Dear Batra jee,

Myself, my husband and my daughter Aanya are taking treatment at your clinic at Rajinder Place, Delhi.

My daughter was registered at your clinic on 15th Oct. 2016 vide Patient Id. no.[protected]. A month back we went to your clinic for treatment since our daughter was suffering from cough & cold and was having fever (100 deg). The treatment that our daughter received made her condition worse. The cough worsened, her fever touched 103 deg. and she started vomiting. Again we went to your clinic. The Doctor experimented on my daughter with different medicines. My daughter's condition worsened : high fever, cough, vomiting, swollen throat, swollen nose, eyes red. Eruptions started developing on her inner eye lids, on her nose and on her cheeks.

Ultimately we went to an ENT specialist, who told us that the situation was alarming and that our daughter needed to be hospitalised.

Now her condition has improved under the ENT specialist.

We are not asking for money refund, nor are we writing to various Complaint Forums, nor are we sharing our experience in newspapers, TV, Internet etc. but we are not at all satisfied with your Dr. Batra clinic.
There should be well experienced Doctors at your clinics and not the ones who experiment on us. (You claim that you have the best of Doctors. Where are they????)

Now, after the experience that we have of Dr. Batra clinic at Rajinder Place, Delhi - DO YOU THINK THAT WE SHOULD TAKE TREATMENT IN BATRA CLINIC???

    I joined batras indore clinic 1 year ago for my hairfall problem i paid 10000rs for 12 treatments and one year plan as i already told them that i cant come every month because i used to travel alot before paying the money and they said okay sir no problem we will give you all the treatments you deserve and paying us. Few days back i came from kolkata and went to clinic for my treatment and i saw the complete new staff and receptionist said that you time is over and we wont give you any more treatments because i dont know you. I want my remaining 5 or 6 treatments or my money.

      Hi,

      I consulted dr. Batra's at noida sec 18 for excessive hair loss i had been having since few months.
      They convinced me with sweet talks that they can treat it, and i was fooled into taking an annual 20k package, which includes medicine and hvt sessions (Which as per them is the starting package - bare minimum to start the treatment).

      I took the sessions as well as the treatment but to no advantage. I kept telling the doctors on every visit that there is no change, but they would not pay much heed. Rather say - that a minimum hairfall is unavoidable. The doctor got a blood test done for me, and suggested supplements. I followed all advice, it has been almost 8 months now and i have discontinued taking even the medicine since it is worthless. I am having even more hair fall now.

      I would not suggest anyone to take treatment from there, its more of a business place than a treatment place.

      Very bad experience, and money junked!! : (

        I took one-year treatment
        1. Stem cells and
        2. Homeopathic

        At dr. Batra's kukatapally branch i had paid 40, 000 for two treatment but no improvement i have lost the lot of hair first ever.
        They have told me the stem cell treatment was 10 sessions weekly but they have not given weekly, irregularly they have given treatment and doctor told me we will give you some hair grow treatment because your stell cell treatment is irregular now he is saying you have to pay money for that.
        Check their stem cell reports, management is so bad
        I had a lot of hopes from this clinic but now so sad, unhappy with the treatment
        I had lost my money and time i am so unhappy, please my humble request is to take action against this or refund my 40, 000 money because have hearted so badly
        I hope this complaint will read so someone and reply.

          I started taking dr. Batra's treatment from aundh clinic, pune from 26th june, 2016, my patient id is :[protected]. I paid rs 15500 for a year long treatment course. First dr sneha looked into my case and started treating me. After 4 months of treatment, no results.
          Then i was switched to a senior doctor - dr. Niranjan who tried treating me for 1 month, but no results at all. He then asked me to check with dr. Anagha sant in baner clinic. I went there too, but as it turns out, she was too busy to give me time amidst her other patients. I want to discontinue with dr. Batra's treatments as i dont see any positive cure in me, however, by consuming so many medicines now, i feel my hormones getting impacted and unsettled.
          I called dr. Batras and asked them to return me my money for remaining almost 7 months. But they refused claiming that there is no such policy.
          I need help on this as this is my right being a consumer to get refund on the services that i have not even availed. Had i been paying them in installments, this question would never have arised. Just because they have my money now, i feel like i am trapped. This is an unfair policy against the consumers. I am not asking money for my 5 month treatment, but asking money for the remaining 7 month is my right. Please help me get my refund back.

