Hey i have deducted money but not joined in the contest. So plzzz refund my amount 575 then 295. So plzzz otherwise i will approach consumer court for this. P plzzz refund my amount otherwise i will not bear this. This is something which i don't want to happen to anyone as we blindly trust on ur app. Initiate the refund to me as first i have been deducted 575 rupees then it showed team full cannot join in the contest. Then i click on 295 entry fee team where again money gets deducted and not joined the contest bcz it displays team full but money gets deducted. Total money deducted is 575+295. So plzz refund my amount.

My cash bonus and invite code is blocked by dream 11 due to fair play violation. If i have violated the fair play rules of dream 11 please excuse me and unblock the invite code and cash bonus so that i can continue my game.in the help menu it is asked to click "how to unblock" but it is not present. Please guide me so that i can continue the game.

This app for no specific reason gave my own username and now it's saying that i'm blocked because of multiple user accounts. How is that possible we your app created my own username for me? I have joined one contest for 15 rs and when time is completed then i have uploade all teams with user name and teams but when i search my name on that list so my user name is not found on that list. After that i search 1st winner name on that list then 1st winner name also not found in that pdf..

I started playing from this ipl season only and i'm not sure if they really have authentic winners or even they are what they say.

Pan issue-
It's been more than 2 weeks, my pan is not verified and they do not have anything where we can go and submit our request to their customer support. And that's the reason i have to come here to submit the request and not sure it will be addressed or not.

Authenticity issue-
-app is not available in google play store, you have to download it by from third party apk
-no customer support, even it's related to big money, looks like they don't care. All they provide is their pre-written answers to limited questions
-the software is making teams filling the remaining number of teams in every contest.
-every ipl franchise has around 23 to 25 players, that makes around 46 to 50 players to choose from to make your team but dream11 offers only 30 to 35.

So, overall it might be one of the biggest scams that is currently going with ms dhoni sponsoring it.

Me and my friend played 200 rs head to head 2 times and i have won 400 rs and added 510 rs withdraw to my a/c but it shows -496 rs fairplay violation.y guys i dont have used any cheats in it .now i dont have even 100 rs in my bank a/c to play dream 11..so pls refund my money

Hello, i am here to complaint you that my cash bonus is blocked without any reason. I didn’t break in fair violation rule but you blocked my account. So worst app without any reason you are blocking cash bonus. If you don’t want to give cash bonus then don’t give but don’t say that you broke fair play violation rule. Worst app ever seen! Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. And please i request don’t put any false accusation against me! I request you please!

So i want to clearly mention that i haven't misuse the referral code
But i have created another account on same device just for my brother to play it on.
