With due respect, i wish to brief you, about bad experience with dr. Batra’s hair fall treatment.
My son sh. Rohan nagar, age: 21 (Patient id no.:[protected] is taking treatment for hair fall from dr. Batra’s clinic center at chandkheda, ahmedabad, since last july’2017. We have not noticed any positive result in hair fall or regrowth even after so long period. Initially a small area of fewer hairs was visible on his head but now a big patch/area of baldness is visible after taking hair fall treatment, which means treatment has completely failed, which is very serious matter. Instead of stopping hairfall and regrowth of new hairs, hair fall has increased which lead to more baldness. We are not satisfied by result and feel cheated even after paying a huge amount of fees for hair fall treatment. Please help us.

    I, Indu Sharma is taking treatment form Dr batras ( alphaII greater noidA).My patient ID is 906795.
    I am highly dissatisfied with their unprofessional behaviour .They never give me the appointment on the required time slot causing irregularity in my treatment.
    It took them more than three months to transfer my case from faridabad to greater noida.
    After confirming the appointment they say please call before arriving, but they are not available to pick the call.
    It seems to be sheer wastage of money.

      I am taking treatment from batra for my allergy issue from december 3 2017. Even after 4+ months i didnt get my allergy issue sorted out not even 5%. On top of that i got daily accidity issue and headache in different interval and i got sos for that in my 2nd month onwards.
      I am informing the same for every visit to teh doctor (Dr. Rashmi) but no care has been given and my allergy issue become worst day by day and on top of that i got acidity and headache after this treatment.
      I lodged a complaint in bharta and social media about teh same, i got a call from hsr bangalore batra to have an appointment with senior doctor kshiti shetty from mumbai.
      I am more of convinced to continue teh treatment for couple more months though i didnt get atleast 5% results in 4+ months.
      The meeting was somthing looks like marketing meeting for me. How come i can continue when i am not having even 5% relief with my initial issue from last 4+ months.
      And there is no quarenty that the issue will be fixed. Hense i would need refund for the same.

      I am getting other issues after starting this treatment. I was not informed about teh 3 months, 6 months treatment they had. The doctor has asked me to take onlyt 1 year program and she said i will be getting relief after 3 months which didnt happen after 4+ months.
      Please arrange for teh refund. Thanks

        I had visited batra clinic on 9th may that system was not working then dr ram told me they will send me medicine by courier. Then after 4 days i called up again to the clinic that time lady told me she will courier. But now when i am called up to clinic again they said they didnt send my medicine till yet. Now tell me what to do.
        I didn't expect such kind of service.

          My friend is suffering from vitiligo, and when we visited dr priyanka sharma of dr. Batra's jhansi branch. After consulting her we reached to the conclusion that she had no knowledge about that disease or basic knowledge about immunology.

          She was saying that "vitiligo happens due to cause that melanocytes were damage immune system not the immune system damaging melanocytes".
          She was the worst doctor i have ever met.

            I started my hair treatment at dr. Batra homeopathic clinick. I paid rs. 35000 for the treatment. But after taking the prescribed medicines the condition of hair has become worse than before. There have been many side effects. The drugs contains steroids. I have now stopped the treatment. But my money has been wasted. I want to claim my money. I want it back. Dr. Batra is a fraud and there is a harassment and mental stress given by this clinic. They are just mere shops making money and looting people.

            You people are robbing from your trusted customers... As we are coming to you for threathemnt you are taking money in once at the biggining... What does it mean taking as without any result... If some one discountenued b/c of your poor threatment you are not refunding peoples money... I called you people as robbery of the peace and trusted people

            as per your instruction i went to your clinck but the doctor said that continue your treatment unless they told me don't bring any thing.
            so please don't joke with my time and money.look ni spent 35, 000 ruppes + my time to visit your clinick every week for almost 4 month continuesly without any change. so please i don't want to continue your treatment at all.please refund the remaining amount for me. at the biggining u have no confidence on your clinck you are taking the whole money at first then you don't care about the patients. what kind of cheating is this.