            I have taken the hair fall treatment of dr batras for5 months. First i have taken 1 month in which result are to good and then i have takem 1 year plan. Now in 4 months my hair fall is extended double. Now my scalp ia showing. Everytime doctors change the medicine but there is no result. When i demanded for refund, they give me advice of a therapy which cost 2500 per session. So i request them my pending money of the pack is transfer to this therapy session but they declined me for it. I have called on their customer care center for 3times and they just listen and then line is cut. There is no response. Don't give false hope to people and waste their time. Please refind or exchange my plan, i don't eamt to continue.

              We take annual pakage form gzb branch for family (4 members ) we keep communicating regarding this. They just orally saying yes they will do so.. but now they are not giving any written assurance.when we last visit to the clinic they said they can't help it this is not in their hands to give us time extention, but I don't understand their intention. .. their intention is not to serve honestly but to sell their package, but please resolve this because we have hard earned money this is not at all to wast, or they can't keep it for free, so please do some thing to resolve this matter, if we paid for something and we can't able to take the medice at that period of time that too we keep informing to them (clinic gzb) that we need some time extention, that time they except our request and give us medicine for 1mounth, but not giving any written assurance.
              Please give us time extention for the package we have taken for our family, so that we can continue our treatment from you.

I said I have paid you for 1year then how come I agree for 6 month renewal, he was so badly spoken that this what only we can give. .. if you want ..               Sorry that post was not complete. ..so in continuing to that I want to tell you that we were talking to Rupinder about general health issues, then Rupinder said I suggest you all to take treatment from batras, you start with one year pack and then continue. .if you like, we agree to her and we take that package she asked for, but as we have given the medicines for first batch we can't make any difference much but I got lots of acne or pimples on my face and my hair is falling even more (it was not falling that much before)after taking the medicine which is to clear the skin and hair growth. .. then about my husband he is taking medicine for skin problem and migraine nothing happens in first dose in second dose its getting worse after taking the medicine, he started get red spots when we burst them there is water in it and it's very pain full then we talk to Rupinder ( marketing person )their and we said we will not take this medicine any more ... and we stop taking medicine and we want rest of our money back .. ...she said she will let us meet with another doctor. . when again we went to dr.Batras, Rupinder was not their and they said that she is on leave ...it's been 4months we were not taking any medicine because of wrong treatment, and every thing was on hold, then we talk to the Dr. Jaswant and he said to start the treatment again, we said it's OK you then give time extention for these 4 months that we already paid for without taking any treatment, he said he will talk about this to the head office and let you know. . That's it till day we are not getting any resolution to this.
              And the marketing person monu now, doesn't know how to talk to patients, monu is so rude to us, and start selling his one more pack to us saying that if we will take tjis pack he will give some months as composition to us, total marketing, is talking the way he is giving something to us for free ... please we paid lots of hard money so please tell Mr. Monu about this just we paid before the treatment that's why we are here. .. and listening to him.(he said that we are giving you 6months extention, and that's for all. )
              please give justice to this and give us 12months of treatment though we paid for it in advance.

              Can you tell me please why I don't get any reply on this, I paid for the treatment and if you don't want to give treatment then return my money, it's lots of money for me which I have given to you and you are not responding, because you take money before treatment, and we have to run after to take the treatment or money back.we don't want to take treatment from this (Ghaziabad) centre. We will go to some other center for treatment so please we are waiting for renewal...so we can restart the treatment, Im waiting for your reply ...positively

              I didn't not found any change in my white patches instead they have increased after joining your clinic... I want to know about this treatment and afford if doctors. I am taking this treatment from past 2 years and 7 months months but there is no change in my patches. Before joining the clinic there were tiny compare to current patches

I paid some 12500/- to them but this is to my surprise that it had lead to increase the daises. Though i complained several times but not got any positive result.                   Have taken treatment from Dr. Barry's clinic since last 6 months for Hair loss problem . In place of getting positive result things became worst and Hair loss Increased. Inspite of telling doctor about the alarming deformation no step or extra effort was taken . Due to the worsen condition which eventually effected my self confidence and was emotionally distressed. Initially when escalated hardly received any response. People soecially customer facing executives in J.P nagar branch have proper knowledge or understanding. They never cooperated . However hot in touch with ZONAL Head south/ Bangalore. Who addressed the issue and assured refund of the fees paid of INR 27000.
                  After 2 weeks of the incident didn't receive any call or information from their end, when called to understand the status of refund a very rude executive named KIRAN in J.P Nagar branch answered, he cannot to anything and we can do whatever we want . So it shows the commitment by Zonal head Dr. Batra was false and it was just to divert us for that moment. They are cheating on people. Take money in advance and doesn't refund and harras people and when ask for behave rudely . Inspite of that it's our hard earn white money which they are looking without any right.

