[Resolved] Dreamz Infra India — Payment not received, cheque bounced | |||||
Payment not received, cheque bounced (reason closed account): I book shloka-i, hsr layout with dreamzinfra india ltd. paying 1.5 lakh in the month of may 2015, they just given unsigned mou and not fulfill the documentation as desired by my advocate. i just checked how this company is by paying small amount. since they have not fulfilled the documentation i have not paid the remaining amount. finally they advise me to cancel booking and after one month of cancellation they issued post dated cheque after deducting rs. 1000/-. after 120 days i deposited cheque to my bank it got bounced on 29.01.2016. after inquiry they are goes on telling dd will be issued soon but they have not resolved till date. dreamzinfra is developing company, they are not suppose to cheat the people, they suppose to act as per they promise, otherwise company name & fame will be damaged. now cheque bounced they have to pay cheque amount+ interest + penalty to the undersigned, otherwise no option & fight legally. BIG MISTAKE
I did a booking in Dreamz GK on 16th Mar, 2016.
The sales manager insisted that I should pay 1.25L, when I said I only came to inquire they kept convincing me that the offer will end today and they kept on, I told them I will need to consult my husband.
Umesh sales manager at HBR layout went on, ok Mam give me Rs.10, 000 to book it and two cheques for a week or 15 days. Umesh even sent Razaq, to my residence the same evening to pick up the money and the cheques. They were not ready to give me even a day's time to think, discuss and get back.
I said what if my husband dose not agree, he said I will give your Rs. 10, 000 in 2 day so by 18th Mar, 2016. Friday. After reading their reviews, I called the bank and cancelled the cheques the same night. Next morning I cancelled my booking with Dreamz GK. Now they changed their words in returning my Rs. 10, 000 they are making us run and I have to keep calling them, and the staff talk with ego and attitude. Not giving us a clear answer when we will receive our money. He told me it will be returned it 2 days, now when I cancelled it they are making us run. Don't they have Rs. 10, 000 to return!!!
Its the worst experience I had.

Even i have a very bad experience from Dreamz infra. On March 13th i had gone to enquire about the offer after reading the ad. in paper. This person Umesh kumar singh ([protected]) said the offer is valid till that day and make booking with whatever money we have !!. i paid thru card 1Lakh. Immediately his tone changed aggressive asking to pay the balance amt in 15 days ... 9Lakhs in 15 Days !!!. i said i will make partial payment in a week's time I kept getting calls daily from the execs demanding payment, each time they say that this is the first time they are calling. I finally managed to pay Rs 4Lakh by 4th april. Since then i spoke to "so called MD" Miss bhavana ( [protected]) expressing my frustration on getting calls daily, She convinced me that i could pay the balance 4.5Lakh in 3 months time. On may 2nd i got call from mr Prakash ( [protected]) who spoke very rudely demanding payment else he will terminate the deal!!! I informed him that i have sought time till july 1st week from the "MD" bhavana. he said he does not know of any bahvana. Worse, when i called bhavana on [protected], there is no response. this person prakash was so rude to my wife - called as if he was drunk, Dreamz does not have execs who can speak decently. once they call rudely and then their phone is not reachable. Even the landline number which is in the booking form[protected] is non-functional. the customer care contacts : +[protected] is not a valid number. on May 05th i went for cancellation. They made me run around the 2 offices near silk board saying the other office is where you will have to go for cancellation. it took them over 2 hours ( 3 PM - 5:10 PM) to provide the cancellation form - not to mention they are saying the process of cancellation will take 10-15 days and after that in 90 days the money will be refunded. adding to the misery the lady gave a number for the cancellation department Mr. Prabhu ( [protected])... which just rang and was not picked!!. a live example of irresponsibility - DREAMZ!!.