              I had threatment from your clink called baner branch pune... Both stm and homopathy... I completed stm but hompthy am not completed... Becuase i didn't see any change from threatment...               this is my second time for complaining. as you told tell as you branbch and patiant id i already sent to but no change. ytou said that go and ask them i went to them they said that continue how i will continue without any change. my hair fall increase and balldness increases. i sent on your clinck 35 ooo inr but after taking this amount nothing change...i discountinued my threatment so i left around 6 or 5 month so i kindly request to you is to refund my money which is left for 6 month ...taking money without any help and threathment is not fair

                Hi,
                I had joined dr. Batra last year end for allergy after start having tablet, i got it worst. Previously i had acidity a bit. Monthly once or twice i will face issue with acidity. After having these homeopathy tablets i used to get acidity issue daily, headache etc etc.. No improvement with my allergy.
                I had headache as well.. I keep getting sos to resolve all new issues. But not clearly explained with what is causing this all extra illness. I wanted to keep having it for 3+ months continuously to see the difference as adviced by doctor even though i got these extra problems. But even after 3+ months it becomes worst and no improvement at all but got extra issues. I am totally fed-up with the issues i am having. So wanted to discontinue the treatment. Please let me know the process for the refund.

                Had seen lot of issues with the treatment from batra’s but i neglected that before joining here. But my current health is not that good as it was before. Now i am realizing the same. I would like to go for refund. Please do the same. I will treat my all extra issues outside without any compensation from you.

                  Hello,

                  I am vijay buye and taken treatment in dr batra's in electronic city bangalore till june 2017 (1 year).

                  They told me after treatment your volume of hairs will increase and the existed of your hairs will become strong, but there have not been any improvement in volume of cases and the worst part is, i lost many of my existed hairs after that treatment.

                  If dr batra's is really honest, than they should refund my money.

                    I visited dr batras clinic regarding skin infection... After consulting the doctor she said that i had pcod problem and told me to take 1 year treatment... The staff named kumaresh forced us to take 6 months treatment... Because i had pain i asked him to give any painkillers atleast still i start the treatment... But he forced us to pay 1500 to give temporary tablets... And we paid 1500 and he gave 6 tablets... Next day i went to gynecologist and she said i was absolutely fine i had just a skin infection... The staff and doctor told us false disease and forced us to take the treatment and did not refund our money for no treatment which i had taken... I want my money back because i had not taken a single tablet from them... Please refund my money...

                      I am taking treatment at Dr Batra saltlake sector V, Kolkata clinic. I am very happy with the doctors treatment but the lady sitting at the helpdesk needs to learn courtesy and manner. Being in the hospitality service she lacks these good habit. It is really sad that she has an habit of throwing tantrum and even criticise at patient's condition. She knowingly harass patients and make them wait even if there is no one at the doctor's chamber or in HVT precedure room. Once this happens to me, fisrt she made me wait for nothing for half an hour and when I started to go and see there she did not allowed me but when I went to the HVT procedure room there was no one inside. It is her rude and bad behaviour that made me to skip my medication for more than two months. Though I have complete faith towards your treatment and procedures still the behaviour of that lady forcing me to say I am an unsatisfied patient of your good service. I don't know what kind of corrective measures you and your esteemed organisation would really take but it hurts me being a patient and after investing Rs 27000 for my treatment only to listen her harsh, unsoliciting, rude words. Kindly act accordingly before I completely loose my faith towards your institution. My son is also taking treatment there else I just love not see her again in my life.

