I had cancelled my booking 4 months back. They had given a PDC of 3 months. When I deposited the cheque after 3 months, it got bounced(reason : Insufficient funds). After visiting their office, they told they will give a current dated cheque but after that, the story is still continuing. They kept on postponing it saying that the sign is not done, MD is out of station, etc. After continuous follow ups and visiting their office(Silk board) 5 times and arguing with them for over 2 weeks, they gave a current dated cheque of SBI, Koramangla which got bounced again. Now, they are telling that they will provide a DD next week(don't know when will that next week come) and I am not sure what is going to happen when I deposit that.

Please be careful before you book a flat dont believe their words ask for documents proof no bbmp approval they are asking for 50% advance You can easily identify them by seeing their mobiles number ends with 111 I have booked a flat and applied for cancellation If you are going for cancellation they will give 3 months post dated cheque After 3months i have deposited the cheque i got bounced for twice Please be careful

We guys should unite & for god sake start sharing the contact number with each other ... otherwise these builders will keep fooling us ...as they know that ...we will never get in touch with each other despite multiple reviews... Also... they know that we all believe in one thing... aapna kaam banta ... bhaad main jaaye jaanta... Please contact me @ [protected]... please contact me any time.. Hello All, As many of you, I have also booked a flat in Sumangal (Flat 206) without understanding their crooked mind. As per their promise, the project shall have been started by Jan 2014, until now, nothing has been moved in the shown land. In fact, their board itself is shred off.It seems they were placing the board in others land. Whenever I call the so called CRMs, I will get the reasons in the world, sometimes out of the world. The emails are not at all answered, all the replies are like orders from them. When I reply back asking for details, no more emails. 23 emails are pending un answered by them. After looking into so many complaints posted here, I am 100% sure that, to gain the trust, initially they delivered as they planned and now, it is the time to cheat the remaining and make hell lot of money, share this with their family, sub-family, step-family..etc. Finally one will take the blame go behind the bars. We do not have any law to collect back the money, so, his / her 10 generations of family will get secured just because of only one person`s sacrifice of a few years.. Let me see, if they commit something to prove that they are not of hard skinned.

Beginning when I booked at Hebbal Samarpit Project the price what i got was rupess 20 lakhs and they told today is a last day you are getting this price from tomorrow on wards price will increase. And now at the the same time of Ganapathi festival price got decrease to 19.5 lakhs. and yesterday one of my friend who asked me to buy a flat at dreamz hebbal project and they are offering him at only 17 lakhs. is this right what dreamz people r doing to their first customer.

We had booked a 3BHK with so called SIDDI 2, with Dreamz infra more than 1.5 years ago. The land is not registered yet and they are cheating the customers telling the same old story since last 3 years. We had made a payment of 850000 initially and again they called us to make the tax payment for the paid amount (we were fools enough to make that payment believing them without thinking why we had to do so for an unregistered land). We finally realized and cancelled the booking 4 months ago. We were issued with 3 PDCs (State bank of Mysore) and all got bounced due to insufficient funds, when we deposited them last week. Since we are not in India, we had asked my cousin to talk to them and a guy called AMARNATH from the finance department who issued the PDCs (and assured us that the cheques won’t get bounced back) was so rude to my cousin using abusive language and told him do whatever we want to do and they don’t care and he cut the call; when we tried to call him he didn’t respond later the phone was switched off. Again today when I called the CRM, she was saying they need another month to arrange cheques, and she said that she does not want to be asked any questions by us and if we want money we need to listen to her and wait another month otherwise she does not care!!!

I had booked a flat in MAR 2013 in Dreamz SHLOKA 2 project in HSR Layout by paying an amount of Rs.12, 00, 000. Mr. Swami from sales team had told us that the Project will get registered in May2013 and construction work will begin in June2013. Later I was assigned with a Corporate Relationship Manager(CRM) by name Khushboo. All other transactions, receipts were later taken care by her. When I enquired in June about construction CRM gave new dates of August 2013 and coming month CRM was changed to Rukhsana. Then she gave another date of DEC 2013 as construction starting date and soon CRM was replaced with Maitreyee in Oct and when enquired with her about construction dates she gave MAR 2014.

Finally I decided cancel the flat in JAN 2014 and when approached the CRM Maitreyee she handed over a cancellation form and informed me to submit all the originals with it. Later after two days I discussed this issue with one of my friend and He suggested to meet a lawyer and discuss the issue and take an opinion. Once I gave all the details to lawyer he suggested not to submit any originals and proceed the cancellation with only copies. I conveyed the same to CRM she refused to accept the cancellation. After discussing with lawyer we came up with another MOU for sake of cancellation called CANCELLATION MOU, got it printed on a stamp paper and took it to CRM for MD signature . She asked two days time to discuss with her director about such agreements and later conveyed that they cannot sign any such agreements. After much of arguments they were ready to take my cancellation request without the originals.

