We have booked flat in dreamz sneh in the year 2012. We have paid around 14 lacks. The project did not get completed yet. This is a fraud builder. We came to know tht all members of this builder got arrested. Few customers have formed a association and filed a complain for refund.

Please help us to get any source of contact to connect. We have no information at all. Dont have any contact number to know status. Please help us to recover our hard income money. Please help us on this.

Our life's savings of rs 25 lakhs is held by dreamz and their cheques for refund have bounced. Their executives don't respond and even don't care for the bailable and nonbailable warrants issued against their md by the magistrate's court. Information about their arrest and other activities are learnt from the newspapers like the times of india and the hindu. An effective group must be formed to take strong and tangible legal actions against these fraudsters to recover all the money of all the victims

My name is deepak. I stay in ittmadu in bangalore. I had booked a flat in electronic city phase 2 in november 2015 in dreamz infra company with paying 1 lakh as advance but i cancelled it but i have not got the cheque or any reply from them.
Hence i have lost money of 1 lakh by investing in dreamz gk infra company. So please help me to get the money back.

I had booked flat in dreamz swadhyay, 2015. Cancelled booking in same month.
I haven't got the refund money.
Have been to office almost 10 -15 times, they don't refund the money. Office is closed.
Please let me know the association of victims. Where to join? I want to join the protest.
Please let me know where do i file a police complaint. Had been outside town for a year so could not follow by visiting the office.

My mother in name o[censored]rvashi pandey who is a retired government servant aged 60 years have booked 2 flats with dreamz swagat project in 2013 and paid close to 11 lakh rupees her hard earned savings.
For last 1 year we had been chasing them for cancellation and refund but they asked to submit back documents and will issue cheque after 1 week, but based on poor feedback from others who did not got even refunds even after submitting docs.
Recent going through news and trying reaching them came to understand their office is closed and all their numbers are disconnected and staff is absconding.
We have all documents and payment receipt from them for money paid. Kindly help to take up this matter in help recovering this hard earned money.
Understand we have to log in compliant against them at madiwala police station which i will do.. Anyone who gets info about them can reach me at [protected] or join me to look out for help to recover our booking amount.

I have booked a flat in dreamz shloka, which the location they have shown is very trempting, it is opposite to hsr lay out sub station in bangalore. But afterwards i didnt get proper response from company, later i was informed by another customer of dreamz gk, that they closed the office. Now we have lodged a complaint in madiwala polica station. We have paid 15 lacs as advance amount. Its a huge amount for us, accumulated savings of many years, i do not when i will get my money.

I have booked a flat with dreamz infra project swadhya in bangalore on 3.1.2016. I paid rs. 1, 00, 000/- as booking amount. Within 15 days i paid rs. 5, 90, 000/- as a part of 30% payment option under pressure which was i supposed to pay before starting construction. They promised to give extra discount of 20% on this early paid amount.
They gave a mou document, but the mou clauses were not favorable so i asked them to edit the document before signing with following additions.
1) the booked flat should be identified clearly and specific in schedule property b as “flat no 201, block a, swadhya, area 1100sq. Ft.”
2) free car parking+ amenities + rs. 2 lakhs furniture module and extra discount voucher.
3) in draft mom in line 13 page 2 of 8, it is mentioned as “having an arrangement with land owner”. Whether proposed land (Schedule property a) has already been acquired or not? This has to be cleared.

I got no reply from them and i have not signed the mou and send it back to them.
I visited site on 2nd january and no progress observed i. E. No construction activity or even no site development started.

I have booked 3bhk 1250sq. Feet flat in dreamz sampoorna project on 18.1.2015 at a time of booking they show me very big dream that you get flat in dec.2016, i have already paid 11 lakes but still there is no response from builder now today i have inquire then i am shocked that there is no company at that office. Any body please help me what i have to do.

Most of investor is from middle class back ground, they invested their hardly earned money, most of retired government employees, daily workers etc.. They are having huge commitment like heart operation, eye operation, son / daughter marriage etc..

Now again media / cm support required to recover the money by highlighting the new article. Sachin naik having more properties in his name that value is more than the cheated value.

Cid is waiting for government permission to attach and auction the properties, most of what he duped people can be recovered.
This matter should reach to cm, then only they will take action.

Example:- if gold thief, police recover the gold then as per original document hand over to owners, like same procedure has to follow.

It will take one year for recover the money, now this government only one year balance before that they has to take action. Other wise it will be another example of like vijay mallya, if sachin nayak come out he will escape from country.

Kindly highlight this matter to recover the hardly earned money.

I have booked a flat in project sanidhya in apr 2014 received mail from company representative regarding cancellation of project. Cancelled my booking in dec 14 and received a check of two lakh which i paid as a advance. Dated in jul 15 but cheque got bounced. Contact amarnath the representative of company returning the money. Got three more checques which got bounced. I received only 50000 yet that to by dd. Still my 1, 50, 000 rs are balance with the company. I am unable to visit bangalore as i am a defence personnel and unable to visit repeatedly.

