I'm taking treatment for skin & hair from rajinder nagar, new delhi clinic. I'm taking the treatment for the last 4 years. But in between last year i went overseas. As i made all the payment in advance for 1 year, as their usual practice, i told them to send the medicines for the last 2 months of 2017. But as they sent the medicine without mentioning the full address correctly, even though full address is emailed, i didn't receive the medicine. When i again visited the clinic in the beginning of 2018, they have taken the advance payment for 2018 agreeing to an extension of 2 months for which medicine not received. (Though refused to mention it in the payment invoice). Again when i last visited in aug18, i told them to send the medicine for nov & dec as up to oct, i carried the medicine with me. But they never bothered to send the medicine. Instead they sent repeated appointment reminders when i already told them that i'm going overseas. They have no such record of the patients and work merely mechanical. They are not bothered whether the patient avails the medicine regularly or not once they get their advance payment. When i already told them that i'm going overseas and send the medicine by post, then why they are sending appt. Reminders instead of sending the medicine? As i'm waiting for the medicine, to my surprise, i got a call from another centre that the rajinder nagar clinic is closed and your last visit is due at some other centre. But i don't understand what type of system they are following? When a centre is going to close, they have no responsibility to intimate the patient of that centre? They have only the responsibility of taking the payment in advance? Who will be held responsible for my 4 months missed medicine or the refund in lieu of that? They are only interested in getting the payments in advance and not in patient's welfare. On the service part, dr. Batra is zero. On the treatment part also, not much better also. Even after taking 4 years medicine, not much improvement can be seen. On the name of hair treatment, they have taken advance payment of 35000/-, but after taking the payment, they are not bothered about the results. If the result is negative, they will escape from their responsibility finding fault with the patient such as hair texture, difference of effect on individual to individual etc etc. When they are taking all the tests before starting the treatment, then they don't know all about this? Then, after the test, why they are suggesting for the treatment? Only to give excuses in the end? Briefly, they are only interested in selling their products. Nothing else. They have no proper system, pr is so weak, no proper record, no proper response, no action for any complaint from any of their email ids even from the h. O. They have records only as to when the payments of the patients getting due. The worst part is that they are not bothered to give any response/solution to any complaint.

I have started my treatment 7 months ago on pimples problem. But till date i can't see any progress in output of treatment. Dr. Says she will change medicine but yet no results. I had spend 15000 amount for 1 year of treatment. After spending such huge amount i will definitely want output. Please help me to get proper treatment or refund my money back.

Last year my treatment starts with dr batra rajouri garden clinic new delhi. But day by day my health conditions is very poor. Rajouri garden clinic (110027)side not possitive response & no any follow up regarding my treatment. Finally change the clinic and transfer Janakpuri clinic (110058). But some months after same problem create again regarding my treatment follow up & til time my condition very bad . My disease increased after treatment.

As a request you please my money refund as soon as possible. Thanks your support last one and half year.

But no improvment 9 months ho gye h dr se bolta hu to bolte h ho jayega ho jayega na to mera scalp thk hua h na hair fall upr se muje session lene ke liye bola tha wo bhi chl rhe h unse bhi 10%
Ka bhi fayda ni hua h.

10 session lene ke bad bolte h 10 session or lo tb fayda hoga 50 thosand pay kr chuka hu sir mai jo totally waste chl rhe h.

I filled out a survey for dr batra's today and have been getting continuous spam calls from them i do not wish to be disturbed and do not want any more follow up calls from them. The people on the phone are extremely rude and call non stop even though i have told them that i do not want any services at the moment yet keep calling even at odd hours this is highly unappreciated

I have taken a loan from bajaj and started treatment to enroll dr batras team was very helpful after that no proper treatment to client to fix an appointment also we have o call and no proper response from clinic simply m paying my emi every month without fail auto debiting and i have not taken 2 month treatment yet still nobody is concern to call and fix an appointment and its waste of money every time it will be with new dr who will ask for health and prov die the bullish t tablet and no result from the medicine and totally waste of money and time so please pay money back and stop the loan amount which m paying

I’m very much disappointed to inform you that i have taken one year membership to get relief from my problems but i find that my problem is getting worse than before, i sent many mails for refund but never got any response.

My amount is deducting from bank against the fees dr. Batras but they are not informing bank to close loan. I am not taking any treatment from their clinic still they are charging me fees.

If i am not taking treatment from dr. Batra's then why they are charging me and why should i have to pay for it. They are not refunding my amount.

Dr. Batra's treatment means wastage of money.

My question is in which basis you people take one year amount together when there is no surety of good result.

I’m very much disappointed to inform you that i have taken one year membership to get relief from my problems but i find that my problem is getting worse than before, i sent many mails for refund but never got any response. Morever doctors try to experiment with different medicine and at present i’m unable to walk after getting new medicine form dr batra.
My question is in which basis you people take one year amount together when there is no surety of good result.
I’m looking forward to take any legal action again this issue.