After about 10days I received the 4 Indian Overseas Bank cheques dated 90 working days from the date of cancellation. The cheques were due in 19th, 20th 21st and 22nd June 2014. On 16th June 2014 a representative called me and requested not to issue the cheques as they would replace the cheques with SBI Koramangala Brach cheques. But I had issued one cheque among four and it got bounced. After a month all four cheques got bounced due to insufficient funds. Then after discussing the issue with Mr. Amarnath who is incharge of cancellation department, I asked them to issue DD instead of cheque which they were not ready to do. After much of discussion and quarrelling with them I was able to get 3L out of 12.5L as cash. Remaining Rs. 9.5L Mr. Amarnath said we will pay it in next month which I was not agreeing to. Later they came up with a schedule to clear it in 3 weeks which they did not do as promised. Finally I took a decision of going through legal action and sent a legal notice for cheque bounce issue through the lawyer. Its almost a month I have not received any message or reply for the notice.

Kindly help me in getting my remaining money back as I had took a Personnel Loan from HDFC BANK to do the booking. I am paying EMI for the loan from past 1year and 8 month.

Note to all Dreamz Customers: Please do not submit your original documents at the time of cancellation.

My Cheque was about to get cleared and they called me stating that they will pay me the money after one month with interest. First of all i had to wait for close 4 months (90 working days) and now they say we will pay you after one month. My money is 6.5 laks..I really dont know how to deal with this situation with them and get my money back. I have to pledge my gold and take some money for interest from others to get the money..I am in deep ...Not sure what to do now :-(...They are just playing legally with middle class people...

The moment you step in their make-shift office near Silk board, you will feel that all of your dreams are going to come true regarding your own home. However, if you are smart enough and have an eye for detail, you can understand their fraud and save your hard earned money. The moment they see you, they will send a person from your cultural background. He will speak with you in your native language and will make you feel comfortable. They will provide you snacks and a nice Kit with Brochures and CD's (to make them look more professional). Also, then they would ask another person of a similar cultural background to take you out to see the construction site. They will take you to the best locations, after crossing Lake side view, well planned roads etc. to a place where there is an open land where no work is going on. They will say that, they have bought this land and the work will start in 15-20 days. And it would be more profitable to invest in the Pre-launch. Gosh these blood suckers will try to convince you in every possible way to invest in that project. However, if you observe closely you might see the following: 1. NO Hoardings or Banners or Advertisements of Dreamz GK project at the construction site. 2. None of the Construction workers can confirm, that they are working for which builder (if asked, they say that they are on contract) utter nonsense. 3. When you go back to their office they would reduce 6-8 lacs from the cost, as if 8 lacs means is nothing to them. Thank god for these user reviews, while going back to the main office from the 'so called plots', i just checked on my mobile for the user reviews and decided not to invest even a SINGLE PENNY in these projects. Be alert, and save your money. They are absolutely trained to suck every hard earned penny that you have. Regards, Ankush

I had booked a flat in Dreamz Shloka 2 in OCT 2013, after seeing issues with their commitments and fake promised in starting the construction we had decided to cancel it in MAR 2013, after which I received 3 PDC cheques of (SBI ) .Before depositing the cheque I had got a call from dreamz asking for a one month extension for which i agreed as they were begging and had given me a post dated cheque of AXIS bank dated AUG 28, 30, 31. But this time when i deposited the cheque it got bounced.And now when we ask them they said they will clear it in 1 week as again there is some Bank problem. I had contacted Mr. Prakash (Accounts) [protected]on the same but he said I am on leave and cannot handle the issue, seriously don't know how do they handle the customer. Is this the response we should expect? Yesterday they were telling me to deposit the remaining cheques of AXIS Bank and let it bounce. once bounced they will issue new cheques of bank HDFC that will get credited too after 1& half week(that too they will see if there are funds available in the bank or else they said they will give as a DD or pay it in cash which will take some time) & asking us to adjust or understand their problem. Being a middle class how can we compromise & wait for some more time as we need the money, I need my money ASAP so i don't want to go through all the legal process. & the bad story continues, I wish I would have never booked the flat in Dreamz Infra :( But need to understand why dreamz finding difficulties when having good projects and good sales . I paid visit to DreamsGK Infra office in Silk board and talking to its staff soon realized how fake they are. I pity the people who might have fallen in their trap when they push you to give the booking amount right on that day by making the deal so unbelievably attractive. Once you have given it you are simply trapped. Most of the people who get trapped are middle class families who neither have contacts with influential people nor money to fight a legal battle. The MOST ANNOYING is they wants these eye opening blogs and complain forums to get deleted by moderate simply by putting inappropriate content. Like you can see the porn links which have been simply pasted or irrelevant contents which has been posted as comment so as to simply distract readers from reading further or moderator to delete the entire topic. Look closely to the id's they have been posted from. All the good posts about DreamsGK and misleading contents, they are all fake id's simply created to distract readers or mislead them from reading actual reviews. I CURSE you guys.

