[Resolved] Dreamz Infra — Fake Booking and cheque bounce | |||
I am Subhajit Roy. I have booked a property with dreamz on its project Dreamz Sarovara, silk board on May, 2012 on 50% downpayment option. After constant follow up with the CRM s and managers from Dreamz it is seen that even the land is not registered in the builders name. Finally after a long wait i have decided to cancel the booking so i went for cancellation. They have given 5 post dated cheques of an equated amount. Continously all the cheques bounced. Currently after all issuance of cheques 12 cheques has bounced and i am not able to recover anything from the builder. I would suggest dear folks don't see the price and go for a dream home invest or else your dreams will be never ending dream which will never allow you to sleep in winter nights as well. THE ONLY WAY LEFT WITH ME IS FORMING A GROUP AND PLACING IT IN MEDIA SO THAT NO OTHER PERSON GET'S CHEATED IN FUTURE. I WOULD REQUEST FOLKS TO CONTACT ME AND GIVE ME YOUR INPUTS REGARDING THE SAME. Its good to read a Dreamz infra case getting resolved.
Please provide a roadmap on which you went and got the success on getting your hard earned money back.
Even I'm in a huge crisis as I've made the down payment (9Lakh rupees) and is still pending from their (Dreamz Infra) end.
Its been a year since I've made the booking in Dreamz Siddhi project. But they've not taken appropriate approval for the project and we went ahead with cancellation and even I faced cheque bounces multiple times. Been to their office almost everyday but no good came out of it.
Never ever to trust them again.
If you may help, please provide some details (ph numbers/ email id's) so that may be even my money will be collected via same path.
