During booking I had paid Rs.72, 000/- vide cheque no. 134648 dtd[protected] of Axis bank A/c no. [protected], ( Now I have closed this account) & Rs.28000/- cash. They had given receipt at that time & its no. is 3359 dtd.[protected]. Booking form no. is 19266 dtd.[protected] & permanent address mentioned in this booking form was S. M. Shashidhara, #140, Near Vrudhashram, Police Lay out, Swamy Vivekananda Extension, Gadikoppa, Shimoga- 577201. This was for 1300sqft. 3bhk at project shloka-1. Subsequently for second payment, I had paid Rs.100000/- (Rs.one lakh only) vide post dated cheque no. 134649 dtd.[protected] of Axis bank (above said Axis bank A/c no.) & for this they had given me receipt no. 29265 dtd.[protected]. Further Rs.100000/-( Rs. one lakh only) was paid vide two cheques viz., Rs.40, 000/- Cheque no. 134652 dtd.[protected] of Axis bank ( above said Axis bank A/c no.) & Rs60, 000/- vide cheque no. 667974 dtd. 5-1-2016 of State bank of India A/c no. [protected] ( IFSC SBIN0000833). They had given receipt for this payment vide no. 31448 dtd.[protected]. At present I have maintained savings bank account at above said State Bank of India, College Road, Dharwad, Karnataka State. Total I had paid Rs3, 00, 000/- (Rs.3 lakh only). Amount refunded Rs.63, 000/- .Balance to be refunded Rs.2, 37, 000/-

SAARKAR project at voramau Bangalore.
On 10th july 2016. and paid Rs 18.5 lakhs.I have all the receipts. recently I came to know about this fraud company now I do not know how to reach them because the

I am Sridhar.R booked flat in Susthapit - Electronic City - Veersandra Village, I paid 100% full payment on Feb 2015.

Amount paid 14, 50, 000 + 1, 37, 750 Tax Total amount 15, 87, 750 Rs.

I am having all the Document's like MOU, Allotment letter, Sale / Construction agreement.

I saw the new's & came to know more than many people got cheated, So I cancelled the booked flat on 03/02/2017.

Now I am trying to contact their office all got closed.

I visited their office in Teacher's colony Silk board, they vacated their office & web site, contact number's, email id all details got locked.

no body to respond.

I am from middle class family, I Invested which i hardly earned money, I invested in Dreamz, I have no other source.

Please help us to recover our hardly earned money.

Right now i am in Anantapur for work.

We booked 2 flats a 2BHK and a 3BHK more than two years back in Dreamz Sumadhur and paid 50% afvance for each of the two flats. Since then there has be no update on building status plus no one is available for inquiry also. We need to cancel the booking and need our advance money refunded immediately. Let us know what's the process so that we can take appropriate action immediately.

I have booked my flat at Dreamz Swadesh project at Whitefield Bangalore in November 2013.I had paid Rs. 4, 50, 000:00 + taxes at the time of booking.The project is not yet started and after continuous follow up with the builder they issued a credit note as interest for the delay in project.Now I am trying to contact them regarding the further progress but there is not response from them.I am fed up dealing with them and would want my entire amount with the interest back.Please kindly look in to the matter and revert on the same at the earliest.

This is Syed Amjad Basha, I have also booked a flat in Dreamz SAMPOORNA in year 2014.
Invested Rs. 600000 as a down payment.
Recently i came to know that Dreamz shutdown their offices.
Through google i came to know that case is in CID Investigation.
Currently i'm in MUMBAI. I have no information what is happening in Bangaluru.
If your in Bangalore or know anything about the fraud please let me know how to proceed and what is the next step for me.

I had booked 2 bhk(1000 sft each ) 2 flats under pre-launch offer by the company at shaswat project thanisandra bangalore .paid Rs 625000 and 1150000 .i cancelled 1 flat for rs 625000 on 01.06.2016 and company gave posted cheque no 005070 dt 21.10.2016 for Rs 619624.00 .but returned unpaid as company had closed the account with bank (scanned copy of chq and bank retun memo enclosed. till date company has not paid the amount. it is a fraud company and noone attends for call or reply.

My brother has booked a flat with valid paper and from past 4 year they are just buying time.

Not ready to refund money & always postponing the dates. We have tried reaching all concern numbers but noone is responding & their offices also shut.

Now there is no other option left other than legal action. Need your help to get our hard earned money. They have mentally disturbed us a lot and now we are unable to contact them.

Please help.