I got a call from Dreams GK that they are providing 2, 3 BHK at very affordable prices I went for site visit The type of set up they have done in their office is nice to cheat any person . One person will take you for site visit, he will just show you 2 flats constructed in whole building and say this phase is complete and they will tell you to buy flat in phase 2 of same project for which they have not even purchased the land . Then they will take you to their office and ask you that this scheme is valid only for TODAY and pay 1 lakhs now and give some 30 or 50 % in month or so I was surprised by fact that they are even willing to give flat even 8 lakhs less than the price quoted in offer in case you give everything in cash or in black money, I guess they want now to leave no evidence of their fraud as people are complaining about cheque They are just crooks, don't fall in trap and spread as much awareness as you can regarding these fraud builders

since its anyways established that these guys are cheaters which are a class apart, hope this post will serve as a warning to anyone who comes across this page

1) If you are planning to invest with these guys - DONT. The rest of the posts speak for themselves.
2) If you Have given atleast one rupee to them - Cancel the booking, get the post dated cheque, get a lawyer, deposit the cheque and when it bounces(if it doesn't, you are one in a million), get the lawyer to send a notice and then case etc.

dont do's

1) do not return the cheque to these guys
2) do not repost the cheque to the bank. they will say it will be cleared but i can assure 100% its gonna get bounced again
3) there is extremely rare scenarios of people getting 15% of total amount etc in cash as such but this is extremely dangerous

i do understand that many would wanna get rid of the issue without lawyers but sometimes that's the only and right way to go about it especially if your really want your money back.

Note: anyone who has a ever good experience with them is really welcome to comment(with precise details) because that would again be a really rare case.

I had booked a flat in Dreamz Sumudar, after seeing issues with their commitments and fake promised, I cancelled my booking in june 2014. I received 3 PDC cheques of BOI (Bank of india ) .We are having BOI account so we produced Cheque no. 429947 in BOI and came to know from BOI people that Dreamz infra account balance is only 20 thousand .
We contacted to Mr. Amarnatha dreamz account person on [protected] and got cheque replacement of SBI bank, when we produced SBI cheque in SBI branch than found only 7 thousand amount .Mr. Amarnatha informed us not to produced cheque in SBI go to other bank .It was surprised for us when there is no balance in account how it will get clear in other bank .He informed us like we will get 2 hours for cheque clearance that time we will arrange the money .
As per his words we produced in HDFC bank (SBI CHEQUE NO. 548005 )and cheque got bounced .

Look like Deamz Infra unable to honour any kind of commitments and getting failed from all the ways .Being a new company its not healthy sigh .Customer never will come back for booking, who has cancelled due to any reason also will pass negative feedback to their friends .

So dear deamz infra team, you must have some process in your accounts team and also need to think about customer who has cancelled booking .May will come back in different project if having good experience with you all and also may will pass good feedback with friends for booking any of your project, that will be best marketing for your company .


But need to understand why dreamz finding difficulties when having good projects and good sales .

I will pray to god to clear my amount without taking legal action .

Hi, Please do not believe these guys, these people are 100% fraud & they will keep telling like we will start construction in 15 days...when you ask with little stress then immediately they will disconnect your call & they will respond your call here afterwards. Please do not fall in their trap & they are very much frauds... Definitely one day(very soon)they will put the shutter. Already their fraudness has been spread in the market. So public please be alert & do not fall in their trap... Thanks... Anu

We have booked flat in Whitefield from dearmz.given 1 lakh as advance.they are insisting for 2nd payment as they did not get approval from BDA, BBMP etc...but they want us to pay the 2nd payment.
Calling us daily & irritating us to give money

Hi, I am a victim of Dreamz infra like many others in Bangalore. I had booked a flat in Dreamz Swadesh last dec and after seeing issues with their commitments and fake promised, I cancelled my booking in Feb 2014. I received a PDC cheque amounting 3Lakhs after 15 days of cancellation and the check date is 5th Jun. When I produced the cheque in my bank, it got bounced on 7th Jun. After contacting Finance person (Amarnath) he asked me to reproduce the checque again, so I reproduced it on 14th -which again got bounced on 17th Jun. This time I visited their office personally and Atiya/Athiya (I don't know how to spell) told that they will have fund by 19th Jun so requested me to reproduce the same cheque again. So I did reproduced it again and it got bounced for 3rd time -with insufficient balance! Now I am not able to catch hold of them and not even picking my calls! This is a clear case of cheating. I am in big trouble as I had to pay this money to someone and I am having sleepless night. PLEASE HELP ME IN GETTING MY MONEY. Requesting all innocent buyers to get rid of Dreamz Infra and don't fall for their false promises (even it is written on paper) and false reviews on web.
