I am having treatment from your chandigarh branch since 2008.

When i joined treatment in 2008 your team has promised that within 4-5 years i will be alright.

But even after 10 years it did not got relief. The reasons for the same are not understood. Now since i did not got relief i requested your team to give me free treatment till i get relief.

Instead of giving free treatment, chandigarh team again demanded rs 10500/- for one year. I requested them to kindly waive my future fee but in vain

    I was doing my hair treatment from last 6 months in chow patty branch, instead of hair fall should get stop the more hair fall get started and dandruff got increase. My hair becomes very dry and shapeless due to their treatment. From march i had stop the treatment from my end and told them to refund my money back but they are not responding my query. And every month my money get deducted from my account.

      Hi, i have opted for doctor's batra hair treatment 10 months back. They have charged me 44000 rs ensuring that they would give me proper medicines and treatment about the same. But so far there is no improvementin the hair condition rather it has gone worse. No medicines provided and no treatment given rather asking me to renew it in order to continue.

      I taken 1 year treatment for hair fall from dr batra positive clinic in bangalore. He gave me sweet tablet. These tablet are glucose tablet only. After 1 year treatment he charged me 40000. No improvement after 1 year. Totally fraud

        I am forcibly filing this complaint regarding dr. Batra's (South extension), new delhi. They do not dispatch the medicines on time. They also say lie when i call regarding dispatch of the order. This has happened not even one or twice but thrice. They lack coordination. And these homeopathic medicines cannot be skipped even for a day. Patient has ill effects on the health. And there is no use of taking these medicines them. This has happened for the third time. I keep calling them as if this is some government institute. Even the doctors do not care. They dispatch order after 8 or 9 order. They simply do not brother. I hope my complaint will be addressed soon. I feel cheated by this dr. Batra. I had a very bad experience. This is becoming people.

          It is very sad, such a good brand giving false commitment, forcing you to buy
          Yearly package, after making payment they will keeping finding & diverting issue to non-issue matter.

          I have taken package for treatment of patches, its been almost 3 month against commitment given for 45 days nothing has happened on ground, rather they are
          Diverting the issue, saying it is not happening because of this.. Pls. Help me to get back my hard earned money which i am bound to pay to keen my financial commitment to financer (Emi provider bajaj finance)

            I visited dr. Batra's shankar vihar, vikas marg branch yesterday, where i consulted dr neha raghuvanshi and she told me that i need to undergo a treatment for 2 years and asked to pay the full amount (I. E inr 27000) for the treatment at once.

            Even after repeated conversations and requests to deduct only the amount for 1 month only as i wanted to see the result or improvement, the receptionist did not agree and deducted the full amount from my credit card.

            After that i too a second opinion yesterday only, it turns out that a wrong treatment was advised to me by dr. Neha and when i asked them to refund me the amount, they denied saying that "you can go legal if you want but it won't affect us as we are a very big organization with links and no body will be able to help you and in any case we will not give any refund to you in any case, now whether you take the treatment or not it's completely your decision".

            I would like to lodge a complaint against dr. Batra's and would like to get my refund on the same as definitely i will not continue the treatment specially after such behavior and misleading advice given by the doctor.

            Please help me in this case.

              I shared my patient id awaited your call and some dr. Shah said she will call me in 2 days. Three weeks passed no call. And now i see that my complaint is in the resolved section. I again posted my complaint but no response. Are you fooling people like us? Give me my money. I suffered allergic reaction because of your treatment, i need to ask a compensation but i am only asking my money refund. I expect a reply.

                My registration no is 261056.. I went for weight loss treatment as i have pcod at the minto park clinic... First i told them that i can only visit the clinic on particular dates and time... For two times my dates were rescheduled.. For that i couldn't attend the feedback sessions and so i medicines wereally discontinued... I tried to call the clinic number of times but their ph was not working... At last i got them on line and ask them to prepare my medicines so i can collect them on the way so something very important... They said to come anytime by 4pm as it was sunday and i can collect the medicine... I told them i hv my appointment next week then i'll come for the feedback... But i reached.. They made to wait 30mins even though i was continuously reminding them that i was getting late that was vry important... They were miscommunication among them... Then the doctor came... Proving me wrong at whatever i was telling her that was such an insulting for me... I told her that the medicine she is giving me is not working.. She proved that the fault was mine.. I wanted to cancel my membership she said membership can't be cancelled.... So if i am not satisfied with the service i can't cancel the membership... I am not happy with service provided to me... I want to cancel the membership... I didn't want the treatment that's useless... I was really feeling insulted by the behaviour of the doctor that way she was manupulating n proving me wrong in each and every words of mine...

