student discount for this. She said " no " . I actually availed this offer a few days before this incident took place in Hyderabad. So I asked her to give me the nearest address for another DHL Express. She gave me. I went there and asked them straight away if there is
student discount for the courier I wanted to sent.The
person checked her computer and said yes.
Please DHL Express hire people who have thorough knowledge. Unnecessary I had to roam because of the lady in Anna Nagar, Chintamani, Chennai.

fedex india and the lazy workers working there. Its been 16 days since i sent the package and have not got it delivered yet. Maybe you should dismiss lazy workers and hire someone who is active all the time. My package contains just a mobile and a novel, what if the package contains some urgent stuffs like medicine and you lazy dont deliver it on time ? Of course the
person will die. Who are you to keep my package for more than 2 weeks ? Get it delivered to the recipient or i am gonna drag
fedex india to the court and ask money for my loss. And your useless customer service executives keeps telling the same again and again like copy pasting. I want my package or i am going to the court. people should be aware of
fedex and the lazy workers working there. I have paid 104 dollars and they have not delivered it yet. I am gonna file an official complaint against
fedex for my loss and drag you all to the court. And dont think i cant do it. All my family members are lawyers so its easy for me to file a case. This is the last and if the recipient didn't get the package before Christmas, i will file a complaint against
fedex india for keeping my package for no reason. I dont even know if
fedex have my package or workers stole the mobile phone from the package. I am sure i wont let this go without getting any money for my loss. Only mistake i did was, i did not read the comments and complaints of customers against

Updated by Nilam-786 Consignment was booked yesterday, i. e. 14th july 2016, from there almora office to new delhi.
Consignment yet to be registered on tracker. on enquiring from the local office i have been informed that left almora for haldwani and will be on tracker today evening at 6 pm by mr. vijay joshi, the owner of franchise. on enquiring at haldwani i found yet to be reached.
I also contacted dtdc office delhi and i have been informed that they can not help till it is on tracker. i have to contact the local office.
Dtdc plus ir next day delivery.
How to find my consignment i wonder.

I was forced to reach out DTDC kakkanad office for collection of a shipment regardless of the extra money I have paid out for door delivery service.
The lame statement DTDC Kakkanad made was that the delivery address is inside CSEZ compound and they are not allowed to enter the campus. Well, I had asked them to ring me once while they are at the gate of CSEZ compound. However the reply was hard to digest -"The delivery boy does not carry a office mobile and they can't afford on making a call from their personal mobile." Is it so?
Is it the duty of addressed
person to collect the shipment from DTDC office? Please clarify . If so why should we pay for door delivery services?
This concern had been raised by colleagues and friends too. Kindly take the steps needed ensure that this doesn't happen again and people really get the services for which they pay

Dtdc courier the The product is in bhilwara but no one is taking reponsibility of the product neither

After follow up they gave an excuse that mobile number was not provided which was not the case. After providing that its been 2 weeks I have still not got the consignment. It is being told to me that they have delivered the product to somebody by name Priyanka. There is nobody by name in my house. Also they cannot provide the phone number of the
person who received the item nor they can confirm what is the relationship. How irresponsible of them to give it to a

jabong.com one on 12th October and second one on 13th October and they send me an e-mail that said, products will be delivered by 23rd and 26th oct respectively b'coz of diwali rush. It is been more than 15 Days and there are no chances of getting product delivered today or tomorrow. I would like
jabong and dtdc to pay me reimbursement of 50 Rupee per day for the days delayed by the said delivery date. And they are also keep sending me an email that we are sorry to inform you about delay in delivery. I Think it should be compulsory for every website to reimburse buyers for delay in delivery. I would also like to file comlaint against
DTDC courier for such a horrible logistic service and
jabong for choosing such a horrible logistic partner. I Think
