.in 30th jun.

                        So i have refused to take any doctor's visit because i don't want this type treatment (Take a medicine and wait for next month's medicine). And not to continue with treatment, i want amount refund only.

                                I am taking hair fall treatment from january 2018, dr. Rashmi (Hsr layout, bangalore clinic) ensured me that i won't lose hair, hair will come back with medication only as my condition was in first stage of hair loss. But i lost 80% of my hair in these 5 months. My scalp is visible now. Feeling cheated. I won't get my money back as per their norms. Simply waste of money and time.

                                  Hi my patient code 824115. It was promised that psoriasis will be cure with in a year but you should go for 3 years course for complete solutions. It has been 2.6 year now no improvement even it is going worse. It came on my neck and face also. I am very much frustrated and felling completely cheated.. I am facing embarrassing situations some time feel to finish my life. Trust me i will not let you people. I asked for review with senior doctor many time but they have not arrange the same in a whole period. You guys only wants money waiting for finishing my time period of three years. But trust me i will not leave like this i need refund along with interest i will go to consumer court, media and will inform all these things.

                                      I am niraj saxena from ratlam (Mp). My son master tanishak saxena had enlarge turbinate problem and due to this he is breathing thru mouth.

                                      I heard that treatment for turbinates is available in homeopathy, so i approached at your indore center and contacted dr patel. After discussion in length, dr. Patel had assured us and told that if we start treatment of turbinates from your center, it would be cured in a year or may some more months. Further he stated that after three months you would start seeing better improvement and within six months you would find up to 60 to 70% improvement relief.

                                      Basis, above commitment and assurance from dr. Patel, we decided to start treatment of turbinates for my son from your indore center under guidance of dr. Patel. We started treatment in october’2017 and patient code is[protected] and we had invested rs. 15000/- for this treatment. Please note being a large amount of rs. 15000/- keeps matter for every one.

                                      After continues treatment and regular consultation with dr. Patel, we have not seen any improvement after 03 months but keeping hope we waited up to 06 months but no any improvement seen. Every months, we consult with dr. Patel and he keeps changes medicine every time but there was no improvement.

                                      Now, almost 08 months over but no improvement observed. Breathing thur mouth is as it is. Whenever we approaches dr. Patel, he only give us assurance to wait for some more time for improvement.

                                      Being a big brand in india, you should not give any commitment / assurance to any customer then he keeps hope for betterment / improvement. Now request you to refund our entire money rs. 15000/- which deposited at the time of starting treatment. We feel that if treatment would have taken form other doctor, there would be better improvement in spite taken treatment from dr. Batra, indore center.

                                      It is my humble request to refund my entire money rs. 15000/- otherwise i would be compelled to approach senior authority for further action.