                    Hi,

                    I am taking skin treatment from your Sector 14 Gurgaon branch since Feb. 2016.
                    During my first consultation I was told that each and every single skin allergy would be taken care of in this treatment and on that basis I got ready to go for it.

                    Its going to be 10 months now and the sad thing is that there is no improvement in any of my allergies.

                    I reported this issue to my doctor couple of months back, but he was trying to convince me that his treatment is going well, which is not true.I am not at all satisfied with the results of his treatment.

                    Dr. Deb and Dr. Anshu are there in Sector 14, Gurgaon branch. They have promised me to fix up my appointment with some senior consultant, but nothing has been done so far.

                    I escalated this issue on their Facebook page, they asked for my patient id on the very next day. I told them that I do not have my patient id, they can fetch my details from the branch itself. But after that they have completely stopped responding my mails and messages.

                    Then again I reported this whole story on their facebook page, today I got to know that they have blocked me, as I am not able to view my previous posts. Also I am not able to write any post on their page.

                    This clearly indicates that they are not intending to do anything in this regard. As I did not receive any call or any message from their clinic till date on this issue.This is totally unprofessional. This is cheating guys...

                    I am not going to recommend Dr. Batra at all to any one in future.

                    I request them to either refund my complete money or continue this treatment (in the same package) till all my reported allergies are cured. I am not going to spend any single penny on this treatment.

                    I started skin treatment for 1 year. There is ZERO improvement. Even time to time I reminded doctors for same but I feel that clinic do not have good doctors and its just waste of money.
                    Looks like they are just cheating customers.
                    I will never recommend anyone at least for skin treatment to Dr. Batra's clinic.

                      I UtpalDutta working in an Indian Army now posted at Kolkata I have a son Sourjo Dutta age 13 years who is suffering from TONSILLTIS from past two years and he has daily routine check up in our Military Command Hospital.
                      But as you know that in allopathic they said me that your child has need a minor operation then I also agree and they gave me the appointment that u have to come on these date with your child we will cure him, At the mean time I and my wife discussed about this mater my wife said that at last u have to try homeopathy also god knows if he will cured I agree with her.
                      Then I searched in internet good homeopathy hospital for tonsilate and I got the phone no of DrBatra‘s and call them after that response is so quick they ring back me and after hearing little bit they said me we will cure your child come today and gave me a offer also with one patient another patent is free the charge is 250/- so I am suffering from my ill child I went there on 15 July 2013 they gave me a forum for two my child and for my wife who little bit of pain (LUMBAGO) in her mussels I filled the forum.
                      Then our serial no has came went go to doctor he introduce me and my wife that I am Dr Chiranjib Kundu, I am a consultant he start question we giving the answer and he typed like a DTP Operator more than a doctor after listened al things about my child and my wife he said that ok we fully cure your child and wife and the period is on year I am very happy for that there is a package of 13300/- each for two it is 26600/- and today there is a offer for those who served in Indian Army each patient 9, 900/- for two it is 19800/- I asked him sir money is not matter but I want my child full cure he said me faith with us you paid your money on that counter bill no Kol/13-14/1071 &Kol/13-14/1070 and they has no printed bill its Zerox bill I attached it same to same Patient code[protected] &[protected]after that we will there for your service after that they gave one month medicine but there is no prescription and no name on medicine which they gave my child and wife.
                      On every mount they gave me appointment and we also maintain the appointment date
                      But after six month there is no result no reduce of tonsilate even my wife’s pain has also increased and one more thing when my child has suffering from fever we have to take appointment and after taking appointment we have to wait for 2-3 hours they not giving any preference to highly fever child still today also there is same position of my child and my wife lots of time I complain to the doctor always they say that now we have no spealiste next month he has supposed to come now I am fade up and writing the complain as you know I am working in Indian Army we serve for country and a very hard earning money when we are in border or – 20 digree temperature kindly give me the justice as you are my last fate

                        Hi team,

                        I have went to dr. Batra's sector 5, kolkata branch for the first time regarding consultation of my hair fall on 28.08.2016.
                        I do not have so much information about your treatment policy except that this have been a largest homeopathy clinics with best doctors and renowned endocrinologists and dermatologists.
                        I went there just wanted to have the consultation before reaching to any decision regarding my treatment, but as time went in clinic during consultation with doctors, they provided medical assistance for 1 year.