I had booked flat(3bhk, 1300 sq.ft.) in Shloka project at Dreamz Infra India Ltd. Teachers colony, Koramangala, Bangalore, during Aug 2015 and had paid Rs.3lakh. After cancellation, they paid me Rs.63, 000/- . Balance amount of Rs.2, 37, 000/- is yet to be paid. On contacting them, I am being informed that amount will be paid on installments, but they will never make payment & keep on postponing dates of payment, & finally the managers concerned will say they have quit the company or their mobile phones are switched off or mobile phone nos.does not exist. Please help me to get back the above said balance amount early.

Hi have invested on Dreamz suprabatha project on 1st June 2014 n they promised to give by 2 years n its pre launch project, the project will start by 3 months, later I have visited n called no of times also they where just postpone dates every 3-4 months, I thought its new company n need some to start up n kept silent for more than 1 half year later I came to know its fraud n no of viral msgs in media then cancelled it, later up to now amount is not refunded

We have paid an advance of 6 lakhs for the flat cost of 20lakhs we visited the nearest office that is the Hbr Layout recently and found that it was closed on a number of occasions we demand that we get our money back as we have lost interest in this disgraceful company who only look to get money but no customer satisfaction.
We demend that we get the money back.

We had booked a flat in thanisandra dreamz shashwath project of dreamz infra india ltd on 23rd june 2015, where the flat price war 32 lakhs and we booked on 50% advance payment scheme, that is 16 lakhs we paid, later they asked us to pay 1.60 lakhs so that they will we giving us a rental of 1% on the whole amount ie., 17.60 lakhs. Which will be given as a credit note or directly deduct able at the time of possession.

We kept on calling and visiting their office, they were saying that your amount is safe with us so dont worry your flat will be ready but bit delayed for that delay we are paying the rental.

Today i tried calling all their numbers but none was working so we visited the north and head office both where closed

Kindly helps us to get the refund of 17.60 lakhs, it is our hard earned money

Myself vinoda m v, i booked a flat under prelaunch project dreamz shloka1 dated 02nd oct 2016 and total i paid 820, 750/- and after i cancelled the project in jan 2017 after listening bad news about this builder, after mr. lokesh an (territory manager) he assured they will settle all the payment within 120 days but when i visited their office recently in this week shelter is closed and none of the mobile number are working, all the employees involved in this fraud i think.

I had booked 2 flats 3 years back in Project Samip in Vishwapriya layout, Begur Road Bangalore and paid 14 Lakh as booking amount. After some time I got to know that the Dreamz infra has no right on project site. I complaint and visit their office but they assured me that it will be resolved or else they will return my money with Interest. But now they are not ready and respond my call and mails. I had filed case in consumer court but till now waiting for result. I request every one to join me so that we can get our hard earned money back. This is a fraud company and cheating people.

We had booked flat and advance amount of 40000was paid for it, and then we got to know about company being fraud... we cancelled the flats and they said they will be returning money back and gave us a cheque which bounced back.. we had been to all their offices but everytime we went they said please come tomorrow our offically are not there to provide money back.
i need my money back. Please help us in getting back our money.

I booked two flat in dreamz sakaar 5 years ago and total of paid 12lakhs as 30% advance for two flats. Before booking i seen their completed project and got confident of getting flats and was thinking progress will be slow as it is economical.

I just read news about arrest of company officials.

I was dupped by this company through an SMS in Octpber 2015 saying they will doing affordable housing.

I paid the advance in the month of November 2015 along with my sister. Subsequently there was calls and they asked us to pay 50% of the consideration they needed money to convert the land and obtain approval. We have paid more than 50% .

I also noticed that the staffs of the company keep changing every week. Every time I call there is a new Girl, The worst part is there is a arrogant ***** called Rukshana the worst sales individual I have ever come across in my life. Would slipper her if I see her. She is also a party to the fraud activity of the company.

We have paid about 12, 00, 000/- totally.Kindly get my refund please

Hi, Dreamz Infra took 10.5 Lakh Rs as 50% amount + registration for Sadan project. This was around 4 yrs back.
Since this was an economical development project, I assumed the progress will be slow. They had delivered projects before and there were customers who had received flat. Assuming this is safe, I had invested in the project.

We are nris staying in saudi arabia.
We had booked at flat in dreamz sarorvar on december 2012 paying 1 lakh advance and then 15 lakhs as their 50% payment option in order to get the flat for 32 lakhs.
So total of 16 lakhs we have given to dreamz infra sp far, all in cheques.
Each time we inquired about the status of the project, they kept saying in 2 months it will start. This list of crms and their boss mr. Jagadeesh kept swaying from us each time we came to india to check on the project.
Its been more than 4years now. Still no foundation has come on the site and now their crms numbers are switched off.

We do not know how to go ahead with this. We desperately need help from anyone who can get us our