Hi I had booked a flat on Feb 2016 an amount of RS 460000 but the site condition is same when they took us if I call them there is no responds from them so please do the need to get my money back because I am in trouble my project site name is Dreamz Samantha which is located at hosa road doctor layout so please give me my money back my mobile numbers is [protected]

I booked one 2 bhk flat in project dreamz swadhayay, 1100 sq. Ft.in white field with 30% discount during pre-construction stage for my son priyesh chakraborty. I booked the flat with rs 1, 00, 000/- (Rupees one lakh only) on 3rd january 2016, total value of flat rs. 23, 00, 000/- (Rupees twenty three lakhs only).

It was told that construction will start within 3 months and project will be completed within 18 months from date of starting construction. If project is delayed interest will be paid @18%. I had to pay installments when construction will start at pre defined percentage and date. Remaining of 30% amount to be submitted within three months.

After 10 days they started chasing me for the remaining money and offered 20% discount if it was submitted within a week's time.

When i deposited the amount after deducting 20% they told that this discount amount will be adjusted during final payment. Then i asked them to give me in writing through e-mail confirming the discount amount and i paid the amount.

Up to this payment they were always available over phone / ringed themselves to me to chase me for payment. After payment made it became very difficult to contact them. Mr. N vinay kumar was area sales manager & his senior mr. Giri raj who conducted this deal left the company.
One crm ms nikita was available for communication but with very difficulty. I asked my son to collect documents of agreement, land search reports, money receipts etc. They gave one provisional money receipt and agreement papers.in the agreement they put some innovative clause where we flat owners will be joint partners with the company which i out right rejected and asked them to rectify the agreement papers.

They delayed in giving proper papers and only available crm ms nikita also left company. I have deposited total rs. 6.80, 000/- (Rupees six lakhs eighty thousand only) by 18/01/2016.
I stay in west bengal and my son stay at bangalore for his service in rented flat. I cannot pursue the company physically about the progress and they were not easily available over phone.in 1st week of july 2016 suddenly they contacted me and asked further some money as construction was about to start and clearance from all authority obtained. They even threatened to give my booked flat to other customer.
Then i consulted some advocates and asked them to send me progress of the site and the required permissions scan copy. They gave some documents which were not convincing at all. So i did not gave any money at all this time. I visited bangalore in dec 2016 end to jan 2017 1st week. I had gone to the site and found no progress at all and no body was available in the office to talk.

The company has cheated me and many others like me.

We have chosen an apartment from dreamz infra for hebbal initial and then swapped it to suprabhath-ii since there was litigation to that project. We have paid rs.6.85 lah in total to the said project as instructed and assured that the project would comeup in vidyaranyapura within september '16 which has not even started. Rrequest you to refund the said amount forthwith.

On 2012 ihave booked a flat for dreamz sorovot project by paying the half price of the flat rupees eleven lacs fifty thousand. As nothing in above project has started after their repeated assurances, i requested the company to refund my money. Accordingly they issued me two post dated cheques which were bounced back. I have informed them and they assure me that they will refund my money by 31st of march 2016. But still today they have not refunded my money. I being a senior citizen living in far away place belived in dreamz infra india pvt. Ltd., bangaluru but now i find that my money are at stake. I have also filed a case for cheque bounce.. May i request your company to refund my money.

Even after furnishing all the details of payment made by me to Dreamz Infra, in connection with refund of amount of Rs2, 37, 000/- Shloka-I project to me, & waiting for about one month, there is no response from this firm. If the said amount is not refunded early, I will be constrained to complain to the Registrar of Companies in a prescribed format which will be listed along with the financial details of the company. Hope at least now the company will be refund above said amount to me, to avoid complaining to the Registrar of Companies.

Advance amount paid for a flat about 3 years back in pre-launching of project at white filed areas, bangalore. Since then after so many revised commitments to take off the project, the status is not known. The biggest problem is frequent change of personal /employees and absolutely no communication from them on updates. Further, none of the phone number provided is working. Whether the company does exists now or cheated?

Represented to be a good project where most of the residential projects under big timee reputed builders happening invested for two flats with a duplex structure of a dream house in Bangalore of 2500 square feet . Based on assurances held out and themarketing strategies adopted by the company I have invested RS 21, 00, 000/- in Dreams and Rs. 2, 00, 000/- in Gruha Kalyan . My friends seeing me invest have also invested close to 60 lakhs.
Except for promises held out by the employees nothing has been done though innvestment as happened two years back

Paid an amount of 460000 on 2016february at dreamz simant but still now no call from the company and the site is not clean to construct the apartment so I want my amount back so I am kindly request to do my needs to get my money as soon as possible sir madam because I am not a business man or a software I am a employers how work in the field job so do my needs to get my money back

I booked 2 bhk flat in march 2014 and paid rs 19. 50 + rs 82000 as vat
These people kept on saying next month construction will start. Now 2017 april has come. Nothing is there.in august 2016 i submitted application to return my amount with interest but they did not. This year on march 27 2017 i went to their hsr sector-6 office but all three offices were closed down and no
Direction to contact whom. All telephone numbers not working.