I had visited dr batra franchisee clinic in ajmer on 28 sep'18 to get my hair fall issue diagnosed. There doctor ms ghazala aziz suggested me stm treatment with total 10sittings of hair therepay including medicines in 32000rs. I was also told that i can register and pay for treatment at ajmer and get the case transferred to delhi later on when ever i return back to my home. I visited pitampura branch in delhi on 20th oct'18 and asked about the amount for same treatment and to my surprise i was told the cost as 44000rs. I told them why such difference in price then he said sir we have better staff and delhi is costly etc etc. How come same treatment from same company is costing such different amount? When i asked about transferring the case from ajmer if i register there then they denied that no such option is available. Why these people are offering different comments? Please get it checked from senior management of dr batra as it seems to be a wrong commitment from the staff and they are just focussing on getting customer in their centre and no standard price is being followed.

I have been taking treatment at drbatras for hair loss for one year. I was promised that i would get results for sure. I started taking treatment at ahmedabad, satellite clinic under observation of dr. Ashish udankt. I underwent 10 sessions of hvt and gro hair each. But nothing improved. I continued at ahemdabad for 8 months. Then i got transfferd to nagapur. At nagpur, i was diagnosed of pcos which doctor said was the real cause of hair loss. Doctors at ahmedabad clinic kept giving me wrong medication without proper diagnosis. They promise improvement but can't even diagnose a prblm. All the amount of 24120 was wasted.
Then for renewal of one year package, i was asked to pay 13500, which is 1125 per month for medicines and consultation.
This is much more compared to what any homeopathy doctor charges for medicines and consultation.
Reviews shown in brbatras website are absolutely fake. This is wastage of money and time.

Shame on drbatras for cheating with the patients.

Hi, I started my treatment 2 years back with Dr Bathra, treatment was good but soon, they become greedy and only money making machine, I complained about it, with no result, I was given a fake email address to send my complaint to which I did, thinking its genuine email address, still no luck, called and chased couple of times, no luck. Your doctor here lies on the face, when ask for refund, they give all sort of excuse in the world just not to refund the money, you people are scammers, instead of treating patient which you should be doing, you ppl are only interested in getting money from them and forget about them

I joined drbatras clinic in dec 2017 (Ahmedabad, satellite clinic, reviewed by dr. Ashish unnadkat) for the prblm of hair loss. I was experiencing hair loss bcoz of pcos. On the first day of appointment, i told doctor about my periods, oily skin and everything i have. They couldn't diagnose pcod and kept giving me wrong medication for 7 months. When i got my case transferred to nagpur clinic, my pcos was diagnosed.
Entire amount of 24120 that i paid at ahmedabad was waste.

My name is yogesh motwani. I have been taking treatment of hair fall from july 2015, it's been more than 3 years now of my treatment process. Initially i was told that if i am continuing this treatment for 3 years i won't be facing this hair fall problem further in future. I was also given a reasonable verbal assurance regarding this treatment. But things have gone worse than before. Forget hair fall control, my hair density is more worse now

Dear sir, i started treatment for my child dakshika of three year old for skin allergy from 03oct 2018. They charged 11500 rupees for six months and given madicine for one month. But allergy not decreased rather it increased. So i went to dr batra as rao nagar branch and asked them to stop treatment and refund my amount. But they replied amount can not be refunded. As i am middle class man 11500 is big amount for me so please help in this regard

As i'm the hair loss patient, dr. Priyanka told me my hair loss will stop in 3 months, and new hair will regrow on fresh scalp after 3 months i have transfered my case in noida bcoz of some reason but 5 month has been past i'm doing everything whatever they have asked me to do but 0% result still i have sticky dandruff and itchy scalp more than earlier and now i'm getting bald more faster than earlier. I have been paid rs 13500 only for medicines and extra amount for shampoos, may be it's small amount but it's big for me, it's mine whole year saving, homopathy medicines are so cheap after that also i trusted u people and gave my whole savings to u. Please help me i have even complained to justdial and blocked all numbers on truecaller but every time those spammers are calling from a different phone number.

Am from faridabad i had my treatment in batra clinic but when i did not get any benefits, i left the treatment half i did not know that batra clinic is a throw otherwise i do not have my treatment i need refund my money if you do not return my money then i will make a case in court for your batra clinic i am giving you 24 hours of time

Myself ashish, i have been taking treatment for 3 yrs from sect-14 gurgaon branch. I have skin disorder (Pytriasis alba as confirmed by doctor). But even after long treatment problem not stabilised yet & now the impact of this disease is clearly visible on my face. Earlier this problem was limited to cheak (Minor) but now this diseases has covered major portion of face (Below eyes).
Thereafter i asked doctor to fix this problem but it’s been 5 months of medication no improvement observed. Moreover i asked to take expert opinions (To escalate my case to senior doctor) but no positive response was found even after on regular follow ups.

I want to convey my message to the top authority if you can read my message that dr. Batra really need to enhance there customer delight by imaprting value treatment to them who have blind faith in your medication.

At last i request you please fix an appointment with senior doctor at earliest to recover my disease.

I am a patient of dr batra. I was taken the treatment in last year in august. And doctor prianka told me your hair fall problem will be control in 2 year but within this 1 year you feel effect from hair fall, dandruff and hair regrowth also work. Total faq. Because after 1 year i feel 0 effect. No effect, dr batra for this treatment is charge with me of total 32, 000 rs and service is hair fall medicine and regrowth. But total loss, '0' % support, dr tushar is not good.... Even my hair condition is very bad, according to before august 2017. I request to all please don't go for dr batra. If dr batra can refund my money so please refund me. Because you are faq with me. Wrong commitment. If you can't control this hair fall problem. Than why told me.. Please refund me 32, 000 rs.