I told her that the medicine she is giving me is not working ..she proved that the fault was mine..I wanted to cancel my membership she said membership can't be cancelled. ... so if I am not satisfied with the service I can't cancel the membership. .. I want to cancel the membership...I didn't want the treatment that's proving useless..I you all are charging a lump sum amount with no improvement ...I was really feeling insulted by the behaviour of the doctor that way she was manupulating n proving me wrong in each and every words of mine...she even told me that I was already late so why can't I wait for another 20mins ... she didn't understand my problem then how can she treat me...on what basis I ll have faith in her treatment...she was continuously defending herself and blaming me for whatever had happened.. please do the needful. ..

I never ever registered my number any where with batras... If they dont stop spam calls to me without the difference of day and night i will lodge a complaint with the local police station... I want them to unsubscribe my mobile number [protected] immediately from their spam calls... I dont want any of their services.

                        My name is amit aggarwal. I visit your panchsheel clinic in november for hair transplant. It was told to me that the scheme is going for full hair transplant for rs. 60000/- and i can pay this amount in emi's through bajaj finserv card. On november 29, 2016 i availed your services for full hair transplant and paid rs. 12000/- in advance & paid the rest amount rs. 48000/- through bajaj finserv card. I paid rs. 4000/- more for medical tests. The operation was on december 10, 2016. The operation took the whole day. I also attach the pictures of the head after the operation. The doctor told me the hair visibility take 5-6 months and full hair growth take 9-10 months. But till now there is no growth of hairs.in september i tried to contact telephonically dr. Batra clinic in september 2017 but there was no response. Then i came to know that the clinic is closed. My complaint is that after the serious operation and paying such a huge amount and after taking medicine continuously for 9 months as recommended by the doctor, the hair growth is negative. There are no hairs where the operation was done. I also attach the present pics. I want my money to be refunded as i have to go for re-operation from another hair transplant doctor.

                            Hi,
                            Myself ranjeet kaur from east delhi.. And writing mail for very unsatisfy service provided by dr batra

                            In september when i was looking for a dermatologist for my mother skin dieseas kind of ring guard (Teenia) treatment.. Through nett surg found dr batra.. So all sudden i called and fixed an appointment for laxmi nagar clinic.. Where i went along with my mother for her treatment. Doctor advise for 12 month treatment with aprx 15k bugs same day notice same diesease i am also facing doctor advised its just beginning to me.. Since doctor assured after start medicine it will not get increase... And advised 10k for my treatment...

                            Means 25k for my mother and myself.. Now to arrange 25k money was not easy for me hence doctor advise to take loan from bajaj finserv and can contiue for treatment.. But no one has advise if we didnt get satisfy money can not be returnable...

                            But after took month medicine we didnt get any relief even that diesease increasing everyday whole over the body.

                            I request you to please refund my money i cant waste 2.5k every month for bajaj finserv loan which is deducting from my account.

                              I have been visiting the sector 14 gurgaon clinic for about 1.5 years and have not witnessed even a relief of 1%.
                              Regularly i have been raising this with the doctor dr. Deb, dr, saurabh, dr. Vaishali, but all take this causally. They just fool me with 1 month raw pills with no addition of medicine in it and ask me to come back after a month. They are just making the time pass by so that after course end they can seek fees.

                              If you go to the center, they attendants are sleeping, playing cards, playing music and no professional environment in the clinic. I feel extremely cheated by this.

                              Please seek to refund the money for 2 years since what you claim has not happened

                                My appointments are never on time, i have to wait for an hour for my appointment with my doctor. Eg 3pm appointment time and i'm called in at 4. They don't value time. Plus a patient that came long after i did was called in before as his appointment wouldn't take more than 2 minutes, whereas my appointment also takes not more than 5 minutes. Horrible value for time and patience.

                                  I would like to inform that after paying the full course fee, my treatment is not complete. 6 more sessions of grow - hair is pending. The assistance who used to do the treatment left dr batras, and since then i am not being contacted by the clinic for any treatment. Nor a date is given when the treatment can be given.
