      I, dhirendra kumar, my dream 11 user name is ' the burning stars' deposited rs 500 to my dream 11 account through net banking on 20 sep 19 at 2120 hrs but the amount did not add to my dream 11 account. I waited for four for addition of the money to my dream 11 account automatically but the money not added and then i sent a complaint to resolve the issue. Also after one day the money did not add to my dream 11 account. It is therefore requested that the issue may be solved and the money may be added to my dream 11 account.

        I deposited rs 500 to my dream 11 account on 20 sep 19 at 2120 hrs through net banking but the money not added to my dream 11 account and debited from my bank account. I waited for for for addition the money in my dream 11 account but still not added. The issue has happened 1-2 time before and the money has automatically added to account but this time not happened like that. It is therefore requested that the issue may be solved and the money may be added to my dream 11 account.

          email id change

          I raised request through dream 11 helpdesk for changing registered email id, today i raised the request i guess 3rd or 4th time. Request number is 981621 on dream11 portal. There is no response from dream11 support team. Registering proper email id on dream 11 is really important. I hope atleast after complaining here, they will resolve my query.....

                I'm one of regular customer in dream 11 sports fantasy.
                I have joined match IRE vs SCO on 17/09/2019 contest amount 1749/-.

                All the cricket application score card including our FAN CODE score card as well and match videos highlights shows on that match scotland player [Munsey] did not take any catches.

                But the updated point system shows Munsey take one catch on this match.
                And same Scotland player [Beerington] take 2 catches in that match.

                If Munsay catch point remove in my contest i have win that compitation.

                So could you please review all the attached snaps and refund my total winning amount as well.

                  I was participated in a fantasy cricket contest held by the above company for icc women’s twenty 20 qualifier women match between scotland and namibia held on thursday, september 05, 2019. During contest i was seen that rachel howkins match performance point are assigning in rachel scholes account.

                  Company told that both player are same. But this was not mentioned by company earlier before announcing the contest. Further i was not taken rachel hawkins in my team as it was not shown in player selection list of my contest. Rachel scholes name was not shown on other websites who was also show this match information so i was also not include her in my team. Company was not shown playing 11 list of both side before starting the match as done by him in most of the contest. So playing of rachel scholes is suspected, i was get info that rachel scholes name is also not in playing 11. Because of this issue my point reduced. I was finished on 7th place in in place of second rank in my contest.

                  How its possible that both player are same, if a player has two name then company needed to show both name in selection list or mentioned it before announcing the contest & collecting joining fee for contest.

                  Kindly instruct company provide me my second position wining amount or contest joining fee refund or second chance to participate in same type contest in my choice match with previously deposited joining fee, as deemed fit in my case.

                    I withdraw 400rs cash cash on 13 sept 2019 on morning around 8 am. After that, i got a mail from dream 11 fantasy, in thst mail they say your withdrawal request is in process.                       Sir I won 300 rupees in a contest of 4 members with entry fee of 89. And when I tried to withdraw 250 of the winning amount first it displayed withdraw initiated and next day it displayed withdraw cancelled and 300 deducted as Fair palyu violation.                         In prize break up please provide little bit lower prices for 1st to 10th rank, say (In 1 crore contest with 369000 spots with 33 rupers l, for 1st rank instead of giving 5lakh give 1 lakh and distribute it to lowe's rank say from rank 50000 upto 2 lakh instead of providing 33 rupees back please provide 40 rupees) then more people will play and get satisfied.

                          Day Before Yesterday (07/09/2019), I withdrew my winning amount of ₹200 and it said that I would receive in on or before 13/09/2019 with transaction ID:UW2019090722330539568487.Yesterday I reached level 60 for which I was entitled to receive cash bonus of ₹35 but suddenly I'm in level 66 and I didn't receive any bonus.Today my former withdrawal was cancelled and additional ₹26.24 was taken from my account under Fairplay Violation under the transaction ID:WW[protected].I didn't violate any terms of Fairplay and I am playing under the terms.It has ruptured my belief on this app and I want my money back.

                                I mistakely wrote a wrong email id on dream 11 account. These wrong email id does not verified with account. I want to chamge my invalid email id with new one.                                   Fyi due to this i couldn’t update ind vs wi match and kabaddi matches after lineups.

                                  Kabaddi i have won as there were no many changes and cricket i have lost due to surprises and is this the fairplay in dream11 when app crashes kill and relaunch if so how many time i did more than thrice.

                                  Please process the refund for the money invested in this match and cancel the leagues.

                                    While trying t deposit money into my dream 11 account, transaction failed but once 100 and then 50 was deducted from my indian bank a/c. Now 25 days completed but still money has not been refunded to my account. So kindly take some neçessary action to refund my amount. Or else i will stop depositing money to my indian bank savings account. If tell my friend not to use dream 11, then dream 11 will lose atleast 100 regular customers.

                                    I have deposited 320 from my bank to dream11 wallet... while at the end of transaction I by mistakenly refreshed my page. By refreshing the page, I received message from bank as my 320 has been paid to dream11 but, didn’t receive it on my dream11 wallet. I’m expecting my refund of 320 as soon as possible