                        I really disappointed with your treatment. The photos u display are fake. My acne prob got worse.in the 4 months i couldn't see any results at all. I wanna my money to be refunded. I lost hopes with your treatment. I didn't see any results with hair fall too. Since 1 month from stopping the medicine in take.. I see difference... The medicine yu prescribe are damn waste... I paid money in one shot... I want my money to be refunded

                          Hi, i'm diagnosed with hyperthyroidism also taking allopathic medication for my doctor's due to poor financial condition was thought to start taking homeopathy treatment with dr batras. 6 months i had taken dr batras medicines white sweet pills but not so worth at all. Their diploma taken doctors only checking hair services not the person's diseases. Dr batras team so bad servicing and their team provides very slow service. Also not having good knowledge about diseases. Dr batras team only wanted people's money nothing else they giving. I'm having diseases of hypothyroid but their stupid doctor only checking my hair and dandruff bloody stupid hell. Their team only fooling us. Please do not go for such homeopathy treatment such as dr batra. After complaining their hod they had refunded back my hard earned money.

                              My sis, me n my mum had started hair loss and face treatment and we're getting treated by dr. Deepa in powai bt sorry to say experience was horribl
                              E. They take human's as guinea pig's to test on them without knowing the right cause.. Staff are trained in such an unpleasant manner that anytime you call them they reply doc is not available and i the next 5 mins u walk in to the clinic. Doc is happily testing on the other guinea (Patient) there. Treatments are expensive and total waste of hard earned money.. Moreover they will be reluctant to refund the amount instead they will another doctor to speak to you in way to fool n get you in their trap. There was not even.25% improvement. It's a real trap.. They won't treat u well and reasons for nor returning the money instead give this stupid reason it's homeopathy and it takes time to get results... Real waste of time and money. Doctor will take ages to reply and wont evn be bothered to be result oriented for the patients.. They do not value the pateints instead its just the money gulping clinic.. We spent mote than 40000 withput any results. They will do cross sell of their useless products and make sure that you buy them where u dont find any results.. Instead of subsidinh the hair fall got agrrevated.. I was forved to ask the doc whether she was treating us to go bald or to control the hair loss. Please do your proper research before visiting or even taking appointment's.. I wud take a stop here as i can go talking endlessly for the pathetic experience v hv had..

                                  I have started my wife's (Isha parnami - id[protected] skin allergy & hairfall treatment in aug 2016..
                                  Having continues medicines & treatment she has no significant difference in the issues. She lost almost 40 % of her hair after the treatment... Skin problems is still as same as before..
                                  Due to such a long treatment she is taken & still her problems is continue increasing.. She is getting depressed every day & start avoiding the social gatherings as well

Jaswant at 17 march but at that time doctor jaswant was on leave there is some other doctor. She changed my medicine i m facing lots of acne on my face after taking this medicine.                                       Myself ranjeet kaur from east delhi.. And writing mail for very unsatisfy service provided by dr batra

                                      In september when i was looking for a dermatologist for my mother skin dieseas kind of ring guard (Teenia) treatment.. Through nett surg found dr batra.. So all sudden i called and fixed an appointment for laxmi nagar clinic.. Where i went along with my mother for her treatment. Doctor advise for 12 month treatment with aprx 15k bugs same day notice same diesease i am also facing doctor advised its just beginning to me.. Since doctor assured after start medicine it will not get increase... And advised 10k for my treatment...

                                      Means 25k for my mother and myself.. Now to arrange 25k money was not easy for me hence doctor advise to take loan from bajaj finserv and can contiue for treatment.. But no one has advise if we didnt get satisfy money can not be returnable...

                                      But after took month medicine we didnt get any relief even that diesease increasing everyday whole over the body.

                                      I request you to please refund my money i cant waste 2.5k every month for bajaj finserv loan which is deducting from my account.

                                        I am having treatment from your chandigarh branch since 2008.

                                        When i joined treatment in 2008 your team has promised that within 4-5 years i will be alright.

                                        But even after 10 years it did not got relief. The reasons for the same are not understood. Now since i did not got relief i requested your team to give me free treatment till i get relief.

                                        Instead of giving free treatment, chandigarh team again demanded rs 10500/- for one year. I requested them to kindly waive my future fee but in vain