                        It was a very quick decision taken by me to go to for a 1 year treatment solution by paying 16000 inr. Hence i have paid this big amount on that very 1st day.

                        Somehow, i am not willing to go ahead with it now due to a medical emergency and my family problems. And now i am in really need of money.

                        I have not taken any single service from them except my basic check up on the first day visit at clinic.

                        I have already communicated over mail but still no action has been taken. And its been 1 month now.

                        The amount is huge for me and need your support to get it back at earliest after deducting all necessary charges for one day as i have visited only once at your clinic.

                            I am taking hair fall treatment from batras from nov 2015. at the first consultation they assured me that you should take treatment of hair fall for a min period of 1 yr as the hairs which are weak have a cycle of 6 months and after 6 months only there will be some visible improvements. now its been 11 months and not a single percent of improvement is visible and my hair fall condition is same as when i started with the treatment. on asking they just say that it will improve and now the doctors are saying you should take treatment for at least 3 yrs as a life of a hair is 3-5 yrs. there are no results and my condition is deteriorating. further my money is wasted here. after around 1 year what i have in my hand my money is gone and not even got any single results.

                                I had 2 appointments with Dr Batra's clinic on 12/10/16. Early in the morning on 12th oct i got a reminder message from them regarding my appointment.The clinic is located in Howrah 49, dr abani dutta road. I also received 2 calls in the morning regarding the appointment confirmation from([protected]).On reaching the location, clinic was closed. I called back on the same number and was asked to wait there for 5 mins but there was no response from their side. I waited there for 1 hour but nobody received my call. the clinic was at a distance of 30 kms from my home and i was shocked to see that people are misguiding patients.I am posting this just to inform Dr Batra's clinic about whats going on in kolkata. Shame on a Brand.

                                  Visited Dr Batra's in December, 2014 for hair and skin problem. But, instead of improving, my conditions became more worse than they were before treatment. My hair density decreased at good rate and skin became more sensitive, more prone to acne, scar and pimples. Even now if a small pimple or anything occurs, it leaves it's impact on my face. They asked me for chemical peel, I tool that but as usual no result were seen and dr used to say that in some cases it doesnt work. Dr. are well marketers also. They sell their products and services like chemical peel, hair grow, cosmetic products, etc. Then, I also complaints to dr., he always says to me use this and this, do this, your skin is this and that, hormones, whether, etc., if all these problems are there then what dr is treating? Why he is asking me to do some homely treatment. Now it's 22 months of the treatment but no positive result is seen. They have looted rs 35000+ INR, my hairs, my skin and my time. I had mailed them regarding this in January, 2016, but the response is not come yet. Awesome customer service too.

                                  Had shared my details. My package is expired now and dr is asking to Renew it. You guys not able to do anything in 2 years what will you do after renewing my package? Will make my hair density more less? Will make my hairs look more thin? Or will you guys just make money.?                                     Please be informed that i had registered my wife sima shah on 24th sep and i made the advance payment of 18000 before taking the treatment. The treatment was supposed to start on 26th. But due to some unfavorable conditions my wife was not able to take the treatment and i informed them in advance. When i went for the refund on 26th they said that the money is not refundable. Nobody informed me that the money is not refundable before making the payment. How can you deny when the treatment was not observed. I am emailed them many times but not getting a positive response.

                                      I have been taking treatment from Dr.BATRA's Shivaranjani Branch, Ahmedabad. They had told that their homeopathic treatment would help me treat the problem from the roots. But nothing happened after taking 9 Months treatment. The doctors present in the clinic are all trained in marketing and are more interested to take money out of helpless customers who come seeking for proper treatment. No one should ever visit Batra's clinic. I want my money back but their customer care not replying back.

                                      Treatment is useless and total waste of money and time. Zero improvement in last 9 month.
