I too appreciate your double standard response in this matter. See the highlighted responses and what do you mean by contact in 48 hours see when first mail is sent.
What is difference if there is 2 matches at same time taking one match photo than video.

In the future, if you come across any such situations, you need to contact us within 48 hours and send us a video clip that displays the error and the match name too. Doing so will help us investigate the issue and assist you accordingly.

This is second time i am facing same issue and response when i reported issue for first time person says screen shot and now when screen shot sent and dream 11 says video.. Rather this changing fantasy platform helps..

I understand your disappointment, however, there was no intermittent issue with the app reported during that match.
Hence if this an issue your side specifically, we would require all the necessary screenshots of the issue to reproduce it our side to investigate into it.

Fyi due to this i couldn’t update ind vs wi match and kabaddi matches after lineups.
Kabaddi i have won as there were no many changes and cricket i have lost due to surprises and is this the fairplay in dream11 when app crashes kill and relaunch if so how many time i did more than thrice.
Please process the refund for the money invested in this match and cancel the leagues.
